We would occasionally go to castle Gardens with our dogs or simply for a walk through. It's a lovely area in Lisburn for a short stroll. I enjoy watching the squirrels scavenging early in the morning when it's not too busy.

Nice park with space to run around if you're a toddler or a dog. Public toilets handy and near shops + cafes. Multiple parking options close by too.

Epic views of Lisburn. A very well maintained little park. Perfect for a relaxing walk. Would be interesting to see a Sunset from the top.

A nice well maintained park. We visited on a Sunday evening and the park was well used by people of all ages and dog walkers. It felt safe to us. The paths are suitable for all mobilities. The historic monuments and gardens are well maintained. We saw no litter and no dog fouling. Please note that the gates are locked overnight. I recommend a visit to this park if you visit Lisburn and wish to take a short stroll in a pleasant location.

Free entry. Very pretty. Doesn't take too long to walk around. Long queues for rides and crêpe. Don't forget to look up to see the night laser display. Can park on the road if you can find a space. Otherwise there is a car park.

Beautiful small park in Lisburn city centre, not far from the cathedral and shops. Nice quiet spot, well kept gardens and it has toilet facilities.

Very well kept, enjoyable walk - not particularly big gardens but very good views around the approach roads to Lisburn town and.the surrounding countryside. Very quiet and relaxing and well worth a visit.

Amazing views of the rest of Lisburn from the gardens and the gardens were very beautiful! Also, they are quite quiet despite being near some main roads, it was such a beautiful place to spend the morning 💚

Went for the Christmas lights. It's free and not too crowded. The girls enjoyed meeting Santa in his grotto. Not sure why I would pay to go to the likes of Antrim castle and put up with more crowds

Nice gardens to walk around for a short while. There are a few benches where you can sit and just get away from it all, providing there are no teens with boomboxes or on scooters. It's good to see some green spaces kept in Lisburn

A little gem right in the heart of Lisburn. Lovely spot to spend a half hour or so, with well cared for grounds and flower beds. A credit to those who look after it.

This definitely meets the definition of a place, I cannot fathom going here for a day out it is just a patch of grass you walk through.

Grounds very pretty for a Sunday walk. Gents and disabled public toilets closed. Very disappointed in city council amenities.
