In the past, massages were performed by Physiotherapist Filipe (an excellent Physiotherapist), with cream and directly on the patient's skin. Now they rub it on top of the clothes...they put the hot ones on top of the clothes...what the hell!!! It doesn't seem normal or effective to me. The administrative staff are the worst...antipathy prevails, the way they speak to patients is even rude...and we are paying, imagine if it were free!! Not even the doctor, Dr Jorge Barbosa, escapes. It seems very nice, but at the first opportunity we saw a huge lack of politeness and courtesy. Cancer patient, depressed... unable to go to one of the appointments, he asked someone to go on his behalf, obviously paying for the appointment, to show the doctor in question, Dr. Jorge Barbosa, the latest tests carried out. It was with great admiration and displeasure that she was informed that she would not be received by the doctor... Lack of politeness and courtesy at the very least. Very very bad. I arrived at 5 pm and an hour later, as I hadn't been served yet and several people were coming in ahead of me, I asked if I was late, to organize myself. I was informed that my appointment was scheduled for 6:15 pm and that I would only be seen after the people who were scheduled before.
