Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service. My delivery is 2 weeks late and whenever I call to ask about it, I am told the same thing that they will contact me to schedule a different delivery time and date. I have made 5 phone calls and not once have they actually ended up reaching out to me. It is also not possible to specifically contact this store so even customer service is unable to help me. I now have to physically go to the location for help solving my delivery order. These are unnacceptable business practices; i will be avoiding shopping at Leroy Merlin in the future.

I won’t go into the details of my experience here or I’ll be writing paragraphs, but all I’ll say is avoid. The time to be attended for online purchases is extremely long, they are disorganized, and do not follow up on their promises. Zero customer service. We’ve been waiting over 3 months for our article.

Only one member of staff dealing with collections and returns! Don't bother order online for collection, is quicker to go to the store, collect from the shelf and pay at the Cash desk.

Oh this store has a verity of different behaviour attitude people The staff on return goods area is super rude and manners less They will refuse to welcome you and they will misguide you completely You’ll be forced to speak Portuguese and they will fool you due to be a foreigner They need so ethical trining and they need to understand they work for a international company and they must accept the territory of Portugal is for everyone Portugal is not only for Portuguese and all Portuguese aren’t only those live in Portugal Many many comes from different countries and they might not speak well Portuguese Staff supposed to do better communication and welcome all the clients and deal equally They all are humans I was dealt bad Worst behaviour Called the managers they was bit helpful by the words but not helpful to resolve the issue

Delivery within 72 hours. No way. At the moment I am waiting for 168 hours and still have no answer after 3 calls in 1 week. No idea when the material will be delivered and no one can tell me. The material is ready for transport. Second time this is happening with us with delivery by Leroy. 2 times tried, 2 times very bad. No communication, no initiative. You answered me with a link. Also that link is not operating!! It is going very well. Just send me a personal email adress!! All other IT systems at Leroy does not work.

Best Leroy ever organized with lots of space not as full as the others easy parking….
