and
this
location
is
still
ridiculous!
I
placed
a
mobile
order
on
Thursday,
only
to
arrive
at
the
location
and
see
absolutely
no
staff.
There
were
several
receipts
hanging
from
the
printer
and
every
light
at
every
stall
was
blinking
indicating
they
had
not
been
there
for
some
time.
I
later
found
out
that
they
closed
early
due
to
a
storm
at
9am,
I
placed
my
order
at
6:11pm!
However
no
one
placed
a
note
indicating
they
were
closed
FOR
ANY
REASON
&
no
one
turned
off
the
mobile
ordering
capabilities.
Furthermore
they
took
no
initiative
to
make
sure
that
Mobile
orders
that
were
placed
and
PAID
FOR
while
they
were
out
was
refunded.
They
returned
to
work
with
a
printer
full
of
receipts
and
did
absolutely
nothing
about
calling
corporate
themselves.
I
called
corporate
Friday
after
the
transaction
cleared
and
was
told
that
someone
from
the
store
would
contact
me
within
24-48.
NO
CALL.
I
then
visit
the
location
on
Monday
to
speak
with
a
manager
only
to
be
told
I
needed
to
return
for
the
general
manager
on
Wednesday.
I
returned
Wednesday
to
be
told
by
phone
(
because
the
general
manager
wasn't
on
site
after
telling
me
to
come)
that
I
again
needed
to
call
corporate
for
a
refund.
My
question
is,
what
was
I
told
to
drive
20
miles
FROM
WORK
ton
come
back
to
the
location
for
if
I
needed
to
call
corporate?
The
manager
kept
stating
"well
since
you
called
Corporate"
as
if
I
could've
called
her
non
working
store
phone.
It's
ridiculous
that
4
years
later
this
location
still
lacks
in
customer
service.
1
week
later
and
I
have
no
food
and
no
money!
I
placed
an
order
to
receive
faster
service
than
they
give
at
this
slow
location
(as
per
the
reviews,
mine
included),
however
I
received
horrible
service
and
customer
service
in
general!
