The
service
seems
to
be
staggered
and
below
the
standards
of
McDonald's...well,
the
usual
standards
anyway.
The
self-order
interactive
screens
did
not
seem
to
work,
but
it
happened
right
at
the
end
of
placing
our
order,
at
the
payment
stage.
Any
requests
for
help
were
ignored,
so
we
opted
instead
to
order
at
the
counter
and
pay
in
cash.
At
this
point
the
counter
staff
seemed
puzzled
as
to
how
to
interact
with
us,
let
alone
put
through
an
order.
I
wish
I
could
say
this
was
the
end
of
our
problems-
machines
not
working
is
somewhat
understandable-
but
our
food
then
took
longer
than
expected,
and
in
fact,
we
found
out
our
order
number
was
not
called
out,
and
that
our
food
was
sitting
by
the
side
at
the
collections
counter.
Thank
goodness
the
food
was
still
to
standards!
