Once again I order delivery and they don’t report the Big Testi, then they didn’t put the Big Mac, now they didn’t put the Mac Nuggets in the order. Horror

Good service and of course Good food. Spent quality time with a friend. The staff was helpful and good thing was that despite not located in the city centre they speak Good English...Thanks especially to Sara, all the credit goes to her :)

My visit to McDonald's in Portugal left a vivid impression! While I noticed that the sandwiches somehow always lack sauce compared to what I'm used to in Ukraine, I was pleasantly surprised by the traditional Portuguese dishes, such as the tasty Caldo Verde soup. What makes this McDonald's remarkable is the presence of a children's playground and a second floor. The establishment itself catches the eye with its interesting architecture, creating an appealing appearance. Overall, it's a fun and tasty experience!"

They took long to deliver my food and I end up not getting my food. They have the worst manager, she doesn’t know how to keep the McDonald fast food concept flowing.

We've been utilizing McD's a lot lately because the app makes it so easy to order for pickup. It's like using the touch screens at the store but you can order before you get to the store. Most of the time your order is ready to pick up when you walk in. It makes ordering and getting food from McDonald's very convenient and easy by reducing the wait time. Also paying in the app keeps things seamless quick and easy.

I asked for no cheese on my burger, even in portguese, still got cheese. The fries were nice and hot though :)

The service seems to be staggered and below the standards of McDonald's...well, the usual standards anyway. The self-order interactive screens did not seem to work, but it happened right at the end of placing our order, at the payment stage. Any requests for help were ignored, so we opted instead to order at the counter and pay in cash. At this point the counter staff seemed puzzled as to how to interact with us, let alone put through an order. I wish I could say this was the end of our problems- machines not working is somewhat understandable- but our food then took longer than expected, and in fact, we found out our order number was not called out, and that our food was sitting by the side at the collections counter. Thank goodness the food was still to standards!

Lower standards. We got 2 cold burgers, even though it was not too busy.
