The location was excellent. So convenient to the train station and all the local restaurants and stores. Check-in is completely digital so we didn't meet anyone when we were there except the woman cleaning the rooms. The room was comfortable and noise levels tolerable. It would have been nice to have hooks or towel racks in the bathroom as well as somewhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower. They do have luggage lockers if you want to store your luggage before check-in, but definitely check to make sure the door is secure after locking. The first locker I tried could be easily pried open because the lock didn't work properly.

One of my two favourite places in Lisbon! Always clean and shiny, amazing view, great location - so close to everywhere, just on the Tagus side! Love it!

Great location, a little small but clean rooms with a good standard and attention to detail - rooms and apartments are opening via received pin codes which makes it very comfortable - additionally there are lockers to store luggage if you arrive early or depart late. A great choice overall...

Noisy! The sound proofing is non-existent, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms, the communal breakfast area, street noise from outside as well as the occupants on the floors above and below. Access is via key-codes provided by e-mail, so it's a very impersonal place to stay. The guest house has 6 rooms on the second floor of an old building with no lift. On the positive side, it is well located for public transport connections and for sight-seeing. The immediate local area is quite nice with several shops, cafes and restaurants close by. The rooms are modern, bright and comfortable. The en-suite was of high standard.

It has a good quality and quantity for an all you can eat restaurant, I only give 4 stars because for 10 Euros you can have an extremely delicious meal in Lisbon, and compared to that option, this is only 80% worth it. In Hungary this would be a 4.5 stars restaurant with all the nice people and food

Nice room, clean with an air-condition, nice bathroom, small kitchen with the amenities and tea and coffee. Entrance system with coded lock is simple to use. And it has free wifi. Would stay again.

I slept there on Sunday 11th June. I left the hotel the morning after because I woke up with bedbugs in my bed. It was terrible. And the owner didn't refund either the night or the money for the laundry.

Fantastic location, easy access, clean, only frustration is that we were supposed to get an e-mail about how to get in and we never got the e-mail and had to keep e-mailing and no one was responding. We called once in town and they gave us the info. They do have luggage storage there so you don’t have to pay to leave your bags somewhere, but because we didn’t get the e-mail we had already paid 25 Eros to store our luggage.

Great location, clean, quiet, there ia a common kitchen - bring your own food. Recommend
