This studio is absolutely beautiful and has such a calming energy. Two separate rooms provide different experiences with heated practice. Great amenities and incredibly friendly and experienced staff to provide a great variety and mixture of classes! Cannot say enough good things about this studio but it’s definitely my favorite within the Naperville/lisle area.

Positivity!! When I walk in the door I instantly leave everything negative outside because I can feel the positive energy as soon as I cross the threshold. Kathy and Tony couldn't be more inviting and welcoming. Their facility is the best that I have been to. The details they have paid attention to are noticeable throughout. The common area is super chill. The locker room with private showers and private dry off area is awesome. Plenty of storage for street clothes and packs. The instruction is amazing. They found a team of instructors that are pationate about yoga and love being able to share it. The variety of yoga offered is quite large. From Yin yoga to 26 + 2 and fun ones in between for every type of yogi. The schedule is very accommodating and that is partially accomplished due to the fact that there are 2 yoga rooms, one hot and one room temp. The rooms are hard wood floor and a fair amount of mirrors to check form. Anyway, I could go on and on but go check it out for yourself!!!!

Beautiful studio with amazing amenities and it doesn’t stop there. The teachers are incredible! Beautifully constructed classes with a variety of styles and knowledge to guide you through your practice. The owner is so nice and it has been such a pleasant experience so far.

After attending the open house I decided to purchase a one month intro membership. I had never done Yoga prior to this and have had an amazing experience so far. The owners and teachers are extremely nice and helpful. I told them I was a beginner and they made sure I was set up for success. The entire facility is brand new, large, and clean. I highly reccomend Saha Yoga.

It was my first time visiting after loosing my job and I don’t recommend at all. First off, they don’t exactly offer a try out class. Yin yoga with Bernie was a waste of time, no relaxation, the teacher kept talking and I thought it was so focused on what he thought was “yin yoga.” They had downward dog as a yin pose? No music or soft lighting. Ill pass

I have been going to Saha Yoga for a few years. I travel a lot and still try out other studios while out of town. Saha is, hands down, my favorite studio. The teachers and staff are welcoming and make me feel like family. I love taking the variety of classes, from the less strenuous to the more challenging. But the hot mix and yin are my favorites. This studio is ALWAYS clean and the atmosphere is so nice. Most other studios just provide yoga, this studio provides class, yoga and friendship. And it’s really pretty.

I have attended Heather’s Flow/Yin class on Monday nights at 5:30 pm several times, and I really enjoy her yoga class. The class has a nice balance of slow flow with yin, and I love her choice of music and poses! The studio is kept slightly warm without being too warm. Thank you, Heather, for helping me continue my practice.

Such an amazing welcoming and sacred space the owners and instructors have created for yoga practice. I have walked away from each class thinking to myself this was exactly what I needed today. Along the way, I have seen growth in my own practice, flexibility and strength. There are so many distractions around me everyday, yet my yoga practice at Saha Yoga Studio empowers me to stay grounded, focused and peaceful. I am truly grateful to have found such a beautiful community.

During quarantine I found this studio extra helpful with the online classes. Once I was able to join I signed up for in house classes. The studio is beautiful albeit reduced functions due to COVID19. Its more motivating to do yoga at a studio. The mindscape alone and environment is well worth it.

I was encouraged to try hot yoga at Saha and I am hooked! This is a beautiful studio and the minute I walk I the door I feel my stress level decrease! As a beginner I am so thankful for the amazing instructors that I’ve met! I tell everyone to come try it!
