My
daughter
and
I
reserved
a
room
at
this
hotel
to
complete
my
two
weeks’
notice
on
my
job.
The
beds
were
amazingly
comfortable,
the
kitchen
and
cutlery
were
nice.
The
Office
Manager,
Danyez
Hines
“Dee”
humbly
assisted
us
with
both
reservations
and
permitted
us
to
move
from
408
to
108
to
assist
with
our
chihuahua.
Unfortunately,
The
Hotel
receptionists,
Jermaine
Simmons,
General
Manager
and
Brittany
McClain,
Executive
Housekeeping
Manager
communication
and
customer
service
skills
were
poor.
Once
we
settled
in
Room
108,
we
witnessed
red
stains
in
several
places
on
the
carpet,
pieces
of
tape
were
on
the
ceiling,
and
a
medium
hole
in
the
outside
window
screen;
the
next
day
we
sensed
an
unpleasant
odor.
Shirley,
the
housekeeper
assigned
to
the
floor
sprayed,
and
several
days
later
Brittany
sprayed
to
eliminate
the
unpleasant
odor.
However,
the
unpleasant
odor
lingered.
Thereafter,
we
witnessed
the
clothes
hanger
was
loose
from
the
wall
upon
removing
the
iron,
and
the
bathroom
base
board
was
filthy.
In
addition,
a
blue
stain
was
on
the
recliner.
The
daytime
staff
stated
the
hotel
does
not
clean
the
carpet,
but
the
evening
staff
stated
differently.
An
issue
with
the
server
prevented
the
picture
upload.
We
gave
the
Hotel
ample
time
to
make
corrections
before
we
checked-out.
In
closing,
Shirley
is
an
exceptional
housekeeper,
and
this
Hotel
could
receive
a
5-star
rating
if
the
Hotel
improves
on
their
customer
service,
and
all
accommodations
are
met.
