I must confess that I am a very picky buyer and I was looking for a very unique piece of jewellery with YELLOW DIMOND. We went to check a lot of places, but the assortment was poor and boring. When we first came in Christopher’s store in just a few moments I was already trying some nice pieces. Amanda and Gil was helping us out. I was truly amazed of their very talented customer service, the were very knowledgeable, delicate and helpful, patient.I felt really comfortable working with them and express my needs and concerns. Gil could not have been more kind or more patient with me! I got a Christmas ring (from another jewelry store) from my boyfriend and needed it sized. I didn’t want to be without the ring for long but was told it would take 5 days. Christopher’s has a New York City elegance mixed with southern hospitality, that cannot be found anywhere else. The staff was knowledgeable and warm. The jewelry selection was impressive and Christopher was able to create a piece for me that exceeded all of my expectations.

My forty three year old sapphire and diamond wedding ring was seriously deteriorated and was quite tight. Al did a marvelous job rebuilding the ring with a new sapphire, making the ring larger and redoing all the prongs. The ring looks better than it did when new. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I’ll go back to for jewelry and crystal.

Yesterday, I picked up two pieces of jewelry that had been repaired by Christopher's Jewelers. I was helped by an extremely helpful young woman, Marcia, or Melissa, I am sorry that I am not clearly remembering her name. She was slender and wore dark rimmed glasses. She brought the two pieces I was picking up, and having asked that my diamond ring be cleaned, she did that. When she returned, she pointed out that a major prong was missing from this ring that holds the main diamond in place, and that the diamond also had a chip in this same area, leaving it all the more vulnerable. She was very helpful in suggesting I get this ring repaired ASAP, and assured me that it would be returned in a week, as I leave on a European trip shortly after that. Earlier in the year, Scott had helped me, and he also, was very helpful in recommending the services needed for both of these rings that are very special to me.
