I
have
been
taking
classes
from
Anu
for
just
over
a
year
now.
Previously,
I
have
taken
classes
from
a
lot
of
different
studios,
but
Anu’s
classes
have
blown
them
out
the
water.
Anu
teaches
classes
with
a
focus
on
mind
and
body
alignment,
and
has
breathing
exercises
and
meditation
at
the
end.
Through
her
classes
I’ve
learned
a
lot
about
the
benefits
of
the
different
poses,
and
I
leave
them
feeling
calm
and
relaxed,
even
after
doing
some
challenging
poses.
This
isn’t
just
a
workout
class
(which
is
what
other
yoga
classes
feel
like),
but
really
helps
you
learn
about
your
own
body.
The
classes
are
tailored
to
fit
the
needs
of
the
students,
and
the
size
is
small,
which
means
that
Anu
pays
attention
to
everyone
and
can
give
suggestions
on
how
to
fix
your
form.
Anu
is
a
fantastic
teacher,
with
a
very
soothing
voice.
I
highly
recommend
to
anyone
who
has
tried
other
yoga
classes
and
is
looking
for
more!
