I applied for an appointment on 5/27/23 and I was conditionally approved so I had to submit some documentation which was not an issue I didn’t mind submit any documentation that I needed, but I was working with tonia and I tell you she gave me the run around for almost two weeks. She would say I’ll call you back and didn’t I would have to call they have very high expectations and for an apartment like this they need not to have them type of expectations. I felt like I was applying for an 20,000 a month apartment in NYC so today I just withdrew my application I really wasted valuable time applying here. So if you get conditionally approved, expect to go through hell.

I lived here from Sept 20 to Sept 21. First six months management was good and responsive. Later, I noticed a change. Although I filed complaints number of times about the windows do not stay up and should be fixed, they never did. They had the nerve to offer me a lease renewal with %10 increase. No justification. Later, they returned my deposit $125 less than they are supposed to. No explanation, nothing. They don't even feel themselves obligated to itemize the charge(s), why it is $125 less. So, I called and asked, they said it is light cleaning fee, although I left the apartment very clean and neat. Top management, in my opinion is full of polite thieves. They just seat on the money belongs to someone else. I do wish that $125 they stole from me comes out of their wealth, their children's wealth, their grand children's wealth one million times more.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex to deal with. The attitudes of those in office are extremely unprofessional. The application process was horrendous and apparently there’s zero to no comprehension with the staff. Can we all pitch in and purchase a rental assistant guide for Sierra and the rest of the staff? A Rental Agent For Dummies sounds good. I don’t believe their brain cells are working correctly. So first, I was mixed up with another applicant and was asked for more money because of a denial. I wasn’t denied at all. Sierra didn’t even pull up my profile. Where’s the disconnect? This happened on multiple occasions. Is the computer/your desk down the hall or off campus? System outages? Next, the application was placed in several weeks ago and she has yet to put in my employment information. It was literally just sitting there unprocessed. She stated, “I was backed up”. Not my problem. Learn how to multitask or pursue a different career because clearly this isn’t it. Finally, some of the apartments don’t have doors…..why? Did the contractors get fed up with you all as well and decide not to move forward with you all? Understandable. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere.

These are the worst apartments ever to live in… I wanted to upgrade from the apartment I was in(a mess with leaks and mold)because of me moving in and them never letting me see it was a mess before the move in. So I got stuck with a old out dated leaky moldy apartment😡maintenance don’t fix behind the leaks and now I’m dealing with mold and big roaches.The price isn’t worth the headache🙄DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! Ms. Yvonne was amazing ! From beginning to the end. . she was responsive and answered all my questions. I had no issues or delays. Besides the men redoing my carpet but o rather deal with that than any other issue. I can’t wait to experience my new apartment. Thank you again! Update : I just want to say the situation I’m dealing with and the responsiveness of maintenance and the office staff/management is amazing! all I did was call in with my concerns and just like that they have helped in less than 24 hours. I promise all you have to do is express your concerns politely. . .

My experience living at 670 Thornton is pleasant. I enjoy living here for many things, but especially because of the wonderful leasing office staff. They go above and beyond to get things done. I also enjoy all the extras they provide for us residents such as bingo, free ice pops, donuts, etc.

Tonia made the process so smooth. Once I was approved, she sent me a checklist of things to get completed by move in day which was a first for me. So far I am Loving my new apartment and the community

I’ve been staying here since February and I love it . I live everyone in the office . The staff are lovely 🥰 I haven’t had not one problem here .
