Good overall, but many little annoyances. A few negatives, which might not be deal breakers, but slightly annoying: The suites are as described, like rooms in a big apartment, with the apartment kitchen and living room being shared. The problem is the doors are not modified so there is very little noise or light isolation from the corridor. The TV is small and mounted super high on the wall Beds a bit squeaky, pillows thin. Elevator small and a bit slow The check-in procedure relays very heavily on WhatsApp so if you don't have it, the staff panics a little bit. The electric car charger works, but relies on scanning a QR code with a different app that doesn't want to scan the code, took me 15 minutes of moving my phone to activate it. On top of that, you are charged 2.5 euros per hour, not by kWh, so forget about leaving the car conveniently plugged in for the night. Positives: Room was clean, new, and big enough Very nice bathroom, seems recently modernized, even with a toilet with bidet. Location okay, near a park and a metro station Free parking, although the access is steep and might scratch your car if it's relatively low

The location is okay but if you wan't to walk it takes 45 minutes to the center. The Rooms and bathrooms are nice, although you have to share them with others (which was no problem for us as we didn't have to wait).

Lovely apartment. we had the family apartment which consisted for 2 double beds (same room) and a private bathroom. all towels and toiletries included. shared kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, dishwasher. shared laundry consists of a washing machine,.dryer, ironing board, clothes rack. free to use, you get one washing pod but if you need more there is a supermarket across the road. close to the underground metro. nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. quick communication with the manager.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, Badezimmer neu und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Service und die Kommunikation hervorragend! Parkplatz auf Anfrage hinzubekommen. Würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

The Room is clean, they've an aircon shower in the room. Its also possible to cook at the new renovated kitchen. The Personal is super helpful. Imagine you've lost your wallet at the home Airport and arrive without money in Lisboa. The helped me a lot so i also enjoyed my holiday.

This “4 star” guest house is truly 2 star at best. VERY dirty pillows, lots of dirt in the room floor, unable to walk without shoes, mold all over the bathroom door and tiles, tiny comforter and very tiny pillow. Noisy! We could hear everyone and everything! Also front door shuts extremely loudly making the place tremble. Only 1 towel for 2 ppl. Fridge smells terrible and very dirty dish washer cloth. Very dissatisfied to have paid €100 a night for this place.

The place was not worth it, expensive compared to the size of the room and the facilities there. The apartment itself was huge, but I felt that I was paying for sq. footage, not the comfort. The only convenience factor is that it is located by the metro station on the red line going to Airport. Despite the fact that building mgmt office was next door, they were never there. They kept sending me very dry emails and reminders. Personal touch wouldn't have hurt.

Stayed here in August, it was very good and had the shared kitchen all to ourselves. Parking is €5 a day

Very nice communication, beautiful appartement and good instruction. We had a wonderfull stay in Lissabon and would recommend everyone to stay here for a citiytrip in Lissabon. If you think the stay is "to far" from the city center, you can take a step in front of the door or the Metro. Everything you need is nearby like a supermarket, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

great place. all amenities, super clean, selef check in, communication 100%, kitchen area, washer and dryer for free available, great location, close to the subway green and red line , supermarket and everything. Best Ricky

Was a little apprehensive as never stayed in anything but a hotel but after initial worry when we pulled up in the dark to a forbidding door it was all spot on. Would stay again no worries.

Great acomodarnos, stayed in one of their flat was exceptionally clean was no problems at all from collecting the keys dropped our luggage early before checking in, very helpful responds to any quieres fast, near the the town center 30 to 40 minutes walk or a 5 minutes ride in a taxi and really cheap or a ride on the metro very near by, the airport few stops on the metro, all in all excellent experience.

Very friendly place with a perfect location. Certainly is a budgetary solution for just spending nights in an hotel comfort.

I stayed at Morais Soares 138 and my room was large and very clean. The showers were the best in Lisbon and the outside space was nice to use! The landlord Diogo is the best landlord I've had in Lisbon.

Diogo and Priscila were amazing. They provided a 10/10 service and gave us a home away from home. We stayed in their Vilamoura property for 4 months, originally just 1 month but we fell in love with their property. The apartment was recently renovated and completely modernised with state of the art furnishings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleaning service was a great added bonus. I will be getting in touch with Diogo the next time I visit Portugal. Very grateful to have crossed paths with the Home Out team.

This is a delayed review for a September stay for 2 rooms (different floors, different occupant number). The rooms and general area are clean. Instructions are very clear on where everything is, how to seek help, and even some restaurant recommendations on the chalkboard. Joao was our contact and helped with check in process, booking airport to accommodation transportation, and a lot of questions from our elderly travellers in the group (Thank you!!!) The location is not central to tourist area, which actually is a good thing. It is already on the airport subway line which makes it actually easy to commute from where we stayed to Alfama. Away from tourist area also means it is not overly busy or noisy as well. It felt very safe to walk around in the area even late at night. I would not hesitate to return for stay the next time I visit Lisbon again.

I've had a wonderful experience renting from HomeOut. Diogo is the best landlord and he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in Loft C which has an adorable mural of Lisboa. The apartment is very modern and it has TWO balconies. The location is right next to the red line too. I highly recommend 👌
