I've been training in Liverpool Strength for over 5 years, before that I was in and out commercial gyms without a clue of what I was doing. The coaches at Liverpool strength are brilliant and from the first day of going there I was shown what all the equipment was for and the different types of programmes they have such as strength building, fat loss, powerlifting and Olympic lifting. There is a good vibe and the everyone is friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend this gym
