joined
Energized
after
suffering
a
back
injury
with
the
idea
of
it
being
an
extension
of
my
physiotherapy
to
speed
up
recovery.
I
can't
speak
highly
enough
of
the
coaches,
they
all
have
their
own
way
of
doing
things
yet
collectively
have
your
best
interests,
personal
capabilities
and
goals
in
mind
-
it
really
is
personalised
and
I
feel
completely
at
ease
following
the
programmes
they
set
each
day.
At
the
beginning,
each
of
my
exercises
were
completely
tailored
to
my
injury
and
only
a
few
months
later
I
am
now
able
to
front
squat
70kg
unassisted,
something
i
would
have
laughed
at
being
able
to
do
6
months
ago.
The
nutritional
guidance
is
brilliant,
I
always
knew
to
focus
on
protein
but
never
really
knew
why
or
what
benefit
it
really
had,
they
quickly
nipped
that
in
the
bud!
I
think
the
reason
it
works
for
me
is
the
focus
on
accountability.
The
monthly
body
scans
really
show
you
what
you've
been
doing
that
month,
as
well
as
how
you've
been
eating
and
whether
that
needs
to
be
changed
and
improved
on.
I'm
yet
to
get
bored,
it's
unlikely
I
will
and
genuinely
enjoy
going
every
day.
I
can't
say
losing
over
2
stone
has
been
easy,
but
it's
certainly
been
fun!
