Beautifully styled apartments in a fantastic central location only a 4 minute or so walk from Baixa metro station. The sofas and beds are super comfortable. The place is great for families as there is a dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer, iron and coffee machine. Some of the apartments have balconies. Mine had 4 balconies making it a very light space. Cleaning is every 3-4 days and the staff are very responsive on what’s app. Entry is keyless so you get a code from the staff beforehand. Sometimes early check in is available and they let you know when the apartment is ready. The only recommendation I would have is for the coffee capsules to be replenished. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend.

Contactless, keypad entry. Online communications only. Beautiful well maintained apartment, in a great location for tourism. Breakfast at bakeries just out the door or a couple of blocks away. Seems to be newly set up. As we were not leaving Lisbon for hours after checkout we were concerned about where to park our bags. They had a 2nd property that allowed for this. All worked smoothly.

We stayed at Residentas Aurea, the apartment is unique and tastefully decorated. It located in the heart of Lisboa, very easy to walk all places to shopping and eating. No in-site parking available but pay parking available nearby, just ask hotel staff to assist. Lovely apartment and we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.

We loved this place the second we stepped in. It is VERY central, one block away from the mainstreet. And from the entrance you can see the river Tejo, so it's close to everything. We found it very convenient to just dial a code to enter the building as well as our room. The rooms are so big and equipped with everything you need. They even have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom is big with a huge mirror and shower. Overall the room was furnished so cute and we loved the modern portuguese style! Our trip was amazing and we would always come back to this apartment!

My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed here over the Christmas time in 2023. The location is very convenient, 3 minuses to all the major attractions, Praca do Comércio, Rue Augusta, Baixa-Chaido Metro. The place is very clean and spacious. Many closet space, the kitchen is well equipped with utensils and basic cooking tools (oil, pepper and salt). They also gave us some welcoming package (jam, crackers, juice and milk, water). The bathroom has a heated rack for warm towels and dry clothes. There is also washer/dryer in the unit. Very lovely suite to stay although there is no nice view. The sofa has a pullout bed so it can fit 2 people separately. The staff is very friendly and helpful; always responsive during working hours. The check in process was smooth; they gave us access luggage storage to another apartment nearby before checkin except that storage is accessible to other residents with the code. So need to be cautious don’t leave any valuable there. Our unit washer/dryer was out of order but the staff offered to clean the clothes for us free of charge. The clothes were clean, dried and folded nicely by end of day. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.

I just love this apartment . Location is very near everything , shopping , ATM, Restaurants and cafes. Most of all , the apartment is complete with all amenities in the kitchen . They even supply the breakfast crackers and jam , juices , milk, chocolate milk and coffee pods . The best is the washer/dryer machine of best quality Bosc brand . The room and beddings are very clean , sofa bed with 2 twin beds( upper and lower) are very comfortable . There are 3 cubicles that allow privacy when dressing up even in living room . The bathroom is very clean and user friendly with good drainage . What is really great are the good people in the reception area, Matilde and Vera who are very helpful and pleasant . The only issue we had was on arrival late at night at 11 pm . The gate was locked and needed a code to enter . Be sure to read your email and pay the city tax first before you get a gate code . No receptionist after 5 or 6 pm but you can call them on your cellphone anytime if you have problem getting a gate and room code to open doors. Overall a great place to stay .

Travel with my family. Truly a nice accommodation with almost everything you need to enjoy your stay at the center of Lisbon. The concierge is really helpful and can provide solution efficiently. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spotless and had everything our family of 5 needed for 3 nights in Lisbon. Location is excellent. We were worried about street noise, but with the windows closed it was very quiet. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the evening. During our stay, the main door locking system ran out of batteries and we weren’t able to get in, but the staff quickly fixed the problem. Communicate was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time we are in Lisbon!

I have stayed in the Residentas Aurea for a business trip for a month. I was searching for an apartment that was fully equipped (washing machine, drier) and close to the city center. The apartment is in a great location, just in the heart of downtown Lisabon (I even had a room with a view of a beautiful river). In the apartment, I had everything I needed for my stay, including cleaning room service once a week. The first impression of the apartment was very positive - it was super clean, smelled nice, the bathroom was blushing and hosts surprised me with a small dinner and a bottle of local wine. The building was also nice and clean. Communication with the host was above expectation. They were on my full service every day, whenever I needed making me feel very welcome in their apartment. Entering the building and apartment is on the code so it was easy to enter the building from the day of arrival. The host also provided additional transport service from the airport which I also point out as a very positive thing. I truly recommend this apartment and this host. I am for sure coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Resieentas Aurea. First, it's exceptionally well located. Second, the apartment is of a good size and fully stocked and equipped. The kitchen has a washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and an induction hob - everything that one needs There's usually nobody at the reception desk; but the team is very responsive on WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

The apartment and its equipment exceeded our expectations. Neat decor, cleanliness, order and relative peace. The location is perfect - close to the metro, tram and bus as well as many tourist attractions. A great base for a few days stay. We are a very satisfied family.

Beautiful rooms, extremely clean & absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. The staff was also super helpful throughout our stay. We felt very safe staying here.

No matter how cheap I would not stay the couch has stains the faucet is broke the stove will not work there are a change of clothes in the dryer for 4.5 hours and they are still wet and there is no staff here to help. This is not a good place

Centrally located and clean apart-hotel. We always stay at apart-hotel whenever we travel and Residentas Aurea is absolute best! Equipped with top of the line appliances and the staff members are so kind. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lisbon again!

Stayed here for 3 nights in July on family vacation. Loved the apartment and located right near all the sites and shops plus plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Apartment itself is not the biggest but you are in the centre of town and was fine for us (2 adults and 2 children). Would use again if in Lisbon

We stayed 14 days at Residentas Aurea. We were (my wife and I) in their classic one-bedroom apartment. First of all, previous to our arrival, we had a few questions. Staff were very responsive and answered our questions within 24 hours every time. The information was precise and accurate. Residentas Aurea is at the heart of Baxia - close to Praça do Comércio, a central hub for public transportation. There are many attractions and historical monuments are in this area. The classic one-bedroom is ideal for two people or couples with young children. It would be tight with older children. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The layout is functional and pleasant. The appliances are well maintained and of good quality. Throughout our stay, administrative staff were responsive to our requests and queries. Cleanings and towel changes were frequent and very well done. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at Residentas Aurea. We would not hesitateto retrun or to recommend to friends and family.

Not recommended. In short, the property is not well maintained, our apartment was obviously smoked in, and there were strong fumes in the lobby area. They would not refund us for nights we did not stay here. There is only staff onsite from about 9-5. We checked in after those hours to Apartment 35, which had had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property. The only contact number left was an emergency number, and the note left with it stressed that it was only to be used for absolute emergencies. We opened all of the windows, purchased odor eliminators and air fresheners, and waited until the next morning. We had a difficult time sleeping because of the smoke. In the morning, we informed the gentleman that was working in the lobby about the smoke. He came up to the apartment and confirmed the smoke smell. He left and said he would look for options. When he returned, he said that they were fully booked and could only offer an extra cleaning. A cleaning was done, but the smoke smell remained. Additionally, the apartment is not well maintained. The sheets were dirty when we checked in, and there was obvious water damage in the bathroom that made it difficult to close the bathroom door. Then the following day when we returned to the apartment, the lobby was filled with overwhelming fumes. We immediately began coughing and had to cover our faces to get to our room. Others in the lobby also had the same issue. Everyone was covering their faces as they tried to make their way out of the lobby. From our experience, the smell was not from paint or cement. It smelled like insecticide, which typically requires evacuation of the affected area. We were in our room for about an hour, and in that hour, the fumes made their way up to the 3rd floor and started to come into the room. We left the apartment and contacted our travel agent. Our agent contacted management on our behalf and she found us another place to stay for the remainder of our time in Lisbon. We were concerned for our health, especially since we were traveling with our children. The following day, our agent was told that there was no insecticide used, and that construction was occurring on the building. We had never been told about any type of construction on the property, either in writing or verbally. This is totally unacceptable, and management was not responsive to our written request for a refund for the nights we did not stay here. I cannot recommend staying here.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for three nights. We had a wonderful time. Our place was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Communication was excellent and fast. We loved it here and highly recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable and quiet, despite being on a busy corner. It was unexpectedly supplied with rice, pasta, juice drinks, water, etc. Felt very safe and secure. All requests, like supplying a rubber mat for the shower, were dealt with quickly and with a smile. Great location, close to everything. All staff were excellent, especially Matilde at the front desk.

Best location to explore Lisbon central to everything. Nicely appointed, attentive to detail and great service. Will stay again next time in Lisbon.
