The single room is a "shared room" because of their incorrect descriptions. And the worst thing is that they told me the type of the room until I came to the reception. They refused to provide a solution but asked me to contact the booking agent at 10pm!. The service was terrible, and the reception just ignored my talking and stood there asking me whether I checked in or not. Really bad experience.

The private room smelled horrible. Like dead fish. There was personal belongings from the previous people. Housekeeping stopped coming after the second day. Location was far from everything. For the price the is place is a SCAM!!! The only good thing was the staff was friendly .

It is a hostel so please bear that in mind when it comes to noise. The hostel does a very good job in terms of cleaniness and service. In a good location too. The patio and pool area is a great place to chill and socialise.

Worst hostel in Lisbon... We arrived ad discovered that the HUB in Bairro alto was closed eventhough we had the confirmation from booking. We were then moved to the HUB nomad at our cost. When we arrived there, we discovered that it was really far from the center and from any point of interest. There, the receptionist (who was really nice and patient by the way) told us that our room was no longer available and that we have to pay extra to stay. The management team didn't even wanted to set the same price that we paid for our initial reservation. We ended up paying more than a room in an hotel downtown... If you don't want to risk any inconvenience, avoid this hostal chain and better book a nice cheap local hotel.

Stay here if you’re not planning on sleeping. The room was okay and clean. Except all the doors and walls are made from paper. You can hear every noise. The ironic thing is that you have to sign a paper with check in which states “no noise after 10pm” Would be nice if this was actually enforced
. It shouldn’t be that hard
. The location is ok with a couple of metro stations and shops in the area.

We stayed in a 4-person room on the 4th floor for 6 days. The walls were pretty thin and the bathroom was small and humid. The bathroom also didn’t have any counters/shelf space and a small mirror. The top bunk beds didn’t have outlets and the bottom bed frames moved and tipped easily. On the other hand, I appreciated that the staff took out the trash daily, but there were strict regulations on eating/drinking in rooms. The reception area and patio was nice and the complementary breakfast was decent. Overall, it was nice enough to get by, but the rooms would have been better with a few adjustments.

While the start of my experience with this hostel was positive for the friendliness of the staff and the nice room, it sadly took a very bad turn. After the first night, I found myself full of bites, I thought: mosquitos. Then the second night, more bites. Then I started getting suspicious they could be bed bugs, so I asked the receptionists. They said they were going to check but they had never had issues with this. Third and final night: I was covered in bites. My companion was strangely unharmed, so we found that was strange, nevertheless from the shape, type and colour of the bites, it was clear it was BED BUGS bites. Especially as I got bitten only at night. I had included pics of the bites but GMaps had me remove them - to show that I was covered from face to toes, literally. We were not able to find any actual trace of the insects however they're extremely difficult to spot. The only thing we did find were small blood stains on the sheet, which is an indication of their presence. Anyway - after this became clear to us, it clearly meant this was going to be a tragic homecoming: washing and freezing all of our belonging we were travelling with, not to mention my body, after a month, is still recovering from the bites and their scarring as they're really infective and I've had to take medications for weeks. I made Hotels.com aware of this and they were very prompt in trying to get a refund for us, however the hostel simply did not care at all and told them to pretty much sod off in a pretty rude and non collaborative and not professional way. I was overall disappointed from the lack of interest they took in this and I feel like this is something they need to be made accountable for. Hence my review.

It’s like being in a college dorm. Stay here if you never want to sleep and you want kids to wake you up screaming at 7am. Staff member randomly opened our door without knocking. Shower is push to start and turns off every 60 seconds. Only person that was cool was the British chick with bangs working the bar. Breakfast is mid. Not worth the high price point.. but location is decent

Had a decent stay here. Stayed in a private room and it was big. The bed was two twin beds pushed together that were not very comfortable. The rooms had a/c which was nice. Very clean and quiet. I didn't like the shower as it's one of those eco friendly shower faucets where you push it and it turns on for only a few seconds at a time. It wasn't enough time for it to warm up nor to shower properly and was quite annoying to operate. Staff are friendly and check in and out was easy. Kitchen was well organized and you could cook and store your own food. I would pay a but more and have coffee, tea and water included. It was a decent stay but I preferred other hostels in the area.

Reception is friendly and helpful, but we were very disappointed when we came back to the hotel in the evening 11pm tired we found our room with the strong smell of Chlorine, which usually is not meant to be used in the bedroom where people are sleeping. The cleaner didn’t even bother to leave the window open. We had to stay for 1 hour with doors and windows open to let the smell disappear while being tired instead of going for rest. This is unacceptable and very inconsiderate, what if someone is allergic to chlorine, there are plenty of proper cleaning products which give nice smell and are not harmful for the health.

We had an amazing hostel experience last week. We booked a private room, which was very clean and luckily had airconditioning. The shower was not so good however, as the doors didn’t fully close and it was difficult to change the water temperature. I was surprised though by the quietness of our room, we barely heard noise in the hallways or from other rooms, which often is the case in other hostels. We didn’t know breakfast was included in our stay, which definitely was a nice surprise. It was not a large buffet and healthy options were missing, but we were happy to taste some fresh cake, juice and toast. The hostel also had a big terrace and a nice swimming pool, the biggest asset in my opinion of this hostel. I was scared the pool would be full of people all the time, but when I went in once in the morning and once in the evening, I was the only one there. In terms of location, there is not much to do or see around the hostel area, but public transport is available around the corner and you can also walk to the centre as it is not that far. Lastly, the staff were very helpful and nice, so I would really recommend this place!

Pillow was really dusty so I woke up with a lot of congestion, and the soap in the shower was empty, but otherwise great location, nice staff, pretty standard hostel.

DOUBLE CHARGE - 2 ROOMS CHARGED FOR 1 ROOM USED When we got to the Wot Hotels (first Patio, then Nomad) as guests of the DocLisboa Festival, we were giving a room without WC in the Patio hotel. As it didn't correspond to what we wanted, we talk to the reception girl at Patio and we were offered a change of room, to the Nomad hotel, this time with "bathroom" and "kitchen". They told we would only have to pay for the difference, would the new room be more expensive. In Nomad, there wasn't any water in the kitchen, so it was unusable – we communicate this to the reception fellows, who did nothing to solve it – even if they made us pay for a "studio with kitchen". The bathroom was in an unsanitary state: the smell of the waters was awful, toxic. Of course, we reported and nothing was done to change it. As we were very busy with the DocLisboa Festival, we couldn't lose the whole day in trying to make the Wot Reception people do their work in solving these problems. Besides all of this, the ONE BIG PROBLEM is that, Wot Nomad and Patio decided to charge us for TWO ROOMS instead of the actual ONE ONLY ROOM we used (attached). We slept in one room at Nomad = we got charged for a room at Patio AND a room at Nomad. This is basic stealing. We've been complaining about this scam since the day October 25th (it's been +10 days+) when our credit card was overcharged. We've been very gentle. I went there personally, two times, to make the claim. Then I wrote an email as they told me. No responses. No answering. The only "response" I got was that they forwarded some emails to the supervisor (attached). Normally, if an error was made with double-charging (which could happen) an apology and refund should have been made immediately. We are now in contact with the DocLisboa Festival to escalate this issue, find a solution, and prevent it to happen to somebody else in the future.

Don't go there ! Worst welcome ever, I've never seen such a detestable manager, rude and agressive. Our room wasn't even clean, the sheets had not been changed and the bathroom was full of hair. And swimmingpool was so tiny.

Truly awesome place! Extremely clean. It is quiet at night, so you get a great sleep. This is what we all came here for! Also the staff goes above and beyond to serve you, whatever you need, they do the best they can. I will definitely stay here when I return to Portugal.

The staff are great, and the amenities include a full kitchen for guests. It’s 7 floors, with elevators that go only to 6. I was on 7 (6 in European numbering). And the elevators don’t come if guests don’t close the doors right, which they don’t, so I got my exercise. The pillows are trash, and the shower is a Navy shower—press a button for water for a while, then keep pressing whenever you need more. So the Hilton it is not. But it’s affordable and close to the Metro. It’s also very accessible to areas other than the central tourist areas, which I liked. I would personally stay here again, even though Google maps could barely direct me here when I ebiked around town.

I have been living since 2019 in Lisbon, and this is the best hostel I have been :) The staff is amazing, and we got really good moments with them. Especially Hugo at the reception, he was really competent and full of kindness. I recommend this hostel ! The price is really cheap, and there are only advantages ! Nice experience, if you travel for making beautiful meetings 👌

I did my reservation through last-minute.com and the person at the desk assured me that I needed to pay again and that the reservation that I made online was just a security and that I wouldn't be debited. Well I was debited and even tho I sent several emails to the team afterwards I didn't get the reimbursement for my second payment (provided both proofs of payment ofc). So I paid 2 times. The team is nice but there is a default in the organisation.

I stayed at the single room with a balcony. The place is ok. The elevador doesn’t have a door which is actually quite dangerous. You can tell the place isn’t particularly clean and well kept as a whole. At the same time it isn’t too bad if you arrive with the right set of expectations. It’s not dodgy or anything but don’t expect nice sheets, good mattress and so on. The smell is a bit weird, things are broken and need replacing. I hope they work on the space and at least change the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The location is actually very nice, it’s away from the most touristic neighborhoods but in a fancy part of town, very central and with easy access to all parts of the city. Again, it also comes down to expectations. It’s not a neighborhood with very much “partying” going on so maybe some might be disappointed because of that. But it’s not a bad location as some reviews mentioned.

Stayed in a private room w/ private bathroom. Pretty clean and the staff were nice. For a hostel I think this place is really good. I enjoyed my stay. I think what would make this place perfect is if they had a washer & dryer.

The staff is amazing 😍, they make the hostel experience smooth. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and there was a shower in the room and had a balcony wich is amazing!

It's a great hostel. Way better than expected. They have lot's of work space with sockets and wifi everywhere. The rooms are adequate and clean. They have both a kitchen and breakfast (with soy milk!). Totally worth the price!

Top hostel in Lisbon! Book it well in advance to get a reasonable price! Location, service, rooms all are top notch. Connected to 3 major metro stations within 2km reach.

5 stars for location, room quality and price. This was a super good value for the money. I stayed in a private room with a dedicated bathroom and balcony. Was really clean and comfortable. The location also has very reliable wifi and a great little coworking room on the ground floor. The staff member who checked me in went above and beyond to welcome me. My only criticism was the kitchen area had a very bad smell - like a commercial kitchen that hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. I don't think this is the hostel's fault. The area sees a lot of traffic from messy guests. I recommend storing your food here, but I wouldn't attempt to cook in their kitchen. All in all, great experience.

It’s a loud noisy hostel. The walls are very thin and can hear every conversation, noise stopped only at 3am and this was on a Sunday! Lift was not working either. A lot of youngsters and it’s called a nomad hostel but it’s just kids wanting to party. If you do book, bring ear plugs or join them😊

DISGUSTING!! At first I hesitated to come because of rumors of scabies and the bad location. In addition to the catastrophic service, the manager ripped us off. Intolerable! Above all, don't come, there are much better and cheaper places in the center of Lisbon. The smells in the sheets and the lost money put me off this disastrous hotel.

Quiet place, really nice position, many supermarkets around and only a few minutes from bus stops and trains. The cleanliness was mediocre. Nice breakfast, it would be nice having a bit more choices.

    - This place is a COVID-19 trap. NONE of the staff were wearing face mask. The Breakfast had a bin with all cutlery on it, the bread/cake had no tong to use, everybody was using their hands, shared knifes on the big bucket of butter and the dishes were "washed" by the guests. - The lift was broken when I arrived and my room was on the 5th floor. - The motion sensor for the lights on the stairs where only on the landing so if you were going upstairs there was no light. - The breakfast was in the other building, so I had to go from the place I was staying to another building, ok it was really close. But why do I have leave the hostel I am to go to another hostel to have my breakfast???? - To use the toilet you had to go inside of the shower to be able to close the door (picture). - Room doors not closing properly and guests had to bang their doors to close. - I couldn't use the kitchen because it was only for residents and when I asked what that means the girl said for longer staying, but on my booking said the place had a shared kitchen.

Decent hostel/hotel in a central enough location. Private room was comfortable but not the cleanest it could be. Unfortunately the lights from the aircon and safety light above the door made the room very bright at night. The bar’s reasonably priced and staff extremely helpful. For a full building it didn’t feel it which is always great! Unfortunately there were issues with people setting off fire alarms at night which made things a little annoying.
