A Dra foi simpática, num entanto o serviço de podologia deixa a desejar. Não aparou as unhas que tinham fungos, nem desinfectou as mesmas antes de desencravar. Já estive num serviço da concorrência onde paguei mais 10€ do que a vocês e o serviço foi de excelência. Se soubesse que na core clinic o serviço seria assim tão banal para 57€ teria voltado ao lxfoot. É como se diz e bem. O barato sai caro. Dou 3 estrelas simplesmente porque a Dra é simpática. Recorri aos serviços desta clínica, onde trabalha a Dr.a Filipa Machado, em Fevereiro deste ano. Apareci com um problema de unhas encravadas, em muito mau estado, porque apesar de ter recorrido a operações e tratamentos, no meu centro de saúde, a verdade é que nunca se solucionou o problema. Pelo contrário, as unhas encravavam mais frequentemente, com grande impacto no meu dia-a-dia. Hoje, dia 7 de julho, e após algumas consultas (mais ou menos mensais), vejo finalmente este problema solucionado, graças ao empenhamento e profissionalismo da Dr.ª Filipa Machado. Escrevo sobre esta experiência porque tudo fazia prever que necessitasse de uma operação muito mais radical (remoção da unha) e o balanceamento entre a experiência clínica, a precaução e sobretudo a ética desta profissional mudou um desfecho bastante provável. Mais ainda, os tratamentos (limpeza dos canais) praticamente não doeram e o tempo de recuperação foi sempre muito rápido, ao contrário da experiência que tive no centro de saúde. A consulta desta Dra foi fechada com dicas imprescindíveis, para que não volte a acontecer-me o mesmo. Só posso estar grata por estes cuidados de saúde. Recomendo porque não há necessidade nenhuma de sofrer, havendo esta ajuda profissional.

Como atleta de running, mesmo que amador, tenho de manter os meus pés bem acompanhados. Na Core Clinic encontrei o local ideal para fazer esse acompanhamento.

As there was no need for any type of laser treatment, they applied an electric file and nail cutting procedure. Two days after the appointment I had an ingrown toenail with pus and pain. As professionals they claim to be, I can't understand how they did it. Very discouraging!
