    The customer service you receive, after you make the payment of over €2k+ euros drastically diminishes. What shocked me was the lack of care from simple forgetting a mask to enter the vicinity - I was rudely told the rules, that they cannot give me a mask, and that I must wait outside. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

    Before Impress I went to other dentists and got the exact same evaluation but was 3 times the price. Impress are professional quick and I am a third of the way through my treatment and already seeing the great results. They make it so easy here and everything is modern and very friendly. Would highly recommend it!

    Very unprofessional!! I am very disappointed of the staff! It is very difficult to schedule an appointment and when the day comes, either you wait 30 minutes or the equipment is not working and you need to reschedule! It would be fantastic if they could organise it better!

    I absolutely loved my treatment with Impress. It was quick and easy. The weekly checkup via app made all process very go smooth! The professionals always responded in the same day. I recommend this if you want a fast and easy treatment :)

    I got rejected by multiple orthadontic clinics offering clear aligner treatment because they just didn't have the technology to deal with my heavily rotated teeth... until Impress! Great service from the London clinic and customer support in Barcelona. Special shout out to Mecca in London and Clecia in Barcelona for making the whole process easy.

    First impressione was really good, I paid to get the video of my plan and ask for an alternative as I just wanted to treat my upper teeth and They provided me one that looks quite good to me, so I decided to accept But They never got back to me to move on with the process. I even wrote e-mails to the contact person but nothing changed! This looked extremly unprofessional as They kept me waiting since months now just to get an appointment at the clinic where to finalize the process. Thus, even though the offer They Made me was really atractive, I decided I Will look for a more professional clinic Where people are faster at organizing And provide a better customer service. Sadly they missed the chance to have a new paying customer!

    I started the treatment last week, so far, it's been good. People are really nice and are willing to explain clearly the treatment. I choose to pickup my aligners at the clinic and I had my attachments added the day I went to pick them up. I like the convenience of doing everything on the app which means less appointment at the clinic.

    Before I chose Impress, I did a thorough research of different providers to make sure I got good quality and good price. Impress provides Invisalign-like treatment at a fraction of the cost which really beats the competition. On top of getting the aligners, you will also have unlimited visits to the clinic, attachments, elastics if needed (a lot of things that cheaper providers simply do not want to do, so they pretend you don’t need them). I’m currently on tray 4/73 to fix my overjet bite and things have been going smoothly. I did have to wait quite a bit to get my aligners initially and there is some miscommunication between teams within Impress (I often have to contact multiple people to get anything sorted; also their customer service is not very responsive to emails), so that’s something to improve. But overall, I’m quite happy so far!

    The organization is terrible, for the amount paid for the aligners. It's the customer who has to take care of everything, otherwise you'll never get the aligners in again. The first monthly payment was charged before you placed the aligners! I received my aligners last Friday at the Marquês de Pombal clinic, I called customer support to schedule an appointment and they only had space a week later. I thought it would be good to go to the clinic to try to anticipate it and they said it has to be for customer support. I also asked, if I receive care in Arroios, if I have to take my aligners, to which they told me that they would take care of it. Today, as they didn't call me to schedule the appointment, I called, and they scheduled me for Saturday in 15 days and told me that I had to bring the aligners!! THEY'RE JUST KIDDING ME!! To which I replied, at the clinic they told me that you took care of everything, I was told we will take care of it then. I also asked over the phone if I could advance my payment, they told me yes but I had to call the credit company to do the same. The organization really leaves a lot to be desired!! Let's wait for the next episodes!!

    First of all, I would like to thanks Impress to making my wish of beautiful Smile come true. Overall I m satisfied with their service. But its still dificult for English speaking people unfortunately. I had to face difficulties for multiple time, sometimes its created huge misunderstanding as well. I hope Impress will try to resolve this issue.

    I'm impressed (no pun intended) Friendly, affordable service all round from the partnered orthodontists to my current account manager with whom I had my first call today. Today's call was the icing on the cake, super informative, proactive, and she even made me aware of various aspects of the product I had no notion about. I can't wait to flash my Colgate smile. FYI my account manager is called Larissa Mattes and she's a super hero. Give that lady a Bells!

    I’ve had a very good experience with Impress. The staff in Lisbon were able to communicate effectively in English for me and the aligners arrived on time. I’m halfway through my treatment of 10 aligners and I can already notice the results. The app is smooth and easy to use and the orthodontists are quick to respond. Highly recommend :)
