I've been coming here for years. These folks are the best. Attached is a picture of me. It was pouring rain and Rhodia didn't want me to get wet. So she out fitted me in plastic. It worked. I didn't get wet running to my car. What a sweetie. I think they need a raise!!!! Thanks

Excellent trip to my local UPS store today, store 2978 in Pawleys Island, SC. I could not have asked for a nicer, friendlier or helpful employee. Niyera Barnum gets 10 stars from the happy customer.

Amazingly friendly and efficient staff! I emailed them something I needed printed, and it was done quickly and perfectly. Last year they even helped me get a lost phone to its owner. This is an above-and-beyond kind of establishment. Thank you!

FAST & FRIENDLY! Visiting from out of town they printed my label that I was able to email to them helped me tape my box and sent us on our way quickly at the busiest time and all with a smile!...

Kiana at this location provided me with EXCELLENT service. I had to fax a document from the store, and three weeks later the recipient (a large healthcare company) sent me a snailmail stating the fax wasn't "dark" enough. Kiana re-sent the fax at no charge to me. This location is always efficient and professional, but I wanted to highlight Kiana's great customer service and consideration.

I entered the Pawleys Island UPS store approximately around 6:55pm on 1/8/24. As I entered, I asked if she was closed and she said partially. The lady working was very rude. It was clear that she didn’t want to be there. I wish I would’ve taken my business to Georgetown. They are very nice and bend over backwards to help. Never will visit PI store again.

The UPS folks here are consistently helpful and friendly. The quality of their work--from private mailboxes to printing services--is routinely A+. Trust them with your business!

I am a transplant from LI, New York and I have used UPS and USPS to deliver packages back north. This UPS store is the best way to get whatever I need delivered quickly and reasonably priced! I will continue to use UPS because I am a very satisfied customer

The overnight package dropped off in the morning of November 15 at this store to be delivered to a Charlotte UPS Store was not delivered as paid for ($33) the next day by 10am. After hours and hours of calls to every possible UPS and UPS Store involved - no one could offer any explanation or solution. They also would not issue a refund because the package wasn't delivered yet. I tried to file a claim today. To my surprise - the claims window is a mere 15 days. Funny how not one USP or UPS Store representative mentioned the very short time limit. This is how they get away with shoddy service and not suffer any consequences and the customer gets screwed. Use FedX.

I frequent the Pawleys Island UPS store for returns and they are always so fast but personable. Rhodia was the associate that helped me today and she was very pleasant with a smile and immediate greeting. Andrew was also on shift and he has helped me many times; he is also efficient and polite. Makes returning things less stressful for sure. Great job!
