I
ordered
some
flowers
for
my
mum's
birthday.
At
check
out
it
gives
you
an
option
to
select
delivery
time
slot,
which
I
did.
The
flowers
were
delivered
few
hours
earlier
spoiling
the
plan.
Why
to
have
an
option
of
different
time
slots
if
you
don't
stick
to
it.
To
my
disappointment,
the
bouquet
'Alyvine
gaiva'
was
not
fresh
and
some
of
the
flowers
started
to
drop
the
next
day.
Very
disappointed.
UPDATE
Following
my
review,
I
received
a
phone
call
from
a
member
of
staff,
who
phoned
to
say
that
they
are
pleased
with
their
delivery
services
and
don't
see
a
problem
with
delivering
earlier.
Fine,
but
my
point
still
remains
the
same,
don't
offer
different
options
then.
Secondly,
the
gentleman
suggested
that
perhaps
my
'elderly'
mum,
as
he
continuously
referred
to
her
as,
didn't
know
how
to
look
after
the
flowers.
I
send
flowers
to
my
mum
on
a
regular
basis,
so
I
can
assure
you
that
she
knows
how
to
look
after
them
and
knows
the
difference.
He
also
said,
that
he
finds
my
negative
review
very
suspicious.
Customer
service
at
its
best.
I
was
left
feeling
that
they
are
more
concerned
about
negative
review,
than
customers
satisfaction.
I
WOULD
ALSO
LIKE
TO
POINT
OUT,
THAT
I'VE
USED
THEIR
SERVICES
PREVIOUSLY,
AND
CUT
FLOWERS
I
ORDERED
ON
THAT
OCCASION
WERE
REALLY
FRESH,
and
that
is
the
only
reason
I'm
giving
another
star.
