    Dr Ade Taiwo has affected my mental health terribly. He will not listen to anything you have to say, will talk over you, will not believe you unless you can provide proof of your condition first, intentionally try to catch you out with irrelevant questions about mental health, refuses to care for his patients for example I was hospitalised with gall stone pain and he actually refused me pain relief after I had asked him for something stronger than over the counter paracetamol (he had scan results from the hospital as his proof) due to this I was hospitalised 4 more times and placed on to a drip as I could no longer keep food or water down. Dr Ade Taiwo does not have his patients best interests at heart and will do the bare minimum for you (on a good day). Its Doctors like him that miss, and or cause illness, disease and suffering through their negligence. He wouldn't allow me to enter into the one sided phone conversation and told me if I didn't like what he said I could call back the reception to speak with someone else, which I did do, only to be told there's no one free until Thursday. 4 days away. considering I am in agony, desperate and suicidal (of which he is aware) shows what this man really is made of. Dr Ade Taiwo also has many other complaints against him. Do not have any dealings with him as he could finally cause the death of a patient through his laziness, unwillingness to help and just lack of general human kindness....

    I recently visited your practice for an appointment with the nurse. On arrival at the practice I tried to book in and the machine said that I could not book in as I was to early for appointment. I proceeded to wait. The nurse came out and asked if any one was waiting for the nurse. I said that I was and she started telling me off for not booking in at the reception. I tried to explain that I was to early to no evail. Then on trying to enter the treatment room my wheelchair could not get through the door way. There was other small details like the attitude of the said nurse but I can't go on. The only redeeming thing was the new receptionist.

    Nearly every time I put my repeat prescription in its not in chemist I have to phone docs up to see what's happened and they say I'll put it through now to collect later, I put my prescription in on a Friday the following Thursday NOT IN.😡4 years on and nothing has changed.🤨

    Omg an hour as number one in the queue on the phones....how can that be possible they have 2 phonelines and an hour is just wrong to be waiting....disgraceful still never got through so cut it off as had to go to work..what a joke

    Dr Taiwo not properly assessing my baby because "he could hear him shouting from waiting room" and was "chatty" so couldn't be that sick. Only felt his throat for any swelling and didn't even attempt to check his tonsils. Temp spiked to 39° degrees last night and had to go a&e at 1am and didn't get seein till nearly 9am. My 23 month old had no sleep and sweated through his clothes due to high temp. Turns out he did have tonsillitis and could've been saved the trip to a&e if dr actually attempted proper assessment and didn't try and out it down to "viral". I am absolutely furious, this GP practice has gone madly down hill since COVID.

    The receptionist named Louise was very helpful and polite. However as a whole I'm not happy with this practice. In the past I've had similar experiences to other negative reviews relating to a certain doctor. I feel lost in the process and believe some malice or neglect is going on in secret.

    I have to give a star, so there it is. Waiting time is just wrong, morning/afternoon and evening. 42 mins on hold so far and 20 of those have been position 1. It's now 4:34pm. What is the point of a GP surgery nowadays? Had to battle in the past to get a referral over my heart after a heart specialist had told me to. Now I need to request a referral to get ready for an Op on my knee, again Just got through (as I'm typing) and have to make an app with GP at 8am. Wish me luck as I won't hold my breath.

    Since all the original doctors have left the practice service is very poor with some obnoxious receptionists that have bad attitudes towards service users! You can’t get an appointment! You are told to visit the walk in centre to see a doctor. Although there aren’t any doctors at the walk-in, and with severe illness to boot!!!! Me and my family will be signing up to a new practice having been with Ford medical our entire lives, which is very sad, but can’t be dealing with the anxiety trying to get medical help from such a poor run practice!

    The few times I've been here in recent years, I've felt that the doctors don't seem to listen or take concerns seriously anymore. It used to be great some time ago, had good doctors. Like Dr Kent and Dr Williams. Would give one star but the reception staff are nice and quick to help.

    I would give it NO STARS absolutely disgusting I am taking these to court and there all going down for it!!!!! Not saying much what happened but they don’t care, I know somebody they now have an illness because of these! He wanted to get a scan and they said no so he had to go to the hospital and get them to do it THIS DOCTORS SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR GOOD! THEY WILL GET WHATS COMING TO THEM! SEE USE IN COURT!!!!!!

    Rang at 8am to get an appointment only to be on hold for 35 mins being 9th in the que to only be told there is not appointments left for today go the walk-in if I am concerned or see if the pharmacy can do anything for me

    The waiting time to get through to the reception is shocking. 45mins is just unacceptable. I understand there's probably pressures on the receptionists but by the time my family member got through he was met with rudeness and hostility. I hope things can change as this GP practice isessential to the community as it has been for years.

    DVLA sent them a form to fill out for my license application, they recieved it in September, it's now December and after asking multiple times when they are going to complete it and send it back they now tell me it's not going to be until February of next year. 6 months to fill out a form. Edit: The length of time it just took you to respond to this post would be enough to have just filled out the form instead.

    After reading some reviews on here ,,My God what is up with people.They all human we all in same boat ,,Most complaints technical as well ,I mean come on ,,,At least we have somewhere to actually go for treatment. I am doing this because believe you all need to realise the staff here are all professional and very helpful,,Special thank you to Mark NURSE,,sandra receptionist rang 10-09-20 ,,,ridiculously very helpful Thanks ,,Keep up outstanding work ,

    I have never had a bad dealing with any reception staff at this practice, they are all so lovely! Stay away from Dr Taiwo, especially if you have anxiety on your records as your arm could be hanging off and it will be down to anxiety! Very uncaring, unsympathetic, rude man, as said in previous post he will talk over and belittle you. I just ask not to see him and I have no problems, in fact the locums are usually great. In regards to appointments, it is hard to get one, I recommend doing the econsult online as it's much easier and less stressful to get an appointment 😊

    Can honestly say that the couple of times I've had to go here one seeing Dr jacks and the last seeing doctor Sharrocks that I felt throughly diagnosed not rushed and that my health and well being was at the forefront of the appointment and could see a clear duty of care within there assessment. 3rd surgery I've been registered at due t house moves and this one the best yet

    I honestly have never had an issue with this surgery and can't understand the bad reviews. Friendly receptionists and medical staff who go above and beyond and are hard-working and caring despite their workload. Well done to you all x

    Worst gp surgery I've had to deal with ever so unprofessional don't read notes on file dish out any kind of prescription 9 times out 10 it's the wrong one.

    Receptionist rolling they're eyes because my mum suggested getting a changing table in the toilets for the baby, just thought it was rude the fact they didn't even respond just rolled they're eyes.

    Wouldn't even put 1 star.. point-blank refused to ring alderhey over medication for my daughter who suffers with severe exczma. Despicable behaviour Doctors really do need to be shut down all together or new staff employed who actually take care an compassion seriously.
