    For me James delivers exactly what a personal trainer should for someone like myself - limited gym experience but want to gain muscle. He explains each exercise technique in detail, motivates you to achieve what you are capable of and keeps a record of what you have done each session so you can see that you are always making progress towards your goal. As the other reviews have said James is a genuinely nice guy, easy to get on with and importantly always patient.

    Best PT in Vilnius! James has been great in boosting my confidence in the gym, he is super patient and knowledgeable and creates challenging and personalised work out plans. I’m feeling and seeing the difference from when I started. I have also increased my number of sessions per week as I’ve been really enjoying them and determined to reach the goals James has set for me! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness but wants the guidance too!

    James has helped me a lot in my fitness journey! He helped me gain more muscle mass and also gave me personal tips on how to improve my workouts. He is very kind and really connects with you as a cliënt! I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a personal trainer/coach!

    10/10. After a few months I can already see the progress that I wanted. James is not only very professional coach, but also has a great and supportive personality. The training program is constantly updated to get the best results. I am very happy that I’ve chosen United Fitness💪🏻 highly recommend

    James crafted a wonderful programme based on my needs and goals. The full body workout approach he suggested helped me gain muscle and make my workouts efficient, since recently I have less time to hit the gym. I also appreciate James flexibility and availability since he was always very responsive with any questions about the programme and any changes that I might want/need.

    James is one of the best PT I have trained with. The progress in training with him is excellent. I started to feel healthier after only a month of training. The fourth one is already on and I'm not going to stop :)

    Have been working with James for 4+ months at this point, I'm very happy with the results and the training itself. My goal was to find someone with more rounded experience than just university, plus James does cross-fit, so it ticked all by checkboxes. Highly recommended 🏋️‍♀️

    James is care taking, professional and friendly coach. Took part at nutrition challenge. Lost 3 kg per month. Never felt hungry and it's pretty easy, healthy way to loose weight. Best recommendations!

    I had a great month training with James! For me this was intro to exercising with machines and dumbbells, and James explained everything perfectly, answered all my questions. If you have a very early session (like 6a.m.) though, I recommend getting in touch in the evening and/or in the morning before such session :) James knows a lot about exercising, rest and nutrition and gladly shares everything!

    Amazing PT. In just 8 sessions I've already made noticeable progress - James has pushed me to work out in a way I never would have been able to alone, but remains kind and listens to what works for you. This isn't just a run of the mill workout program, James has the knowledge to adjust exercises to what fits my body - while using tried and trusted techniques and exercises. Have enjoyed every single session, well worth it!

    When I first started training with James, I hadn't a clue how to exercise properly or what should the exercise routine consist of. But with his guidance I quickly learned the exercises and improved my form week by week. I can say that I my energy levels also increased over time. looked forward to my classes with him because he has the ability to make exercising fun. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer. He gave me the confidence I needed to join a gym and he showed me that a healthy lifestyle can be interesting and fun.

    James is super serious, organized, dedicated, trustable and friendly. So much that I trusted him also with my 14 years old son, which never wanted to do any sports until that moment and ... the miracle happened with James. More than doing sports with my son, James also takes care about a lot of aspects regarding his posture and his diet!!! Best choice ever!

    Absolutely the best coach in general - passionate, professional and atrentive. I’m very happy woth a result and also enjoy the process - many different excersises and nutrition consulting. Best combo, highly recommend!

    I had the privilege of training with James, who is an ex-Royal Marine, specializing in functional training, and it has been an incredible experience! His attention to detail, humor, and disciplined approach made every session enjoyable. Not only did he fix my backache, but his guidance also improved my overall strength and fitness. Highly recommend!

    James is very professional and motivated trainer, he will answer to your questions by explaining all the details and will create program for your fitness goals and preferences. James will show you different types of exercises and how to do it correctly. He'll track your progress and will make sure that you're enjoying your workout. Results are noticeable in just a few weeks and good mood during training will be guaranteed.
