This nice and small gym but has everything you'll need for working out💪 and the staffs are excellent. They always have the time to take care all of your doubts and keep you motivated. I've been in and out of several gyms but with this one, I will definitely stay.

Best tip... TRY IT!!! I really like this gym! It's a gym with a family atmosphere with several PTs who are fantastic, and always guide us, giving us the strength to not give up on focus! It has all types of training, from the most professional to those who are not in good physical shape. It has classes for everything; free workouts and machines! But they also accompany us with food when we need it. What more can I say? I don't change gyms! For the environment; location and even for the price! Top prices! It's in São Domingos de Benfica, there are always places for us to park and it's still a quiet area right next to the roundabout on Rua Reinaldo dos Santos, and until we can leave the gym and pass by the fit food supermarket 😀 just half a minute away. Try it! You can check it out with a separate class, for example, and confirm everything I tell you! Did I mention it's a family gym? Who have Christmas dinners and football gatherings? Of course, now with Covid, gatherings are restricted, but inside this gym, safety is super guaranteed! Check it out!

I think the facilities are good and well organized for the space given for training. The pts are friendly and respect gym users. In the changing rooms the necessary conditions are provided for cleaning after training. They are all very professional and deserve five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
