Justina Parks is extremely unprofessional and has a habit of calling people ghetto whom she does not know personally while on the job. Her lack on respect is mind boggling. Great management is extremely important. I see why your company is only 2 stars.

Bre was awesome with the process of getting approved and move in. She was very prompt and helpful as I was on a time crunch and a budget. She stayed in constant communication and made sure the process went smoothly. The apartment and community is nice from what I've observed so far. (Just moved here in August 2020). Maintanence doesnt seem bad. The only request I've submitted so far took about 7 days to be resolved which is understandable. My only complaint thus far as I'm a failry simple person, is my neighbors. I was hoping to stay here until I close on my forever home in the next year or two but I've already begun looking at places for when my lease is up. They are very noisy. And I mean all times of night they have their music and TV blasting. I have a toddler and will have a newborn in a month or so and having a decent sleep schedule for them as I work is important. They also have 3-4 vehicles that they park in front of the unit. You would think there would be a 1 vehicle parking limit due to the lack of adaquate parking or at least tenants would exercise common sense. I'm very annoyed because I cant be walking a mile with a toddler and carseat and groceries just because they want to park all their cars right out front. And they don't even drive them all they just sit there. Its very rude and inconsiderate. its ridiculous. So many nights I've been up half the night and then have to wake up at 6am and work a full shift. Apartment living is the main reason I'm in the process of buying my own home.

used to live here last year. Increased rent every year over $200. Didnt know I still owed them after I moved out. Never sent bill just immediately sent to collections.

Leasing office staff was amazing. They made the experience truly easy and not stressful at anytime. Any questions or concern were addressed quickly. Community grounds are clean and neighbors are nice.

I have lived here for three years now and I love the Staff and how they respond quickly! The units are definitely kept up well and the community is really nice! My dogs and I love to go to the dog park here as well.

I love it here. It’s quiet and calm. I always feel safe. My apartment is a good size and I’m so happy here. I hope I never have to move.

Amazing community and management. Definitely one of the nicest properties in Canal Winchester. It’s always clean and the amenities are up to date. I’d recommend these apartments to anybody, families or singles. Great school district and only 20 minutes to down town Columbus.
