    We had a surgery to remove a potentially malignant mole but we couldn’t receive results of oncologic pathology examination for 3 months, the new mole grew out at the same spot and couldn’t get our previous results or even schedule a new appointment because the doctor kept ignoring us. Every time I called and asked about the progress, I was told that the doctor would contact us, when the new mole appeared and I requested a new appointment, I was still told that the doctor would contact us and yet he didn’t! Stunning professionalism!

    A PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN A EUROPEAN CAPITAL DOES NOT SPEAK OR WANT TO SPEAK ENGLISH. Awful for foreign patients. No-one wants to speak English with you. I got send to 2 wrong floors to then find out my doctor was not the right one and although it could have been solved after doing tests. He refused to at least help ke get the tests. The nurses where openly talking about which department Im Going to so all other patients could hear. I give 2 stars, because there seems to be one nurse witch is holding the intire hospital together. Shame I don't know her name... really horrible experience

    Doctors are always late for appointments (like 1 hour late),also keep sending you from one specialist to another for numerous pointless visits.My ultrasound result got lost for three weeks.

    Made a full check up on cardiology, promised to receive all the results by email in 5 days. 2 weeks later we come to the clinic AGAIN because we didn’t receive anything! The front desk was super “eye roll”. Common! Such a new clinic, but what a mess and unprofessional front desk! Never again here! Change the eye-rolling front desk!

    Although it is a health unit, it is managed as a private company without public sensitivity. The doctors, as they don't have to clock in, show up whenever they want. This is how you make money!

    Never again! They need to change the front office. This hospital is just a scam. Besides them being late which could be acceptable, when i got to payment, they gave me an invoice with all the exams i had already paid 2 weeks before , asking around 300 for an echo. The person at the desk on 2nd floor was not competent at all. Slow trying to know how to do a simple payment. He gave me the first invoice . You could see he was overcharging without presenting the invoice but the tpa first. Thanks god i asked for the details. Then , after already 15 min , he gave me another one with mistake again. He added taxes, funny they were not on the first one. The guy was hiding his badge , but i asked for his name, Joao Faria. I had to really find a way to see it. The female colleague besides knew what he was doing from the first invoice and was already exhausted with him but kept taking people,either to solve it. She knew how and knew it was wrong what he was doing. He presented me the tpa again on the 2nd invoice. I asked the details, he said why? And show resistance. I told him to remove the taxes. He clearly knew what he was doing. I have never paid these taxes and i was there last week. Finally, after 20 min and none of them caring , i received my third invoice with what i had to pay. Cause another lady came. Again , when i asked for the details, he actually said why?! The guy was insolent, i was not even talking to him, either to do his job , he rather argues. It is obvious that this is a way here to do this, trying.. I am living here since 3.5 years , just imagine i was not knowing, it will just go thru... Besides the worst customer service and obvious abuse, i had to wait 20min. No apologises. I have all the pictures of the incident . Different documents. I asked to send the results to my email, obviously it wont. When i got downstairs, 25 people were waiting in chaos at the ticket, everyone fed up. Room packed. 2 people working. No covid safety even.. Speechless!

Práticas corruptas e pouco honestas até para com o Hospital que lhe paga. Péssima médica, usa a sua posição para gozar com os utentes. Existem pessoas que estudaram o que não deviam. Um nojo de pessoa.

    The employees at this Clinic are GENERALS. but we would even forgive them if they were competent generals. However, they are not incompetent, they are INCOMPETENCE and ARROGANCE, par excellence. They didn't tell me about the preparation I had to do for a gynecological ultrasound (and that morning, apparently, all the clients were swept away by the same vitola) and we all had to pay for the exam anyway! Yesterday I asked for a justification paper and when I dared to open my mouth to inform the time at which I arrived, the employee said, "I don't need to say the time because our system knows the time at which you entered and left and those will be the times which will appear in the justification". I shut up before she started physical aggression. I had arrived at the Clinic at 11:45 am for an exam that was going to be carried out at 12 pm but which, in reality, ended up being carried out at 1 pm (no problem as the Doctor is super competent) and from where I left, after being seen to pay and I expected the Doctor to hand deliver the report to me at around 2pm and whatever. What am I astonished when I receive the famous justification saying that I had "appeared for an exam at 12:00". I only realized this when I was justifying my point at work. I called CUF to ask for a proper justification but I'm still sitting here waiting for said justification. To help them, since the famous check-in system (which I did with my NIF both to enter and to pay for the exam while waiting for the Doctor's Report) might not work, I said I could send a photocopy of the registration from VIA VERDE from the FIL parking lot where my car was parked during the time I was there, but they didn't accept it... and I still have an unjustified absence in my Service because of these "generals" with no competence, nor elegance, nor friendliness, nor knowledge of what they are doing there. Poor doctors, clients and employers who suffer from them. Please be patient, the SNS employees no longer reached us.

    I visited this clinic on 27/09/2022 I had a appointment with Dr. Rodrigo Araújo Carvalho dermatologist he is very good doctor very kind and understanding, I speak very less Portuguese but he understood me and spoke to me in English that was a great thing but if you go to government centro saúde or government hospitals they are not willing to speak English hence I have to see my self in private hospital or clinic. The only downside of Clínica CUF Belém is the reception part there are very few receptionist present at counter when you have so many patients waiting with the ticket but anyone looking for dermatologist in Lisboa then I highly recommend Dr. Rodrigo Araújo Carvalho great doctor with sense of humour. Reception forced me to give 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ otherwise Doctor deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I had an appointment with Doctora Botte on the 14th of October. I was told I would be contacted with exam results and was not. The online contact form doesn't work properly and nobody answers the phone. Frustrating. I wanted to believe the low ratings were unwarranted but evidence is showing me they are not.

    Absolutely horrible customer service and care. After refusing to interpret the results of our blood test for us, they promised to send us the results. They then proceed to not send them to us, and then whenever we call they hang up on us right after we've provided our name. Tried to call from multiple numbers and multiple phones, they do it every time. It's a scam.

    Whenever I have been in need, for myself and my family, even in an "emergency" situation, I have always been very well attended to at the reception, by the exam technicians, and of course, the doctors (for me, the masculine plural includes both genders!)

    I was very well looked after by Dr Gil Falcão (urologist) at this unit, a caring doctor who dedicated a lot to my case, giving me reassurance and detailed guidance on the next steps regarding the health problem I presented. I strongly recommend Dr Gil Falcão for urology care.
