    The speakers hardly work, you can’t understand what’s being said much less the employees understand your order. You have to repeat yourself, and then not to mention the card readers outside and apparently in the store won’t read a card or a chip. When I got my blast it was a 14oz small cup with about 8 1/2 - 9 OZ of what seems to have been a poor attempt at a classic butterfinger blast..my boyfriend was missing the entire middle of his and we are extremely disappointed..make it make sense sonic..

    CHAOTIC!!!! Drive through takes 20min, plus to answer. None of the drive ups work. NONE! Then they finally will tell you they only accept online orders. Food is cold. This place is an unmanaged unaccountable disaster!!! It’s been this way for over a year now without any progress. The only solution Sonic provides is a phone number they don’t even answer and a link that doesn’t work. Watch them respond to this review with the same phone number and link. I don’t want the number or link. I want y’all to do your jobs.

    This place is worst than terrible. It takes longer to get your food at this location than it would if you went and sat down at a full service restaurant. Every time I come here, I say NEVER AGAIN. But each time I go, I hope it’s going to be different and they actually have the speed of a normal fast food restaurant. NOT. This last time I went, the employees were actually fighting outside of the restaurant (the police were called), AND this hand written sign is posted on the order machine saying they’re pretty much out of everything. This place is truly a joke and should either be shut down or be under new management.

    Terrible. I never review fast food places because I seldom visit them and because when I do, my expectations aren't particularly high. But this place needs to just close up shop. Prices on receipt don't match the menu board. The managers are bringing ice from the gas station, in their personal vehicles, to serve to customers. The soft drink machines are all inoperative and this location is pouring Sam's Club sodas out of 2 liter bottles. The food was cold, the tots were old and tasted like they had been fried three times.

    Why have a beverage happy hour and an in app incentive if your beverage machines are ALWAYS DOWN!!!! Place a preorder in the app, go to pick it up and 99.9% chance something is either broken or out of stock. At this point - I’m beginning to feel like it’s something personal… UPDATE 7/27/23: Sonic your response is not acceptable! You post the same canned response on all of your reviews AND in my case it doesn’t help nor solve

    The drive thru is faster but I ordered 1 #2 w/ tots and strawberry limeade and 1 #3...w/tots and cherry limeade...ok. they have no bacon for #3...ok...#2, please and put the orders in different bags. Get to the window, they have no strawberries. Get the drinks, just lime in the seltzer water. Get home and bite my burger, I got pickle juice...oh well, my dogs had Sonic's. Waste of mone...now, I have to fry my catfish

    After waiting 20 min to get to the order box and then another 20 to get our food, we didn’t receive a receipt. They were out of strawberry which is one of main reasons to visit. Got home opened our burgers to find both were dry and seemed old, and had no condiments. Also, my husband burger was supposed to be a double but was a single and the tots were OLD. We returned with the food and waited another 15 or more minutes for our food to be remade. I made sure they gave me a copy of my receipt as well. In total getting dinner tonight took a little over an hour. This was our first time back at this location due to issues every visit and tonight will be our LAST.

    Either this location is understaffed or lazy but they only have the drive-thru open. It took at least 5 mins for someone to even inform me that that was what was going on. Half of the outside stall machines have been removed, some don't even work, parking lot littered with trash and just looks unkempt. I don't even really enjoy the food, but I love the drinks but with continued service like this, I'll just go to a gas station. Honestly, not the first time I've experienced this so I'm unlikely to ever go to any Sonic ever again. Just weird smelling, oily food, with terrible service. Not to mention, I wasted my lunch break having this terrible experience and feeling frustrated enough to write a review about it. Why did I even come?

    Online says it opens at 9am. Sign out front saying it’s not open until 10am. Fine. I wait 30 minutes because I had a very strong pregnancy craving for some Sonic. Show up at 10:10 and it’s still not open? Guy at window so incompetent and has no idea why they aren’t open yet. Unprofessional girl yelling in the back “NOT OPEN!” This Sonic is a complete joke.

    This sonic is GARBAGE!!!!!!!!! I mean the stalls missing on the side should have been my warning before destruction! They on their phones instead of taking orders. And when they do want to take your order they tell you to go to a stall. Why does the drive thru exist then! How are they even passing health inspection!!! I would give this 0 stars if I could!

    Listen I only gave you one star because I had to so I could write this review. This place needs to be closed down! There is no reason for it to be open in the state that it's in. This whole store on Thornton road needs trained management. The company itself needs to replace every equipment that is broken and go through a remodel. Every time I go to this location they have to give me a full list of everything that is broken and or what they do not have available. Honestly who is managing this Sonic. I don't leave reviews but man this place is bad!

    My shake was on point AFTER waiting forever. Hubby put the car in park to receive 1 milkshake AND we were the ONLY ones in line! Finally a young lady comes to the window after pay a male and shouts out $21 something. My husband said NO ma'am. Her coworkers corrected her. We will NOT be returning Unfortunately and please understand that the shake was good and thick and very tasty

    Extremely poor customer service from the entire team, especially the one with blonde wig in the drive thru. Smdh will never return to that location ever again, got my order wrong to be told that, they put the wrong item in my bag. Isn't that an error on my order though, so disappointed in some people in their work environment.

    I only got a drink and everyone knows sonic has great drinks, so for sonic it's always about customer service for me. Which they did pretty well. Also they have drink deals for the morning goers I didn't realize!

    I remembered why I don't patronize Sonics. I went to try the new slushberry drink. They brought it to my vehicle dripping and didn't provide a single napkin. Then the drink wasn't even made correctly as it didn't have any ice cream in it. Will never bother with Sonics again.

    Sat at 2 different menu boards, 1 for w e mins and the 2nd 20 mins, an hour apart and never had a single person acknowledge me. No wonder so many of these are closed

    If this is your only experience with the brand, I'm sorry, it could be so much better! The ones in Cobb county are all terrible. The issues existed pre pandemic & have got worse somehow. No drive in bays open, long line, slow service, out of basics, long line at drive through, kids meal asked for fries got tots, kid screamed the whole way home. In our old town we were frequent visitors, but this location needs some love from the top! Gave 3 stars bc the tots were fresh, the people were nice, & the slush was perfect.

    Went through the drive through due to the drive up spaces being closed for the day, probably due to staffing, which is fine and understandable. My coworker and I took our lunch hour and came through. We ended up spending the entirety of our lunch hour waiting on our order, returned late back to work, and hadn't even eaten. The lady who served us at the window muttered something about the slushie machine being down for one of the flavors, so that flavor was received just liquid and with some ice in it. We waited patiently, and after hearing some laughter and a clattering sound, the lady returned to notify us that the order was being held up because they "wanted to ensure the freshness of the food". I'm pretty sure my food got dropped. After we had received the food, I had to wait another 5 minutes to receive the straws for our drinks, which was when I figured out what the lady was mumbling about with the sushi machine. Not a pleasant experience at all.

    Went to get a shake during happy hour to find out they didn't have shakes but offered to make a blast which I've never had but it was darn 5 dollars. Just ended up going to McDonald's for the shake

    Go anywhere else for a better experience, drive through only this visit again, waited 20 minutes in line to try to order, found out they was cash only, and had no icecream. Previous visits wait through drive through was same, but when we got our order it was wrong and missing items. At this point I wonder how they stay open with the horrible service.

    We were craving Sonic and unfortunately the closest 1 is about 25 minutes away. We made the drive, then waited in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes. We heard the employee tell the previous car that they were out of Coke, ice-cream, and chili, and could only accept card payments so we adjusted our order accordingly. We finally get to the speaker to order at 10:30pm only to be told that THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS... it's 10:30 and you don't close till midnight.!?!? This turned in to a wasted hour of our time and gas, and a lesson to never visit this Sonic again!

    By far the worst Sonic I’ve even been too. I have not visited this location one time without having any issues. They are either closed, short staff or the food is just dry and old. Today, I waited 25 minutes while they changed shift. Initially when pulling to the drive thru they said it would be 15 minutes until they could take orders because they were in the middle of changing shifts - totally understandable. But after 15 mins passed no update I grew impatient. So I asked how much longer, an employee stated “I’m not sure, I am waiting for my manager to get here”. This place obviously needs more staff, and BETTER management. How are you a manager and not at work, and employees are waiting on you? I left because I couldn’t wait any longer. It’s the slowest “fast food” establishment EVER. This wILL be my LAST time visiting this location.

    This is the worst sonic EVER. The drive thru is always down so they are taking orders at the window. Only 3 stalls work..when they are even accepting orders at the stalls. When you try to use the app it’s either down or you end up paying for stuff they are out of. It’s such a shame because I love Sonic but this? A hot mess. Corporate needs to come on out and just revamp it. Sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant.

    Went and ordered corns dogs on the app. Has taken them over 15 mins and I pushed the red button and she mumbled something I said I did not hear you and 5 mins later someone said Drive they only. Food still not ready after I checked in over 20 mins ago well there goes my lunch only get 30 mins. This sonic sucks!!! Always have an issue with them. I thought I would give them one last shot and again they failed! The manager that runs this place should be ashamed and embarrassed. If it’s drive-through only they should be putting signs up on the stalls instead of just letting you sit there and we can’t even go in because on the door it says employees only do not enter!!

    I’ve been frequenting this location for the last 5 years and I no longer will be stopping by. Between waiting 30 mins from driving up in drive thru live and actually driving off with less than 8 cars on the lot, the accuracy of food and many other things, I am done. Today I waited in line for 8 minutes (2 cars in front of me ordering) for them to tell me half the menu was out. Just left I’m done. Don’t waste your time

    It took them 40 minutes to give me my food. When they gave me my food it was cold. I asked the worker how long it had been sitting out and he said that he did not know. I then asked if I could have fresh food and he told he that it was 12 minutes before closing and that they had already turned the machines off. I explained that I had been waiting for 40 minutes. He said there was nothing that they could do. I then asked for a refund. They gave me the refund and the manager was very rude.

    We ordered in the drive thru, it took so long for us to get our food, cars behind us were getting their food before us. Then we get our food and all of it was cold. The fries were stale. We asked for a manager she had an attitude and told us she will give me my money back and it would take 3 to 5 business days to get back on my card. She never offered to make fresh food for us. Zero stars from me!!

    I’ve worked in this plaza for 2 years now and this was the first time I had a good experience. The lady at the window gave great customer service and I could actually hear her over the intercom. I just got an ocean water so I can’t give a full review on the food, but my drink was cold and delicious.

    4 years later and this location is still ridiculous! I placed a mobile order on Thursday, only to arrive at the location and see absolutely no staff. There were several receipts hanging from the printer and every light at every stall was blinking indicating they had not been there for some time. I later found out that they closed early due to a storm at 9am, I placed my order at 6:11pm! However no one placed a note indicating they were closed FOR ANY REASON & no one turned off the mobile ordering capabilities. Furthermore they took no initiative to make sure that Mobile orders that were placed and PAID FOR while they were out was refunded. They returned to work with a printer full of receipts and did absolutely nothing about calling corporate themselves. I called corporate Friday after the transaction cleared and was told that someone from the store would contact me within 24-48. NO CALL. I then visit the location on Monday to speak with a manager only to be told I needed to return for the general manager on Wednesday. I returned Wednesday to be told by phone ( because the general manager wasn't on site after telling me to come) that I again needed to call corporate for a refund. My question is, what was I told to drive 20 miles FROM WORK ton come back to the location for if I needed to call corporate? The manager kept stating "well since you called Corporate" as if I could've called her non working store phone. It's ridiculous that 4 years later this location still lacks in customer service. 1 week later and I have no food and no money! I placed an order to receive faster service than they give at this slow location (as per the reviews, mine included), however I received horrible service and customer service in general!

    This place has horrible service! I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and no one came on to say I’ll be with you in a minute or anything else. After sitting there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, I drove around to the window only to be told that they could not take my order and could I get back in line at the drive thru. I will not be returning to this location! I frequent this location at least twice a week and service has been better lately but this was the final straw.

    Pulled up at 3 in the afternoon. Every single stall is shut off. Very surprised that they were opened after we go to the drive-thru and they don’t take the Apple Pay or Google Pay that is highly advertised. The stalls are closed because someone is on break??? Since when does Sonic close their stalls?! Save your time in even showing up. I’ve never seen a Sonic do this and I worked a Sonic for 5 years…. Through this specific time on the weekends.

    At this Sonic location, the servers are pleasant. It's a laid back vibe, and the food is delicious. The drive-in service is a little bit slower, and you have to be mindful of the hours of operation. Otherwise, great.

    Today when I went through the drive-thru I asked the representative what types of shakes they have and I was told they're on the board read them. I feel that's very unprofessional supposed I could not read. In any customer service situation if a person is asking you what you have you should be able to tell them what you have. I just hope that it wasn't the manager that said what was said to me.

    I like this spot! They give awesome dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much tasting all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is nice. I often go to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

    We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The crew were extremely nice and we felt good. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

    Ordered new Toasted S’mores blast, and got vanilla shake with Tsp of whipped cream, and a bit of chocolate syrup. Very disappointed, because that is all I wanted. Also, if anyone noticed, most of the 5 star reviews are generic. Likely put in for this location because of how trash it is. Actually haven’t found a decent Sonic in years. Improve your brand and you may improve revenue.

    I ordered a chicken slinger and a medium sweet tea. My bun was hard as a rock, Mayo was everywhere on the side of my sandwich, pickles just thrown on there and all were hanging out on side of the sandwich, and the chicken was either burnt or cooked in old grease. I feel like they gave me the last chicken slinger that was under the heat lamp for an hour. I ordered a medium sweet tea. It wasn’t sweet, it was unsweetened tea. Just because it’s late at night doesn’t mean customers should get served old food.

    My server was a your guy, I think his name was Ronnie. He was awesome, great personality. Stayed back as far as his arms could reach, kept his mask on but I could still tell he was smiling behind it. Food was great. Very enjoyable.
