They have really good payment plans. But the customer service is extremely bad! Acts as if they don’t want to help with more information. Looks annoyed and doesn’t want to work. Maybe there wages are low with a heavy work load. Employees doesn’t look happy there.

What to say about FNAC at the Vasco da Gama Mall? This is truly one of my favorite FNAC stores. It has the perfect combination of everything from books, notebooks, and games to cellphones, electronics, household appliances, etc. The staff has always been helpful and kind. It has two levels, withing the multi-level mall, and it's one of the few stores to be so big. I highly recommend it.

Probably, the best stores chain in Portugal, with multiple locations and an outstanding offering, from books (where one can just sit and read) to technology, photography equipments, live venues tickets, music, literally, everything! It's always a pleasure to come by and spend some times checking what's new. Just fantastic.

Unfortunately this store used to be nicer. There was a coffee. Now it is more careless, and has fewer cultural products and more household appliances.

poor after-sales service, I bought PS5 and found a problem on the CD player after 2 weeks. they forced me to go to repair Instead of giving me a new one. now 3 weeks at the repair and I lost 3 weeks of my extra PS+ subscription

It is a great store for all tech gear and some others.

Not the biggest but they have a surprisingly decent selection of vinyl records at good prices including frequent deals. I know it's not as hip as dropping by your local record shop but they're open until midnight

Good Fnac in Vasco da Gama

Although there are many stores of fnac in Lisbon but the overall experience is so so. The staff is often not very helpful and always looks you suspiciously. It appeared to me as if someone was following me while I was in the store. Prices or OK but I prefer to visit them rarely

Desktop computer repair. Service, Organization, technical competence, responses, information, meeting deadlines. Everything I found at Vasco da Gama's FNAC pc clinic. I can only strongly advise you to consult and purchase Fnac products.

Custumer service pitiful. Bought a TV which I then go back because I didn't like it, once I open any electronic device from them is no longer refundable. It's a disgrace. Buy on amazon, spend less and you're protected

Had one of the most humiliating experience. After waiting to be served for 30 mins to get my fnac card renewed. The staff members ignored me for 10mins even I had ask very politely to be served. She didn't acknowledged me at all and keep on chatting to her colleague. After I complain to the manager, one of the staff members shouted at me in Portuguese to say that I am in Portugal I should speak portuguese and I should go back to my country. To me this is racial slurs that shouldn't be tolerated.

My experience was good. Pros: 1. It is located inside the shopping of Vasco da Gama Lisbon (the first floor). 2. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. 3. Wearing a mask is a must. 4. A big space and clean. 5. They have great variety of products. 6. Payment by cash or Multibanco.

Has a whole second floor with a lot more to offer than I first thought. Very nice selection of technical equipment, music instruments, board games, books, household gadgets, PC, phones, etc. Found exactly what I needed straight away.

Had to buy a vinyl player and staff from the "music" area was dismissive and not willing to help. I don't know if it's because I'm black or if he was too lazy to get off his little desk. When I asked what the price was he was incredibly rude as if I'm unworthy to buy from the music store or something. Anyways, left that place feeling disgusted. Staff from the papelaria and book section and at the checkout was extremely nice. This happened on the 5th of March around 1pm ish.

I always loved and will love fnac. I was looking for a toy today which was not available in store (unfortunately.). The staff asked me to check in Conti which also has the toy. It was a last min purchase I was looking for. Kudos to the staff and service.

The people at the information counter asked us to wait and didn't come back for more than 10 mins. It wasn't like they had a lot of other people to tend to.

FNAC itself is a great store but the competence of the customer service in FNAC Portugal is really bad. I bought an iPhone over the phone yesterday and to my surprise they messed up the info I gave them and now it has been cancelled. According to them I have to place a new order but the money back will take days... Seriously??? I do not recommend FNAC in Portugal.
