Truly a needed meal amongst the many touristy treats we’d been indulging in. Called to order takeout, and I was so thrilled with what we got. The protein poke bowl lived up to its name, and the portions of salmon and tuna were extreme generous. It was SO delicious! I was also so surprised that the chicken teriyaki bowl managed to be light, flavourful, absolutely packed with veggies, AND taste amazing. Though the guac was great, the “chips” weren’t my fave. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place with quite a selection of vegan pancakes and other nice vegan options. The pink pancakes with berries and the apple caramel pancakes are both fantastic. The pink pancakes could have been a little bit fluffier, but we're delicious. Nice staff spoke some English but also helped us with Portuguese.

My wife and I had been traveling for over a week and we were just wandering around our hotel when we stumbled across LOCAL Santos. My wife spotted the Luau poke bowl with tuna, salmon, mango, and crispy onions (among other things), so we both tried it. Amazing! Butter soft fresh fish. Tangy mango. And a delicious mix of flavors that we're going to try to duplicate when we get back home. If you are a sushi fan this is a must try if you're anywhere in the neighborhood.
