👍👍 Just walking by. A couple was eating. We loved the ambience. it was fully booked. They had a spare table. All tables were reserved but we were welcome. On the list a quite cheap wine. So we asked how the taste of the wine is. The cheapest wine was recommended. It is produced in the region of Lisboa.... People often mention good, service, delicious,

Just walking by. A couple was eating. We loved the ambience. it was fully booked. They had a spare table. All tables were reserved but we were welcome. On the list a quite cheap wine. So we asked how the taste of the wine is. The cheapest wine was recommended. It is produced in the region of Lisboa. And truly. IT is good. Full of blossom and dry. We picked dishes with fish and vegetables. We left out the bread at start. But the sauces are to good to be left behind. So bread we ordered to soak it. We definitely recommend this place. For the green beans dont leave Them behind. And the service is very polite and generous. Thanks. If you like this review click the like button please

I've heard about this place for a while, and it certainly lives up to its reputation - delightfully executed tapas with a select wine list. Respect to the staff member who is attentive and couldn't be more helpful! December '22: Absolutely adore this place, but make sure to make a reservation!!

So glad we stumbled into this delightful restaurant after we arrived in Lisbon on a Monday evening when most restaurants are shut! The food was amazing and the portions were just right. Dishes were reasonably priced and the host João was very attentive. The following day we ran into some tourists looking for a place to eat and we had no hesitation recommending João’s place. To me, a sign of a good restaurant is when you find that almost all the patrons are locals and you can see that they are enjoying the food. We’ve been there twice already and will definitely eat here again! Well done João!!

We happened to stumble upon this place as we had are Airbnb around the corner. First off it is very unassuming from the outside but decorated beautifully. The food was Delicious. All of the items were simple and nature but very flavorful. We ordered the octopus salad, fried green beans, Algarve carrots, And chicken. Our server was not only georgeous but so lovely and attentive. I have told all my friends who are visiting they must go.

Amazing food, and wonderful service! We found this place by chance, and we decided to try it as it was almost still full at 9:30pm. Thank god we tried it! It was one of the best tapas I’ve had in Lisbon! Have the peppers, you’ll thank me later!

Excellent Portuguese food, cosy atmosphere, and friendly service. Best dinner we had in the city. We enjoyed it so much, we came back two days later. We will definitely visit again if we are back in Lisbon.

Found this place walking by. Small but excellent menu. Fwiw patrons seemed to mostly be local. Although a slight language barrier, all worked out well. Wine, mixed salads, and their version of chicken piri piri which was chicken that was oven baked and pieces as opposed to whole or half chicken with bones. It was so delicious- the sauce was incredible. You definitely want the bread to soak up the extra sauce, we ate every piece. Friendly service. Really good and fresh food.

Amazing sautéed octopus & sweet potato, accompanied by beet & orange salad. The best dinner in Lisbon so far. So simple, yet so delicious.

Great restaurant, delicious food and friendly service! We came here 4 years ago and it was a highlight of our trip, 4yrs later still the same quality. One of the best restaurants we've found in Lisbon so far! Can't wait to come back again

Excellent option to discover and enjoy the Portuguese version of tapas. The decor is modern, yet the ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. The service is excellent and friendly. A highly recommended spot in an otherwise relatively quiet neighborhood.

Nice atmosphere, good and quick Service. We had several tapas, all of them very good. The menu has a lot of varieties. We shared two desserts; the nut pie with ice cream ball was absolutely delicious!! The best vanilla icecream i've ever had!!!!! Without words... Go there, you won't regret!
