The worst place to be attended by anyone. The staff are often clueless and take their time “ to put it lightly”. I came at 9am with 5 persons in front of me and got attended at 16.50pm. The official constantly went for cigarettes and ignored the public at large. Please avoid Portuguese public services as much possible.

We've had the best experience as possible, from the day we started the wedding process to the celebration's one, that overcame our expectations. Thanking specially to Mrs. Aida and Mrs. Maria do Céu, that were extremely kind and supportive with us!

Incredible service from IRN from beginning to end. Firstly, the ability to get old documents online, using Predial Online - what a win! Then, in case of needing help, an e-mail address that offers to e-mail you the documents you need in 48 hours - I had the documents I had requested in 7 hours. But I had requested the wrong ones so off to IRN at Parque das Nacoes in person. Friendly greeting at the door, assistance getting the right ticket, and less than 10 minute wait. Incredibly competent, efficient and thorough specialist assisted me and I was out of the door with a big smile less than 10 minutes later. Couldn't be more impressed. And the Campus de Justica is lovely.

I went there to register a company which says "Empresa na Hora" means jist in time you can open a company account.Funny thing is that My serial was 6 and The time I was there they r attending serial 3,but after 3 there hours of waiting I was not attendet yet.So slow service.😞

Not the most efficient (unsurprisingly for public services in Portugal) when I went to pick up my criminal record certificate. I waited two hours when I arrived at 11am on a Friday. There were around 50 people in front of me when I arrived and just one staff member for about an hour. Service at the counter was quick though and the lady was very friendly.

The service provided by the coordinator of this service was super rude. I made a complaint and am awaiting a response. The human resources department should control who coordinates this service.

I was assisted by Marco Paulo for registration of company and he was extremely polite and helpful through the process.

As with most public services in Portugal... expect to wait. Typically between 2-4hrs. The waiting area has seating for about 30 people though you may find in excess of 100 ahead of you in the queue. It’s a shame these services cannot be done online like some other countries.

Terrible service! For certificates, there are a lot of employees standing around without asking them to go for a walk and talk to the colleague next door. It works like nothing is good. Every hour a person is called for a regrettable service rendered or rather not rendered! Slow people unwilling to work

I was very well attended to, from the lady who sorted the tickets to the one who helped me at the counter, the service provided at this place was truly exemplary, efficient and excellent. I can say that I should be a model for everyone else I have ever been. Congratulations to the employees.

I just renewed my passport in this section of the Justice Campus. The lady who is at reception helping with distributing passwords and directing users is incredibly friendly and kind. Leaving anyone in a good mood and happy. The entire renovation process was simple and quick and the entire staff was very attentive. Fantastic !

Very bad service. Only people with babies are attended and if you are lucky enough to have an assigned ticket, you are attended at the ending hours of service.

Impossible to book an apointment within SIGA. Useless service and waste of taxpayers money.

When we came here it was around 11 am , we were waiting for our accountant , Got the ticket at around 11:30 am (30 october) Number 7 , on screen I saw lady is attending number 3 , We are still here time is 2:14pm The lady is biting gums and attended number 5 , and she’s still looking at me doing nothing! I hope will get our turn until they close !
