Meal was ok tables left with rubbish , not clean at all.the local drunks and beggers out on full force . All in all not a pleasant experience.

I thought I'd treat myself and granddaughter to lunch My granddaughter ordered chicken nugget meal which consisted of luke warm very dry chips and watery fanta All I ordered was a cheese burger, the service was very quick, however the bun was stale and the burger was cold? The assistant apologised and gave another burger? Without any dressing and it was cold Absolutely disgusting, my family and friends will never be eating Burger King again

Staff are normally spot on but new staff member - tall lad with skinhead - rude, condescending, unprofessional and ignorant. Used to go here most days for lunch at work, will NOT be returning which is a shame on all the other staff

Horrible place, yesterday we were there, it was 7:30 in the afternoon and they did not close until 11 at night. But they had tables without chairs, some chairs were on top of the tables, while we were waiting for our food one of the chairs fell from the ones they had on top of the tables just a few centimeters from my grandson, we really got a big scare. The bins were turned upside down so they couldn't be used and the bathrooms were closed, because they told us they had already been cleaned. I didn't want to open them so my 4 year old grandson could get in. We finally got them to open for us and they were out of paper and very dirty, I had to clean them so my grandson could pee. Although the food is not bad, I certainly do not plan to return to this place.

Lovely staff very clean establishment even the bathroom spotless food waiting time is a reasonable waiting time no longer than 8min piping hot food enjoyed it. Definitely be back

Severely understaffed, taking a long time to fulfil orders and unable to cope with the large amount of delivery orders coming through. The member of staff who served me was rude, didn’t even get simple please or thank yous from them. Half the drinks were missing from the coke machine and the drink I did get was watery and tasteless. Most of the tables were messy and dirty and there were chairs strewn all over the place. To their credit the food was hot and fresh.

Stroppy staff with green hair being unhelpful and giving eye rolls when we ordered. The chilly cheese bites had no cheese in them. Mess on every table and most of the drinks didn't work in the machine. And 20p for a 7ml sachet of tomato sauces.

This particular Burger King usually looks like close. Is very old and doesn't look very clean, but that can be because of the old looking. Usually is only 2 people working so you wait quite some time and more than once I have to check my food because the staff doesn't look sure of what they are giving to you. The fries are thrown to the bag and they are very inconsistent from one order to the other.

I ordered a Doble whopper meal this evening so that no one would tell me that I can't eat inside. After I was served and sat down at the table to eat, a woman from the staff here told me that there was no potanca inside because they were cleaning. I was simply sent to eat out. they could simply inform me in advance that it is not possible to eat in the restaurant. and I didn't order anything anymore. Arrogant and confident staff. I will never order here again.

Good place which is friendly, quick and useful. Their food is too over priced. But you can buy a cup for 99p and sit in and get free refills for as long as you stay.

The best place I've been for a burger. Friendly, helpful chef. I chose the Frank Butcher burger and OMG I've never tasted anything like it! Plus the tater tots are amazing! Excellent value for money. Won't go anywhere else for a burger now ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

went here today plus last week it’s run very poorly last week no milk no sugar for coffee or tea no copper to give the right change ice cream machine out of order went today 01 06 22 ordered fries and drink for my grandaughter the fries are under cooked how do you get that wrong never again mac donald’s is better by miles

Very good chips not as hot as I'd like but have to make allowances for distance from restaurant and the trafficxx

Lovely experience as usual. Staff were accommodating and service was completed with a smile! I was recommended the new Angus burger and it was divine! Will be back here again!

Their new 6oz chimichurri Angus burger is a dream. Deliciously cooked with cheese and chimichurri sauce and, of course, rocket and crispy onions. I also got chimichurri loaded fries 🍟 🤤. Treat yourself!! WELL DONE BK.

Food was given in bags when we ate in and wanted a tray. Every table was dirty. It was dimly light and was full of flies.

They don't do halloumi fries despite being advertised at the counter. Specials info is too fast to read, the place is dark inside and too busy with deliveroo orders to serve customers at the counter. No criticism of the few staff in there as they are working hard.

Went in to buy food. Display does not show full range they offer. Youngish (female) server seemed more interested in her phone / friends than serving. No serviettes at the time, so a length of blue hand towel was torn off. Unimpressed. One Sunday, at 1800, in July 2022.

Having not been to a burger king in years, we decided on the one at the services. Really impressed with the size of the burgers and chicken fillets, even though they are more expensive than MacDonalds. Thought they were worth it as a lot more filling. Chicken fillets and burgers are much higher too.

I do not eat junk food.

As usual it was clean and hygienic. Nice staff, no crowd, a good place to go.woth family to have a quick bite.

Staff are great, quick and efficient. Food was great and piping hot. Shame about the ignorant and rude Just Eat delivery crew who have no respect for anyone, swanning around like they run the place.

It's okay, it's a burger king, relatively quick service. Not the cleanest one I've been in. Staff are nice enough though. Happy eating!

Quick, lovely service. Really helpful staff. Had no ketchup sachets so put some in a tub for us. Only downside was the toilets. Didn't feel very clean.
