We went right as they opened (11a) on a Sunday. Our server, I think her name is Katherine, was great. She was super friendly, great with the kids, and kept us all filled up on drinks and bread. Our food came out quickly and was hot. The coconut shrimp app was a hit, and everyone was happy with their entrees. Portions are really big. They did have some damage to one side of the building due to the tornado, but everything was up and running (including the to-go parking spots, which are on the same side as the damage). I would happily come back again!

Great food. Awesome service but for the price everything was I expected bigger servings. Everything is down sizing and prices are going up. Also do restaurants not know what sweet tea is? Everytime we eat out he asks for sweet tea and he gets iced tea. That blooming onion is half the size i remember before people started telling you how to eat and live your life.

EXCELLENT TO GO MEAL. I travel for business so the majority of my meals are to go. So I’m not want to brag on a to go meal. But this was excellent. I got Victorias fillet with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I got my steak rare and it was perfect. I got the bloomin shrimp and they were also excellent. Very pleased. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect! Service was outstanding. Our server (Catherine I believe was her name) was truly pleasant and so efficient that we didn't want for anything. I had chicken and the bbq sauce is really good. I will definitely be back!

The food was tasty, we didn't have to wait long for anything, and the staff was nice. It was pretty pricy, but the quality was worth it.

We usually enjoy our visits to Outback. This visit was no different. Had to give 4 stars instead of 5 for food due to the appetizer we ordered. Blooming shrimp (over cooked) and my chopped salad was brought out to the table with brown lettuce. Our server quickly resolved the issue. We didn't bother saying anything about the shrimp. (we hate sending food back to the kitchen). Other than that, Outback is still one of our go-to places for date night.

The wait staff and managers are super duper friendly and make the experience of eating a delight. My buddy, Anaconda Johns, was enthralled by the manager beauty and enchanting words that he came to his senses after his food was gone. Lord bless the patience of the staff. This establishment will endure long after the Second Coming as a haven for angels and demons to settle quarrels in eating contests. Outback Steakhouse I applaud you and your beauty for fine dining and welcoming staff.

Catherine was an exquisite waitress and tended to my needs. Without her excellent service, I wouldn't have gotten my warm meal. The food was divine in flavor and recommend to all who are weary.

Breanna is amazing! My husband and I brought our niece and nephew for dinner and she was so sweet to them and accommodating. She made sure their steak was cut up before she brought it out and just made eating with the kiddos easy and fun! Food was really tasty too, fresh and hot. My salmon was very tasty.

Was not impressed. Should have known when we walked in and instead of being greater we were just looked at. Had to ask host for a table instead of just standing there making eye contact. Bar was a mess, witnessed them put a bucket of ice they slide around the floor on top of clean glasses they still had not put away. Bar tender spent most of her time trying to find the can opener and top to blender. When drinks were made wait staff didn’t know what table they went to due to bartender soaking tickets. When wait staff would ask she replied “you know what you put in” so drinks would sit instead of being delivered. No margarita glasses used and no salt on rim. Had to ask for bread, table runner said that waitress had to request it. New policy she explained that they don’t just bring it out at the start of meal. Waitress said that was not true. Salad was questionable with those toppings…see photo. Meal took 2 hours to make it to our table. Didn’t eat meal was ready to go by time it arrived. Didn’t see managers on floor. Had to ask for one. Would not return.

I utilize take away service several times a month. The attendants are always courteous and gracious in handling my order from receiving it to serving it at my vehicle. Service is always prompt, accurate and property prepared and packaged. I want to particularly commend my favorite server Lori, who always goes the extra mile to be personable and kind. I always tell her SHE IS THE BEST!

Ordered Starwberry Salad for lunch via curbside service. Salad pretty, quality good except the strong amount of garlic for some reason. Portion, ridiculous. Price, astronomical, $16.50. Never again. I realize we are dealing with inflation but for a small size salad plus tip and I was supposed to be paying for a full size. Nope nope nope!

Ordered 2 dinner sirloin meals with salads and loaded baked potatoes at noon October 31. Just a handful of people in restaurant. Server only brought one salad he stayed in the back so you couldn’t get his attention finally got his attention asked for the other salad which took 15 minutes for him to bring that to the table. Steaks were brought to the table one was pretty good size the other was small I know they did not compare in weight both were burned one was to be medium rare which on the inside was rare and cold again the outside of the steaks were burnt could barely cut them they were so crisp. The small steak was supposed to be medium well and it was cooked well done no flavor at all asked for steak sauce once I got attention to the server again He went and cleaned a table off before he brought us the steak sauce. Then instead of bringing the bottle of steak sauce he brought one small little container not even half full. There was another table that had three bottles of steak sauce on their table however we got a real small little butter container not even halfway full of the steak sauce. He never came to ask if everything was OK or ask if we needed more tea which are empty glasses were on the edge of the table so that if he ever walked by he could see but again he never walked by because he was always in the back area and then when he would come out I would have to raise my voice and put my hand up to get his attention. Potatoes were to be loaded baked potato which neither had cheese on them and barely any green onion or butter. I asked for a to go box he brought one walked off waited 20 minutes to get attention to another person sweeping floor to please get our server to bring the ticket. He came put on table walked again to back and we never saw him again. When I say in the back I mean in the kitchen area. He was very rude not a good server the food was not good and no flavor and I will not go back there again. Ended up giving our steaks to our dogs since we could barely cut with knife due to being burnt. Server was so slow I was having to track him down repeatedly that we did not leave the establishment until after 1:00 when we ordered at noon.

Had a great time a this Outback Steakhouse. Katerah and trainee Savanna was awesome, respectful, and knew how to get me on the level of relaxation I needed after a long day @work. Made my significant other just as pleased as I. Thanks for the great service!

I haven’t been to an Outback for decades. I had a Caesar salad and a cocktail. The bartender was friendly and fast to ask what I would like. The salad was pretty standard for a Caesar. The service was really great.

My wife and I have been eating here for more than 14 years. We've had our share of good and bad experiences, but the good outweigh the bad. And the few bad we've had have generally been over the server. Most of our experiences have been great, and it's our regular "date night" spot. Tonight out server was Stephanie, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Very cheerful. Laughed at my lame jokes. A+ for that alone.

We got the bloomin onion, aussie cheese fries, sirloin and ribs, bone in ribeye, kids tenders and fries, cheeseburger. Everything was really good. They did overcook my steak but they fixed it very fast. Our server was very friendly. Definitely will be back.

Was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my steak but it was delicious. Love the bread and butter and I treated myself to one of the $7 dollars adult beverages . The salad was fresh and everything was great

Here is a picture of the Outback Ceasars side salad. Will not get that again. I still think the Outback sirloin is a great value for the money, avoid the take out Ceasar as a side though.

The food was great I got a steak and it was cooked to perfection and the staff was great as well was the service. The lady that seated me was very polite and she was very kind her name was brandy I think

My wife and I had excellent service at the Little Rock location. Katerah was our waitress. She was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The best service we’ve ever had anywhere. The food was great and we would definitely be back again.

I was there today visiting for my first time and a respectful young lady by the name Brandy who was well mannered and because of her service and how good the food was i will be recommending this restaurant and definitely coming again.

Bre is amazing. Secondly, Abby was the icing on the cake with her follow up. We really enjoyed their attention to detail and courteous customer service. We loved our dining experience .

Took my family here to tonight and was impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the service from the start. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she always wore a bright smile and was very attentive. We had a nice surprise at the end of our meal, we were going to pay and someone had already paid for our Neal and Kaitlyn kept it a secret and surprised us and made my wife very hgreatful. Thank you Kaitly and thank you to whom ever paid for our meal.

From personal experience, when dining in, the service is great, and the food tends to be the same. Same when doing curbside pick-up. The only issue that I have had is the preparation of my steaks. I like my steaks well done. This seems to be a foreign concept for the most part. They have been getting better because I have taken to putting "Well Done Please" in the comments when ordering curbside. When dining in, I emphasize well done when ordering, but it still tends to be a 50/50 chance of needing to be cooked more. Overall, I still give everything 4 stars.
