(Translated by Google) The Municipal Museum of Submerged Life had its origin with the donation of shell and coral collections (sea biology nucleus) and archaeological collections (archaeology nucleus), as well as immersion equipment, to the Lisbon City Council in 1969. Thus, the CML assigns the headquarters to the CPAS, which is the trustee of the municipal museum collections.

A visit to be made NOW. Anyone who is a sea lover like me should pay a visit, anyone who isn't will stay. Dr Margarida Farrajota, director of the Center, conveys to all visitors all the love and enthusiasm she has for diving and all the wonders that the sea gives us. Maybe, if more people went to CPAS, they would understand the sea and not make it dirty. TO VISIT URGENTLY.

It's a fantastic shame that the state doesn't provide space for sampling all the archological material
