    Disaster hospital! We found it on Google maps (it was the closest to our home), booked an appointment by phone directly by call button, which was hard because they barely speak english, came to the hospital and they told us we don’t have appointment here, but in completely different place 6,5 km away! We had no idea if we call by call button in Google maps we would have to go to airport! They told us that doctor will wait so we came to this other place and made a queue to a wrong counter to find out there are 2 different hospitals in same building. Again basic english and hard to understand what’s going on, so they don’t accept European insurance and appointment cost is 75 eur (on phone it was 80 which says that nobody knows prices and there’s no consistency). Also they told us to wait 20 more min and understanding that everyone looks very lost and speaks almost no english it will be waste of time and money, we chose to go to another place and only wasted 1,5 hours of our time with saint louis. The only star I give to the personnel because they weren’t rude

    The worst place I've ever been! After a urology consultation and going to Lisbon to do the required tests at a private center in Lisbon, when I live in Fátima, the day of surgery arrived, even without the tests being conclusive! There was talk of a biopsy, but doing so was dismissed; on February 12th, I arrived with my husband for a benign prostate embolization, as scheduled by the doctor, Professor,... After more than 6 hours of waiting, with little or no information, a doctor appears, who never before we had seen, and without any explanation being given to us, to do the embolization. I was deeply irritated; requested by me, the Administrator appears, with an explanation that is not very convincing, but unfortunately the "surgery" we already paid for, was carried out. Today, I am very sorry!!! Conclusion, my husband was the same as he was before the "so famous" embolization, little support was given to us by the doctors who performed it, and until further intervention, we would have to wait a year!!! Well, we went to another doctor and today my husband is fighting prostate cancer. This week, at the end of May, I sent an email to the doctor who embolized him to explain the situation and make clear my deep irritation; Tell me that you want everything to go well for my husband and that you would register the illness in your file!!! For what??? To later remember your failure... I didn't understand!!! But also, in that hospital everything remained unclear... it was only to end as it began...
