So gutted I went here instead of any other place. More atmosphere in a morgue and the cadavers would have more personality than the staff. The food on the board isn't what you'll be served. And it's far too expensive. Save yourself the bad experience and go pick up some french fries from the ground near McDonald's for a better dining experience.

DO NOT GO HERE Bad service, but even worse food. Dont get tricked by the pictures, the actual food looks nothing like it. It also has no flavor. Avocado toast with a half boiled egg and bad quality bread, and a papaya boat with two strawberries, a spoon of yogurt and a spoon of granola. And strawberries still with the green part, of course! You will find better options in the food court.

As a vegan it was hard finding vegan options in Spain and Portugal. This place in the airport had clearly marked vegan options that were quite tasty. I got a vegan latte, spinach mushroom and mustard on bread and pear and granola cup.

Food was bland and there wasn't any seasoning. I was really disappointed. One of the worst airportlunch experiences that I have had.

You can't call this food. We went here because the line was shorter. We now know why. Even supermarket food is better than this. Its just that this is disguised as healty fare when in reality it's bland, reheated food at really exorbitant prices. I got the wrap and the pasta which were both reheated in the microwave, in their packaging at the SAME time. Pasta was ok while the wrap cold. The service was rudimentary and the old lady behind the counter just wanted to process you. The other one could not properly answer the other guest what salada sauce was used. The first time at Go Natural, I thought the food there was a fluke but it seems like you really can't expect much from this franchise. But its partly my bad because I should have trused my instincts looking at the condition of the food in the fridge. Other thing was that I was just hungry.

To be honest I expected more. The chicken pasta was very average, but at least a bit healthier then fast food. For the quality they offer definitely too expensive. They offer some vegan options. The staff is very kind and service is quite quick.

The name "go natural" should be "go away and do not eat here!" Food was tasteless and over priced. After the meal I felt more hungry than before.

Wish I had read reviews. As simple as Avocado 🥑 Toast is, they managed to make it look horrible with a hard egg on top. There is nothing natural about this. I couldn’t taste avocado.

Açai bowl was TINY is size. I asked for more and the “chef” argued. It has a similar colour but it’s mostly banana and not açai berry haha. Less than a 1/4 of a strawberry! Pathetic from the staff and the company on portions. I also saw the sushi chef handle food, doors and boxes then raw fish again before completing his sushi rolls. RUN from this place. I hope they use this feedback to drastically improve.

Outstandingly the most disappointing food I’ve ever ordered. I went to the restaurant as it looked as if it would offer some healthy food. I ordered avocado on toast with a poached egg. It can’t be easy to produce something quite so bad; toast toasted on just one side, just a very thin layer of avocado, only part of a poached egg and overcooked and awful. I spoke to two other diners on what they thought of theirs and they were equally unimpressed. The last photo shows what was advertised which I was told was just for illustration and the other photos show what I was given. I complained to the manger but other than taking copies of my photos she wasn’t overly concerned.

Misleading images and you end up paying 6 euros for a 'bowl' which is actually a cup about the size of a coffee cup. At least if it tasted good but it was just bland and not filling. Time to go to KFC.

Avoid! 5 euros for a yogurt ball that it’s nothing more than a small box of just yogurt and a bit of strawberries.

I agree with previous reviews about misleading images. Definitely only got a small cup of the smoothie bowl instead of the “bowl” featured in the picture. The bowl itself lacked flavour and was very bland. Service was good and they were quick. Wish I had checked the reviews before going.

Do not get tempted by the “Natural” in the name or the appetizing photos of the food on the menu. Food came out looking nothing like the photos and was barely editable. Smoothie bowl tasted like at least one of the ingredients had gone bad. We had a bite and left the rest.

Misleading yogurt and smoothie “bowls” advertised for €6, which are actually a very small cup. I will have to go somewhere else to buy more food for breakfast.

Vegan Food Review 🌱 Go Natural was one of the few vegan options in the Lisbon, Portugal airport. I was there during breakfast time so the options were limited for hot food items. I was in search of something hearty, not a smoothie. I noshed on the avocado toast which I had to season up with some olive oil and spicy red peppers. It was great! Then, I loaded up a quinoa/bean wrap and fresh juice to go for my plane ride. They had a full sushi bar inside the restaurant which blew my mind!! 🤯 The place was spotless clean and a few folks even had laptops out to quietly work in the space.

The food is not really tasty but at least it’s fresh and definitely better than fast food . Menus recommended, tomato soup was fine . Personally I liked the Mexican chicken , but the pasta needed more salt. I don’t really understand most of the comments, it’s an airport, don’t expect Michelin stars menu here for 15 euros…

The only place where you can buy healty stuff, such as sushi. Top prices for mediocre quality though.

The worst food we ate in a looong time. We couldn't finish it even though we were very hungry. The pasta was tasteless and a texture that was so unnatural for pasta (maybe cooked for hours??) The Mexican bowl was also tasteless and just all-in-all not natural at all.

The pasta was really dry, no sauce or dressing. It was also very flavourless. Next time I'm in the airport I'll try somewhere else.

The Joghurt bowl is much smaller than on the picture and is very expensive. Also it didn‘t taste good. I don‘t recommend!

Go natural pre-security is AWFUL: DIRTY, filthy and with very bad customer service. The dirty is the worst aspect. I went there lat at night (open 24 hours), there were very few people and yet all tables were filthy. I had to clean my own table to sit down. BUT GO NATURAL AFTER SECURITY IS MUCH MUCH BETTER, WITH BETTER EATING OPTIONS, FOR EXAMPLE WONDERFUL GOOD QUALITY AND VERY WELL COOKED VEGAN OPTIONS... if you are lucky to have personnel who knows how to put it together. Once it was fabulous, another time it was tasteless. I I suppose those who gave it 1 star or 2 had the bad experience to be served food by those who know nothing about food. SO SAD because when the knowledgeable staff is working the food is wonderful. So the rest of this review is for when the food is good. I would say return the food if it's tasteless. I wish I had. They have a meal deal where you can buy the main dish (which was vegan and totally delicious), a soup and a drink. Considering the outrageous prices at Lisbon airport everywhere, and considering the good quality food, I thought it was a good deal. Airport food is usually low quality and very expensive, but this at least was very high quality. I recommend the "natural options". They have some pasta dishes as well of course, but I would recommend the vegan options if you are a vegan or a vegetarian and you truly value healthy choices. THE FLAVOUR WERE WONDERFUL, IT WAS ALL VERY TASTY. Of course I wish it all cost much less, but as I said Lisbon airport is ridiculously expensive.

Wandering around Lisbon Airport this was the cheapest, healthiest and most delicious lunch I found. As a fussy, healthy eater that's is an honest opinion. Their lunch deals are excellent! You a soup, a hot and healthy mains (either eat in or takeaway) and a drink (which could also be a beer!). They have cold salad and pasta bowl options to takeaway and eat on the flights too. But the lunch deal was the best, so I opted for that. The black pasta linguine with prawns was just delish!

Reasonable price for quality food that is healthy. Don't expect big portions.

Very sad, we had an açai bowl, paid 5,25 euro and we got a microscopic one..coffee and croissant were fine

Too expensive, food is not good and stuff was not helpful. It took us almost 10min to order, because the stuff didn’t understood English - it was almost impossible to understand her. After another 10min we got our food which was way too less for the amount of money we spent on it. Wouldn’t go here again. The idea of healthy airport food is in general good, but not in this way.

The worst airport food. Don't both waiting in the long line. They were out of all the toast (w protein) so we got pasta & it was a mistake. And very overpriced
