I took my daughter for her first vaccine today. Although we weren't patients there, we were treated very professionally. And the doctor who administered the shot was amazing. Made my daughter completely at ease.

The Doctors always make time to listen and not rush you out the door. If ever I need to wait a little in the reception area I know someone has needed a little time with their Doctor so I don't mind at all. Always very thorough which is what's desired when it's your health and wellbeing.

An excellent consultation. The doctor explained the results of my test results and suggested how I can improve the bone density: checking measurements from previous years. Also she investigated my ongoing breathing problems, explaining the symptoms, and prescribing a corrective solution and a follow-up lung test the following week. She also checked heart beat. An excellent session: I only wish she could be my long-term GP.

As always everyone is wonderful. Going to miss Prof John Dearin so much but it’s his time so we wish him many blessings as he moves on with life.

The clinic was open on time and the check-in process was seamless. The receptionist was polite and friendly. Dr Sachal was personable, engaging, and helpful. As a patient, I was satisfied and will be delighted to return when required.

I took my elderly father to this medical centre for a full health assessment and I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness and professionalism with which the doctor, nurse and receptionists treated him. They took their time to listen to him, laugh with him and then talked to him gently and persuasively about a future healthcare plan. Wish I'd have gone to them before!

I moved to lithgow about 7 years ago. I have multiple medical issues. The change from Melbourne and metro care to regional was a shock for me. So focused on the drug issues here and the hardship of most Lithgow citizens they treated me like a drug addict, judged me straight off the bat. I haven't been to them for years UNTIL now. I got sent there due to a workplace injury. I was greated but a very kind helpful front desk worker. I saw Dr Ben Hanson whom was so kind, so helpful, thorough and non judgemental. Ever since, they follow up on my progress, both Dr and Admin and never ever even the slightest sense of (you're just a number) which is a massive problem we have here in the medical community. Dr Hanson Ochre and Dr Canada bridge street I feel are the only drs so far that I have had that treat with respect, don't assume, and care.

Have a good uplifting day. Because doctor had thoroughly checked my knee and bones, attached to it, and is a minor problem.. as I am overweight... So itis good I don't need x-ray... :)

From my personal experience - I've always found the practice to professionally managed. From making appointments to the efficient and friendly front office staff - through to the care delivered from clinicians. As someone who is generally lazy in leaving reviews - good service needs to be acknowledged.

Rang ochre for 45 minutes, no response, walked up to the centre and there were two people sitting there, apparently the phone was not answered because there were no appointments available

First time with Dr Shah. Very easy going, wrote a scrip, asked about side effects and did not push me to get a blood test.

Prof Dearin is a knowledgeable doctor that goes the extra mile! Both caring and thorough.

Went to Ochre lithgow today for a medical for a job. Very pleased with everyone there. I will be coming back as a new patient.

Very Discraceful and disgusted in A very Rude Arrogent doctor Tahmina Moshin. Whilst waiting to see her she was discussing my medical history with the receptionist loud enough for my wife and i and anyone else waiting to hear. Stated she didnt want to see me and that she wanted me to see another doctor. My wife and i up and left. A disgrace to the profession.

The staff are friendly letting me know if my appointment will or won't be on time. Dr Shah looked after my health requirements. He is knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my requirements.
