The
organization
is
terrible,
for
the
amount
paid
for
the
aligners.
It's
the
customer
who
has
to
take
care
of
everything,
otherwise
you'll
never
get
the
aligners
in
again.
The
first
monthly
payment
was
charged
before
you
placed
the
aligners!
I
received
my
aligners
last
Friday
at
the
Marquês
de
Pombal
clinic,
I
called
customer
support
to
schedule
an
appointment
and
they
only
had
space
a
week
later.
I
thought
it
would
be
good
to
go
to
the
clinic
to
try
to
anticipate
it
and
they
said
it
has
to
be
for
customer
support.
I
also
asked,
if
I
receive
care
in
Arroios,
if
I
have
to
take
my
aligners,
to
which
they
told
me
that
they
would
take
care
of
it.
Today,
as
they
didn't
call
me
to
schedule
the
appointment,
I
called,
and
they
scheduled
me
for
Saturday
in
15
days
and
told
me
that
I
had
to
bring
the
aligners!!
THEY'RE
JUST
KIDDING
ME!!
To
which
I
replied,
at
the
clinic
they
told
me
that
you
took
care
of
everything,
I
was
told
we
will
take
care
of
it
then.
I
also
asked
over
the
phone
if
I
could
advance
my
payment,
they
told
me
yes
but
I
had
to
call
the
credit
company
to
do
the
same.
The
organization
really
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired!!
