    The past two months or so I’ve been taking yoga classes from Anu. Her knowledge in yoga is deep and I’m very comfortable taking her classes. She is thorough in her understanding of students needs and takes time to ask what benefits we want from the classes each time. I never thought I would enjoy yoga classes, and it is a real workout! I’m happy I found Anu and yoga!

    My experience with Anu has been great. I am relatively inexperienced in yoga practice and she is patient and takes time to help me get it right. Her instruction is quite good. I’m also new to chanting but I am finding my way and again she is patient and there to help. I suggest her to anyone new to yoga or anyone who is looking to advance their current practice.

    I started with taking a few private lessons with Anu and then moved on to the group zoom sessions. Anu is an excellent Yoga instructor. She’s patient and articulate, watching where each of us are in our practice and encouraging us to stretch more or twist more to get the best out of our practice or letting us know that where we are at is just enough. She explains the benefits of each pose as we practice. She listens to our needs at the beginning of each class (stressful day, tight hips) and instantly tailors the class to include appropriate poses and breathing techniques. I feel rejuvenated after every class!

    Anu brings in her teaching the art of helping her students be more connected with themselves through the practice of yoga. She starts the class by checking in with each of her students needs and tailors the practice accordingly . All her yoga classes focus on mind and body and her message is clear to keep increasing inward awareness. I am so grateful for her online zoom classes during the pandemic and her commitment to help people be well.

    I started learning yoga and pranayama with Anu about a year ago. Anu is extremely professional and smiling all the time. Clear instructions, soothing voice listening to the needs of the students and adapting the sessions based in the needs, I do not think that we can get all of these at any other yoga studios. One can see her passion for yoga in her teachings.Even though we are doing the online classes, she is very observant and gives a feedback. I am always looking forward for the classes and have improved my fitness level tremendously. Most importantly she does not deter from the traditional style. Grateful to have her as my teacher.🙏🙏

    I have been doing yoga classes with Anu for several months now. She is very patient and encouraging. I love that she tailors each class to our body’s needs. She always explains the purpose of each pose or movement, and gives constructive feedback as she observes us practice. I can already tell that my fitness is slowly improving and I look forward to continuing along this path of wellness. She also includes breathing and meditation exercises into every class, which helps immensely with calming the mind. I have done classes both in-person and over zoom, and have enjoyed both. At the end of each class I feel rejuvenated and at peace. I am so grateful to be able to learn from Anu. I highly recommend Yoganubhav!

    I have been taking yoga lessons with Anu for a few months now . I enjoy the experience thoroughly and it is helping me achieve my fitness goals. Anu is an excellent teacher , very patient and reassuring. She makes the lessons enjoyable and personalizes them to suit the needs of the student .

    I joined yoga with Anu about 6 months ago. I think this is the best decision I have taken for my body and soul. She is excellent teacher who listens to our needs and customize the class accordingly. I have major problems with balancing but with Anu’s instructions I see marked improvement. Thanks Anu.

    Anu is very nice instructor. She teaches her classes with passion. She is the best instructor I have ever met. I been looking for yoga instructor for long time and went to many of them, there is no one like Anu. Along with her teaching, she also makes sure pasture is correct and technique is right so no injury happens. She learned her teaching skills from the east and perfect for those who can’t travel to india. She brings yoga techniques from india to the west, which is what I needed here since I could not travel to India due to my medical issues. We can’t find anyone better than her in Chicago area.

    I have been taking classes from Anu for just over a year now. Previously, I have taken classes from a lot of different studios, but Anu’s classes have blown them out the water. Anu teaches classes with a focus on mind and body alignment, and has breathing exercises and meditation at the end. Through her classes I’ve learned a lot about the benefits of the different poses, and I leave them feeling calm and relaxed, even after doing some challenging poses. This isn’t just a workout class (which is what other yoga classes feel like), but really helps you learn about your own body. The classes are tailored to fit the needs of the students, and the size is small, which means that Anu pays attention to everyone and can give suggestions on how to fix your form. Anu is a fantastic teacher, with a very soothing voice. I highly recommend to anyone who has tried other yoga classes and is looking for more!

    I have been with Anu for a year. I love her classes and look forward to them. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the students. She caters to the level of her students. I have improved my core strength and can hold poses now. We have learned so much about Yoga. I would highly recommend her.
