The service at Avenue Clinic was superb from my very first contact. They are extremely responsive and accommodating during the scheduling process. Dra Melanie Ferro and Dra Margarida Cerineu are incredible. They listened carefully, offered great ideas, and achieved fantastic results. I can't recommend Avenue Clinic highly enough!

Avenue clinic could do SO MUCH BETTER. I went to Avenue for sun-spot lasering. The dermatologist was late for our initial consultation (by about 35 minutes), then late for the actual treatment appointment (by about 25 minutes). When your parking meter is ticking and you have children that need to be collected from school, this is not helpful. It turns out he is based in Porto. It was chaos. The multiple preparation creams he told me to buy were unavailable in any chemist I went to, and not offered by Avenue. On the day of the treatment he did not offer me numbing gel so the process was agony, rushed, and sadly yielded no results. The 25 minutes I spent in the waiting room could so easily have been used for applying numbing gel, if they had only offered it. The clinic then charged me the full amount with no apologies. By contrast at a clinic in Singapore (Sylvia's Skin Clinic, should you happen to be travelling) they welcomed me on time at the initial consultation, took computer images of surface and subterranean sun damage, and offered me preparation creams. A month later at the appointment they took me to a private room where they had me lie down and applied numbing gel to my face whilst listening to calming music. The treatment took place 15 minutes later calmly and without pain, and yielded great results. These are very achievable differences but until they get themselves sorted out I would recommend finding a more thoughtful, less chaotic clinic than Avenue.

Such a nice and relaxing clinic. Really friendly and calming atmosphere.. so calm that I actually fell in sleep. Top quality customer service. I'm really happy with the treatment I had done and definitely will be back next time when I'm in Lisbon.

Avenue clinic is, to me, the best aesthetics clinic in Lisbon. They have state of the art equipment and most and best of all, a team of amazing professionals ready to serve and advise on the best treatments. I’ve always felt better leaving than upon arrival, never feel pushed to do treatments I don’t want or need or that my insecurities are played with for profit. I’m about to be 35, have rosácea and a plethora of skin conditions. My skin looks healthy and glowy partially because of treatments I’ve performed over the years here (and also partially because of my routine, but I’m confident the treatments have helped tremendously, especially with my rosacea!). Dr Cristina was the only one willing to help me with a severe episode of rosacea when many refused to, and here began my love story with Avenue clinic and the whole amazing team!
