Fnac always provide a costumer nice experience. I am a satisfied costumer. Fnac provide digital devices, book, kitchen devices, game, music, movie,..., also an interesting environment for siting and taking your coffee and read your book or work on your laptop. In Colombo branch Fnac , They have space for some small events.

Probably, the best stores chain in Portugal, with multiple locations and an outstanding offering, from books (where one can just sit and read) to technology, photography equipments, live venues tickets, music, literally, everything! It's always a pleasure to come by and spend some times checking what's new. Just fantastic.

This is one of the biggest electronic market in portugal and it's very beautiful with lots of businesses and shops, you have to make this experience for yourself.

It is a nice place. Not the cafeteria though: the girl is very slow and understanding Portuguese or English

I brought brand new lenevo 3 ipad ryzen 7 series laptop. When i came home and open the laptop it was damaged laptop the screen displays won't open. Its scam be aware of it you should open check the laptop it's working or not right before you buy it. Again i came back to fnac i told the problem of my laptop they told me that it takes 15,20 days to repair it and they behave me soo rudely. Please be careful

I went there to buy a phone. I was waiting for 20 min without getting help from anybody. Everybody was ignoring my requests: When I asked an agent, He made a gesture with his hand that I need to wait with an angry cold face!!!!! So, I went to cashier to ask him who could really help me and he took me to another agent who was really good. Please be careful of people you are recruiting to help customers.

Not bad but a little bit expensive.

There is little customer service available for the amount of people needing to buy tickets or return some product. Because of the type of customer service needed the queue is very slow to move forward. I gave up and just went to UBBO fnac. Much faster. There I was able to buy tickets immediately.

Multiple stores! Scalper store under my recommendation. They have nice staff.

Always very crowded but of course it's pre Christmas time. Primary reason for me to go there was to look at mobile phones. Good selection.

Hammer! Huge shopping center with an extensive and diverse range of offerings. Prices are also reasonable, at least where we shopped...a visit is recommended for those who like shopping.

Terrible service. Waiting 30 minutes for someone to show around on the phone area. When asking on the cashier that I wanted to buy a phone I was told to keep waiting for the people in charge of the area.

Thay have a huge collection of electronic products and gadgets... But lack of stuff to help or guide the customers also not all the time they are helpful

I went to purchase a food liquidiser. Only a display model was available for the brand that I wanted. I asked if there was a discount for the display macine as is the practice in other countries. When I questioned the negative response I was told 'Our company, our rules.' That evening I found it cheaper with the other main company of competition, online and there was free delivery and it arrived in only 2 days.

Love this place. If you buy the fnac card you get discounts on almost all the products. They have a wide range of electronic stuff available. Also got a cafe and books.

Same as every fnac and it's pricey stuff. At least they had a real Harry Potter statue when i went there. Maybe you won't find him anymore when you go there, but the store always find something attractive to get attentions.

Book stores hold a special place in my heart.. and this is one of my all time favorites. I hope we never loose the smell of books.

Very good place with all the electronics you need. But the shop didn't have most of the new models of phones like the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Z Flip 4.

It's a good tech and book shop, but has been reducing the availability of some products, favouring the online marketplace... Still a reference, but has been better.

I got a perfect service. It would have been nicer to get my money back (rather than having received a payment card for the amount) for the product returned half an hour after it was purchased by mistake. However, I could find other stuff to buy, Fnac has agreat selection of everything.

Great range of books and vinyl. It also has a good selection of tech and gaming equipment. Staff is a bit hit and miss.

Could not find what I was looking for. An SSD external drive of at least 2TB. They had HDD available and the person I asked for assistance was downright rude and did not offer to send another person either. Not the kind of shop I shall visit again in a hurry!!

Staffs are very annoying, I don’t why they don’t want to help customers. It’s very bad , I went there for my AirPods and I asked one guy, he said I will help you and I follow him to buy the stuffs but suddenly ignored me I don’t know why he start to talk with other customers with his language.. and I again asked to him are you going to help me but he totally ignored me and started to talked with his colleagues.. I don’t recommend this place specially Colombo fnac… very rude, ignorant staffs ..

The selection is alright- If you're looking to buy some beginner audio equipment or other consumer electronics, you might just go there- If you don't mind paying extra. I was shopping for a keyboard recently, and I found a model that seemed to be exactly what I'm looking for- So I went to fnac, to see whether it could be cheaper than worten- another electronics shop- It wasn't cheaper, per se, as the price tag was exactly the same as in Worten-, but when I got to checkout, the cashier announced that I gotta pay nearly 50% more than was stated on the price tag, due to them having all prices with their 'member card discount'. I don't think that's legal, and it's a pretty scummy way to go about it... All in all, if you value your time, go to Worten. It's got a better selection, and they don't scam you out of your money, at least most of the time.

Great service and honestly the nicest commercial electronics store I've visited in a long time. Dark instead of bright, somehow cosy instead of stale. Helpful and wonderful staff that listened to your questions and answered accordingly, instead of just trying to push you in to a corner overwhelming you with info you never asked for, or getting annoyed by your presence, like the service can be in media markt, for example.

Sorry to say but service after sale is worst. My Iphone power adapter was not working in warantee, so i went to fnac clinic, after waiting for more than half an hour i go through paper work with all details and the person gave me 1 month time at most. Seriously??? means i have to be without charging my phone for 1month? never... brought another one ( definately not from fnac, not again never). fnac should lower the cost of products rather than giving after sale services. thankyou.

Just the name . No one is there who's ready to help and guide . You can go and choose by your own staff is standing like dummies. Can't understand the way of working

I went to Fnac Support to get my monitor fixed while it was in warranty because it was showing some purple strips when white color, the product was 3 months, no damage, perfectly packed and ticket, a big boy wearing a yellow vest shows up, he proceeds to plug the monitor to a PC instead of making a ticket to send the monitor to the appropriate brand service, looked at the screen for a few seconds and he goes "I do not see any issue, where do you see any issue?" while looking at a green and brown wallpaper (he already knew the strips showed on white) he declined any further support while giving me attitude and suggesting I was lying without testing the monitor at all. I asked for his manager, the manager showed up and got my issue fixed in no time, polite and respectful man. Bad experience overall.
