One of the places where being a foreigner is synonymous with a second-class customer! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is always something you don't see! Soon to be avoided!

Most of the time not too busy. Medium big store with nice assortiment. After the remodeling the shop looks much better and more fresh. Unfortunately still slow cashiers and long ques at cash registers and Pingo Doce still refuses to open all cash registers...

Always wrong prices. They put up the price mark and then fill up with similar products with much higher price - and hope you will not check the receipt. I have this experience every time I check my receipts after shopping in Pingo Doce. This time I was charged 3.49 which is almost 3 times what I expected to pay!

Used to be my favorite supermarket chain but I’ve recently noticed some carelessness regarding product range especially in white label ones, not to mention playing games with prices and VAT discounts. Not nice, to say the least…
