We flew in from the United States with a 14 hour layover in Lisbon on Our way to Dakar. We had to leave out the Terminal and return back into departures to find this place. It is located perfectly by the Food Court and Money Exchange. This is Our first experience using a lounge and I'll never go back to general population. Having a place to Shower and lay down without leaving the Airport felt amazing.

We visited this lounge on Friday about 11 a.m. It was very crowded although the lounge itself isn’t quite small. The food choice is little bit limited while the beverage option isn’t bad. The internet works very well. In the total, I would say it’s an average one.

Spacious with lots of seating. Basic cold food options that mostly consist of pastries and small sandwiches. Beer, wine, juice and coffee options.

How you rate this lounge will highly depend on your goal. If you are not looking for a proper meal, and just some bites will be ok, and you want a place to rest, or take a shower, this lounge is quite ok. Do not expect full meals, the choices of food are limited: soup of the day (very nice), fruits, small quiches, croquetes and salty pastries, and 2 or 3 variety of sandwiches and 1 or 2 salads. They also have pastéis de nata, donuts and croissants. The selection of drinks is good. There are plenty of lounge chairs with small tables with sockets. Showers are also available.

This was the only lounge available on Priority Pass and it was a pretty far walk to our gate. Luckily, we made it to the airport with a little bit of extra time so we ended up spending about 15-20 minutes at the lounge. It was enough to use the bathroom, grab a coffee and some small bites to eat for breakfast. For a Saturday at 8:30 AM, they already had a pretty good selection of food, which I really appreciated. They had a variety of sandwiches, ham, cheese, and even pastel de natas! Definitely one of the better lounges I've been to in Europe. It was nice and spacious too. The 6 of us didn't have any trouble finding a spot together. Though I'm sure it gets packed in the summertime (we went in December) because the app had a note that it may be closed during "peak hours". I'm just sad we didn't have time to hang out there longer to relax before our flight.

Big lounge with lots of seating and a good selection of food and drinks.

Friendly service and very helpful staff but the food options could be better. The drinks selections is plentiful, but the lunch options are limited to a few sandwiches and appetizers. However, the WiFi is fast and there are even beds that allow you to rest before your flight.

Decent lounge with snack, wifi, and plenty of seating. The snacks could be better but it will do

An average lounge in terms of food quality. I didn't mind the fried finger food but right at noon when they take them out, they were totally cold. Also notice the waiting time to get in was like 10 - 15 mins

This longe is simple, but offers you some options of bread, Croissant and other stuff. Also, some options of beverage, such as juice, soda, coffee and water. The space is cool for chill while waiting g for your flight.

Airport lounge in Lisboa Airport. It accepts Priority Pass. It was very crowded during our visit. Pretty much all the tables, chairs, couches, benches were occupied. Some were taking a nap while waiting for their flights. The bar and coffee lines were pretty long as there seemed only one or two serving staffs. Most of the foods were prepared for self pickup.

It’s impossible to access this lounge. It’s basically all the time closed for Priority Pass members. I come here often and I’ve never seen it allowing people in before 12. Priority Pass should take this stupid lounge out of the program and not even pay them a cent. But at least it fits this incapable airport and country. It’s also not the customers fault that the airport closed another lounge so the two left are constantly full.

Absolutely spectacular lounge. The food is in spectacular, but very adequate. Service is very friendly. They have showers available. And also resting areas. It's very clean. Cleaning staff are everywhere in our constantly wiping tables and cleaning up. And best of all they have the spectacular smoking lounge right inside the lounge. Can't beat that! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

Waited 15 min to get a coffee, however, wine was readily available for self serve. Maybe you guys could add a self serve coffee maker or just some ready drip coffee. I walked away…. No coffee!😢

Great lounge with good space and nice staff. We went early morning and was pretty much empty. Bathroom was not too clean to be so early but nothing crazy.

Excellent lounge. Well organized, clean and has nice ambiance. There are also great views of the runway and taxiways, so if you enjoy a bit of plane watching while waiting then the views are great. The food was fresh and the drink variety and availability were good. The showers are nice. You have a personal cubicle with ample space and high ceilings. The shower uses a shower head fixed directly overhead. It cost 41 Euros per person for 3 hours in the lounge + shower kit

This place is great if you have a layover in Lisbon. Clean bathrooms, beds, comfortable chairs, showers, a smoking/vaping room, and free food and drinks. If you're an American traveler, bring your outlet converters.

They keep the place very clean and they are very nice. Is comfortable and has a good amount of seating... but the food is cold and not good literally I open one of the tuna sandwiches and was all bread a little piece of lettuce (old) and not even a teaspoon of the tuna

One of the worst VIP rooms I have ever been in, it is too small to accommodate all the passengers, I was standing because there was not a single seat available. Good luck finding a plug... and make sure it works. Very mediocre food...

It is always a privilege to stay in a lounge on an airport. The lounge has space, but the menu is a little bit limited and this is really a pitty. They have a menu were is mentioned what they have, unfortunately they have only what is available on the desks for food!!

  • 2/5 Lotus On The H. 2 months ago on Google • 311 reviews New
Was there from about 7am to 8:30am. Food offerings were pretty basic, mostly sandwiches, buns, and a few pastries. Very limited fruit available. No hot food was on offer. Poor guy at the coffee/bar was worked off his feet making espressos. The lounge would be wise to invest in one of the quality automated coffee makers we saw throughout Portugal and Spain.

Well equipped business lounge with showers, dedicated work area, and a rest/nap area where you can actually lay down. There is a barista for fresh coffee and cold drinks are in glass or can containers which are perfect for flight snacks. I usually get my last pastel de nata before leaving the country and take a bag of chips and can of soda for the plane. One of the better travel lounges in the Iberian peninsula!

The worst lounge I have ever visited. No options, coffee machines do not work, no water available (water bottles finished and not refilled), toilets dirty.

Lovely lounge in Lisbon's airport, tons of space but only downside is it is often very filled. Most don't mind sharing tables and such which is great for connecting with others but most Americans may find that odd. separate filtered room to smoke in that doesn't make rest of lounge smell. Tons of food and drink options that are high quality. Definitely top 3 lounge we've used in Europe if not #1.

Quite an ok lounge. There was no hot food available, but good salty food nonetheless. The bar was full of drinks. At least the GT was a good size and taste. The lounge is really big and quite full. The lounge has its own booth for smokers, which is quite rare these days.

Great place to rest, specially in long connections. Food-wise it could have a bigger variety of options, as there were only sandwiches, cereal and pastéis de nata available. The sandwiches were good, and the drinks and coffee were nice tho. Entrance was a bit chaotic with people coming and leaving without taking the line—apparently they were there already. Anyhow, the waiting time was quick.

Staff not friendly at all, not even a single smile. They answer your questions as if they were doing you a favour, but instead they are doing their obligation. Food is just average and there aren’t many options. They charge 16,50 EUR to take a shower (???). For an international lounge, it’s way worse than it should be. In Brazil we have much better lounges even in national terminals.

They do not accept priority passes or any other type of access, closed only for some other stupid agreement. The entire airport is very bad. They should remove this from Priority Pass, so at least people wouldn't get frustrated.

I accessed with Dragon Pass. Large and clean room. Great sandwiches, shrimp risole, cod fritters, salads, wines, drinks, coffees, as well as pastel de nata.

We came here via Priority Pass and it was a little overcrowded. They have a good selection of soft drinks, coffee via automated machine or made by a barista, small selection of pastries and cereal, and some premade cold sandwiches. The staff routinely walks around and keeps the space clean. They have showers and sleeping pods (limited amount), seems like a decent place to refresh yourself if you have a long layover.

Great and healthy food but beware of the misleading pictures. The yogurt bowl looks like a proper breakfast bowl on the picture - but in actual fact is no bigger than a coffee cup.

  • 4/5 Dominic M. 1 year ago on Google
OK lounge with decent food, drink and facilities. Very busy though (mid afternoon), they kept checking people in even when no seats left, so caused a lot of chaos. Advise to check how busy it is before you check in.

Well, I hate to say, but this lounge keeps turning for the worse. First it is fully packed, with zero to none seating available. The food is a joke, see picture of the tuna sandwich, same goes for the drinks selection. But by the worst is the service, no cleaning and a blunt arrogant attitude when you ask a wine to serve your alcohol free beer in. Apparently this 🚫 by law in Portugal, because the bartender was literally shouting it was NOT ALLOWED. 😂

The place was clean and spacious. Selection of food a bit poor. Only sandwiches and some cold fried things. Quite a large selection of drinks. Lots of little areas to sit like a smoking area, sleeping cubicles, eating area, relaxing chairs. Nice views

By most standards, this is a great lounge. Large, great seating and plenty of amenities. The only thing that was lacking was the food options. There is a large menu with plenty of options, but upon asking you realize that none of them are available. Many sandwiches and a full bar though. Smoking room, showers and rest rooms with laydown seats.

  • 3/5 G L. 1 year ago on Google
Decent. Good amount of seating. All grab and go stuff. But ample supply. 30 people lined up to get in before it opened!

I have never written a review before but this place is absolutely awful and should be avoided at all costs if you have small children. The employees have no problem yelling at customers when a child under 2 years old starts to cry. Food is stale, selection is nonexistent, the lounge is packed because it’s the only lounge available and therefore service is at -100 stars, but people will keep going here. Awful is an understatement. Save your money and just enjoy a positive atmosphere at a restaurant downstairs.

  • 5/5 Roy 7 months ago on Google
This lounge is great. You can go grab your drinks (juice, water and even beer) without having to ask. Food was good. The place was clean. It has a shower as well. For those who have one you can use dinners club card to get into here.

If you have Priority Pass, don't bother. They seem to usually have a sign up denying access because of overcrowding.
