Great vegan friendly place where you wouldn’t expect. + straight up honest food + very tasty and good value for money + chic and hipster vibe with rustic decor - bit of an odd location and off the beaten track

This is a charming little local shop and cafe just outside Manchester city centre. We stopped here for some burritos and they tasted fantastic but what sold the place was the friendly people who ran the place. They also have a system for paying forward so the less fortunate can come grab a free meal. Check out the board just outside the front doors!

Today I had a full breakfast with4 of my friends and it was vegan and delicious. Very tasty.althougj never tried it before I was pleasantly surprised and I bought some vegan toothpaste and toothbrush and some tea and cake. Thank you to the lovely gentleman and lady who served us and made us feel warm and welcomed. On chapel Street Manchester. We struggled to find anywhere open on a Saturday morning

Absolutely lovely shop and tenants. The food is great, home made. Service is fast. Lots of efforts on the zero-waste side of their management. Would love seeing more cans and less plastic bottles in the fridge. Maybe a on-site juice machine to make fresh orange/others juices?

I come here to refill my cleaning products, but it smelled so good inside today that I decided to buy my lunch too. I had the soup of the day (vegan chilli topped with hummus and jalapeños) with a slice of really lovely fresh hearty bread. It was really tasty and filling, will definitely get food here again!

Got some f/ range eggs ,lovely vegan tempeh & salad ciabatta tdf and lovely chocolate cake. Staff were friendly and polite . I think I found a little gem when I come to Manchester.

Reading through the other comments, it is clear that food is their strong suit and not coffee, which isn't obvious at all from a place that claims to be a cafe-bar. We bought an americano and a latte. They burnt the coffee and it was incredibly watery in spite of having milk, it tasted absolutely vile. At least we used them to warm our hands while we walked, but we had to through them in a bin once they couldn't even serve that purpose. I give it two stars because the place looked nice, and service was friendly enough.

Stopped for post run drink...yummy ice chai latte and made a friend a bespoke smoothie so extra points for that! Loved the vibe and how local everything was

Went here on a whim, got myself a lovely breakfast. Wasn't very filling but it was very tasty and it looked good too 👍10/10 would go again

Lovely staff. Really tasty food. We had the BLT and the veggie sausage, cheese and onion butty 🤤 So tasty!
