The Lisboa card is worth it if you plan to take public transport the whole visit. You can purchase the cards online then redeem a physical card at the tourism office at this location. Mayhe you can scan the phone tickets at the museums but public transport only takes the physical cards. The office is located in the hallway near the restaurants (see photo). If you've already bought them, it takes no time to get the physical card. The people were not rude as mentioned in the other reviews, perhaps they were mirroring how they were treated.

The tourist information is easy to reach. The Lisbon Card can be purchased here or vouchers can be redeemed. The card costs €46 for 72 hours. The included attractions and means of transport can be viewed on site or read via QR. The staff on site was nice and friendly.

Went yesterday to get my Lisboa card and they were locked up despite hours posted showing they should have been open. Emailed them and nearly 24 hours later have not heard back from them. #Fail

For for those who are wondering where it is find the big i flag in yellow color. I am leaving pictures because even the policeman didn’t know where it is it’s very obvious to find it but it’s not the yellow bus ticket office which police said that is the office LOL.

Nice staff! We bought a Lisboa card which is still useful when you visit Lisbon for the first time. BEWARE : All the palaces and castle are closed today except the national palace and it is not written nowhere except on newspapers. We went to Sintra early this morning (22/08). We were only able to visit the National palace which is not the most interesting with our children and as a result, we nearly lost one day and also one day of Lisboa Card discount.

Worst ever service in Lisboa. Very slow and incompetent employees. We bought a Lisboa card online and could not change it to the real card because of the technical problems in their system. They could not help us at all and we had to pay again for a new card. Horrible customer experience!

They sold a card which was totally useless for the day....they forget to say most of the museums are free that day, due national holiday, the MAAT Museum was not free instead of their and their website's information so we just used the card for travvelling

My parents flew to Lisboa and at the airport they tried to pick up their Lisboa Card (they purchased it previously online) but the lady didn't give it to them, because she said that they can only pick it up in the next morning although it was 15 minutes before closing. So now the have to buy multiply tickets if they want to use public transportation to anywhere. I think it's horrendous, we waisted approximately 80 euro, because the office closed before the closing time.

Rude and unfriendly. I can absolutely not recommend you to buy the LisboaCard. The staff at the centre is incompetent and ignorant and should not be in a place to inform or help anyone who’s new to Lisboa.

Definitely pick up a Lisboa card, it's worth the $$ to get around on public transport with multiple options (although some lines don't accept it). If you buy the card online it's super easy to claim the voucher. Friendly staff and we were in and out quickly despite being busy on Sunday.

We were sent to this place to buy the Lisbon Card by Baixa metro ticket booth staff as she said it would close at 8pm but it was already closed at 7.30pm at the glass door. And the Door was not even marked clearly as they left with the door folded inward after 8pm to confuse more. and no one could see their open hours after 8pm. Quit the job if you don't like visitors.

I went there to ask them where I could buy tickets to visit the Belém castle because I had heard you could do it there. The employee just told me it was only possible to buy it online or on-site. In fact you can buy a Lisboa card 19eu at Ask me Lisboa and have access to Belém with it.The employee failed to share that exception with me, maybe she was too lazy !

We visited the office for a Lisbon card. We went shortly after opening, had to wait about 10 minutes. Many more people arrived after us, so the waiting time must have increased. The lady at the counter was very nice and we got the cards very quickly.

We found the Lisboa Card service the most difficult. We picked up the card at the airport and the woman gave us completely wrong information. So we went to town for this information, and here too there was no flyer or information about what was included. I should please read this online. For the price and after experiences in other cities, I'm definitely disappointed.

Super slow. I know it’s just one guy, but anyway 5 people in line and it took around 55 minutes. If you want Lisboa card, buy it online! It a little bit cheaper and faster.

The people who helped us at the desk here were super great and knowledgeable, not anything like some of the other reviews say. I would really think about which of these included museums you want to go to before you purchase the card. We got 48 hours but probably only needed 24 to make it worth the cost.

(Translated by Google) A tourist office very poorly informed of the opening hours and dates of the monuments. We bought Lisboa cards in order to visit the Jeronimo monastery to realize on the spot that the place was closed. The card does not include access to the museums, which are subject to charges (5-6 € / person). Result of the day: big loss of money and passion for this unfortunately dilapidated capital. Modifications: We were finally reimbursed after complaining but we still lost half a day.

(Translated by Google) Absolutely DO NOT BUY Lisboa Card. You will make kilometer lines while whoever bought the ticket previously will pass in front of you. In many interesting places you will still have to pay, and 90% of the sites included in the Card will never go to visit them! Better to buy the rechargeable card for transport and separate tickets for the places you intend to visit. (Original) Assolutamente NON COMPRARE Lisboa Card.

We recommend the Ask me Lisboa card. I bought it online before we left. Very practical, we collected the passes at the airport. Quickly pays for itself between museums and transport. Just for the Belém Tower you have to collect tickets at the kiosk in the park before queuing.

The Lissboa Card is recommended - the service is not! The ladies at the office don't speak a general foreign language and give little information about the menu. The card has so many great benefits and we visited so many good places in the capital! It's a shame about this downgrade due to the service of the staff. But I recommend buying it for the price! The historical places in particular are breathtaking and it would be a shame not to see them in the city.

The person who helped us stared at us as if the map was all that needed to be explained. We had to extract the words with a corkscrew, he didn't give us prices or hours of any place and he painted a scribble on the map. Finally he gave us a little book with the museums (without any recommendations that would adapt to our time in the city or preferences) and there we did it. I recommend that the city close the stall and put the little books at the door.

We bought a lisboa card with a sintra package from the official lisboacard website. I was then told when I arrived that this sintra package doesn't exist. I asked if I could get a refund since, of course, I paid for something and wasn't getting anything for it. I was then told to contact the lisboa card website myself because its not their problem. Why couldn't she have contacted them for me since it was a problem between those two companies? It was not my fault. I expect some help in return for purchasing something. Basically I expected customer service since I was a customer but I got none.

Either you are from Lisbon or get carried away by someone from there and be trustworthy, because the information shines for its absence and it is easy to find "espabilaos" wanting "easy business" And if you move around driving there, you can forget: the indications are betrayed so it is easy to skip your detour and end up in another place and the signals appear designed in order to have excuses to fine. Others are correct that they close earlier than the time. When we asked at the desk what time they closed, she repeated 7pm, but we said we arrived before, and then she said they close the doors before 7 pm. Basically, if you come, come before 6.30 pm.
