The beds were very comfortable, the pictures of the place were a bit misleading the exercise room does not have any towels out for guests, I realized that after my workout, also I chose this location based on the POOL factor. I realize that it’s seasonal in some places I got there and it was empty. Big disappointment for my son. Maybe that could be noted on the website so someone else does not have to go through that.

Hotel cant help how bad traffic can be in little rock. Parking lot was somewhat small considering several electric car spots reserved. Room was clean but sparsely furnished for what should have been a king suite. Price was high if that was a standard king. Staff was super friendly though ... both housekeeping and guest counter. That means a lot to me. Good service.

The lady in the front desk is really nice and knows what she's doing. It was fast check in and out. The room is clean and smell nice. The bed sheets are great. The bathroom was perfect.

This was my first time staying at a Wingate. It won't be my last. I had a very good experience starting with the front desk attendant, Brady. He was very kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease of checking in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. I also really loved that they had special parking spaces for electric/ plug-in vehicles. Also, there are lots of amenities like free chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Free hot breakfast (bacon, egg omelets, toast, cereal, fruit). My only complaint is that I was told by the attendant that the two omelets were plain and veggie. After eating a third of the veggie omelet, I realized there were small pieces of pork in it. This was very upsetting because I don't eat it. Upon checking out I told the front desk attendant that food should be clearly labeled because those omelets were not just veggie, they had meat inside and many people can't eat pork due to health and religious reasons. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely visit again when I'm back in town.

Very nice and clean hotel with free wifi. Free hot breakfast too. The air conditioner works great. The elevator works fast and smooth. Friendly front desk staff. Ice machine works great. Microwave and mini fridge inside rooms. Comfy beds. Direct TV. Three extra chairs in the room and foot stool. Desk. Clean barroom and towels. Clean smell. Would recommend to stay here.

Great location for my needs. Room was nice and large. Low grades for service. There's just not much service to be had beyond a morning breakfast. Unimpressive. But I'm staying there again next week. Great value for the price!

Almost new facility, pleasant staff, clean and well cared for. Walking distance (< a mile) to decent dining choices. My only pet peeve was no real half and half as coffee additive. But there’s a Starbucks and Panera right across the street to satisfy the need for a good caffeine shot. I would stay here again and certainly recommend to others.

Stated here a few times over years Hotel is always clean Bed are pretty comfy for this quality hotel Rated as 3 stars which is fair rating on class of hotel and amenities found similar franchises operating under a national brand. Breakfast is ok Few breads and cereal Yogurt and fruits Microwave breakfast sandwich and heat and service pancakes Slow cooker full of sausage gravy with room temperature biscuits No waffle maker or eggs except some boiled eggs and those in the microwave sausage egg sandwich. Coffee seems to be there 24 / 7

Nice place and location. I booked the room for a family member. I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly so I called to see if the family member needed my card I booked the room on. The hotel said "no just tell the front desk to use the card on file". That was wrong advice and the family member had to use their own card. Please give out correct information to make guests trips go smoothly.

I stayed here the week before and liked the bed. Wish I would have remembered the room number because the bed this time was too firm. Great value though amd very friendly staff.

I would recommend this motel. Except for the smell of weed every now and then. The breakfast was above normal with omelette, biscuits & gravy… However, the discount policy for families of hospitalized patients is not clear so was charged full amount and still awaiting out hospital discount. They requested the social worker email confirmation of f patient before they would even consider a discount. Staff and cleanliness were wonderful.

The place was pretty nice, I got in pretty late. The television only got one channel but I was too tired to care. Very decent breakfast. Overall, a nice place. There was very little within walking distance but the place has a selection of snacks. The pool looked really clean and well-kept. I would recommend this place for business or leisure.

We stay here often. It is like a home away from home. The management and staff are very accommodating, and they go out of their way to help you with any issues. The price is reasonable and the hotel is always clean. We enjoy complimentary breakfast, and great tasting cookies when you check in. This is a great place to stay and it is in a great location.

We chose this hotel for its location. The parking lot is a bit awkward. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. We had asked for a wake up call that never came. Michael was at the front desk when we checked out. I asked him about the wake up call, just to help the next person. He laughed and ridiculed me for my concern. He said what could he do because he had only been there 2 days. Obviously my business is not wanted.

I've stayed at Wingate by Wyndham in Little Rock twice and just booked my third stay there. All times have been for doctors appointments or surgeries. The staff is friendly and the Hotel as a whole is clean. The room are comfortable.

My cousins recommended this hotel I came to visit from California. I totally fell in love with that the hotel the staff is amazing is breakfast in the morning so many nearby things to do like the Clinton museum. Walmart is down the street there are some amazing food places to eat at I will forever stay here. This is my favorite hotel. Beautiful view Starbucks is across the street. There’s a bank across the street a credit union. There’s nothing more that I can say they also have a swimming pool weight room and you can wash clothes on site This is the perfect stay ever .

In general I am usually quite objective with my reviews and it is unusual for me to leave a bad one, but honestly it was a big disappointment the hotel staff. My husband called ahead advising that we would be arriving late (10pm) and that although the reservation was in my name he would be the one to check in. The lady on the phone kindly took the information and told us that she would leave the note for the person at the front desk. We arrived and at the front desk the lady who was there with her eyes fixed on the computer did not respond to the "hello" we said. She simply said: are you ready to check in? Give me the Id. She then proceeded to say we had no reservation, my husband explained the above comment, and she said, I am not a genius to know is under another name. I can not be guessing, if you do not tell me. So, I decided then apologize to her, and I gave to her my name, in a bad way she said, if you give me an ID that is not I can not check in, I said I understand. She kept cursing and mumbling. She proceeded to say that we could not pay for the 2 rooms, we do not have 2 rooms. So I deciden then to show her that I had done the reservation on booking, and showed the price. She immediately got angry saying that she was not going to overcharge me that she was not taking any money from that, to which I told her that I never said that. Anyway, after her lousy attitude during the whole check in we went to the rooms. Ours was ok. My in-laws' room was not so good because there were people partying and smoking marijuana. The check out was the same bad vibe as the check in. The good points was the breakfast and the people who served it. Friendly The gym is decent and so it is the pool. I would not stay more than one night and would not recommend it to anyone. i am really disappointed that the Wyndham chain is associated with this type of hotel.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at yet. The room is not very clean, in the early morning I was woke up by a dripping noise. Went in the bathroom and it was dripping, from vent, sprinkler system and all around the tub area. Went to tell the front desk and she said well looks like we’ll have to fox it, sorry and that was it. Then, my husband went to get breakfast they said they had and it was empty, nothing there. I will not be returning. That’s why I’ll stick with Airbnb instead.

Very clean Michael the front desk clerk was very informative. I stayed in the south Shackleford Little Rock, Arkansas location the price was great. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I will be back. I have no negative things to say only positive and let the gym the breakfast ,the style in the room. It was perfect.

We went to try to get our sister a room. Her husband has been in Baptist Health for a month now. We found out she was sleeping in her car. All they had were suits that were around $300. The sweet black girl, I forgot her name, she found a cancelation of a regular room and gave her a discount for being Family of hospital patient. It was a little over $200 for the night. Sis was exhausted and couldn't hardly function. She needed a real meal, a shower and a bed. We appreciate all the help the girl gave us

Trip could have been better, the older manager at the front desk was belittling her employees in front of guests. Apparently she's so controlling she likes to question friends of guests as they visit someone's hotel room which is very odd. She has an obvious ego that put a damper on my overall opinion of the place and I won't be back. However, the hotel itself was nice. I cannot stand being around control freaks.

Went to visit my sister and niece from St Louis and was very impressed. They actually cancelled and moved from their original hotel they had booked after only one night. They actually saved money on the room and got a great Mother's Day discount to boot. The atmosphere and central location to food and shopping were high priorities for them. The room and service were high priorities to me. I will be recommending THIS location to All of my friends and family looking for a Great place to stay when away from home.

Stayed here a few times over the past few years due to the location. Although, the last time I stayed here there were bed bugs in my bed. Staff did not necessarily believe me until I walked with them to the room to show them. They were very nice after and provided me with a new room, but i decided to go else where.

Hotel was clean. If you have trash, it can't be larger than 6" across or it won't fit in the trash can. If it's not in the can it will not be taken. Also your room key will de program if it is in a wallet or next to a cell phone. It must be stored separately from anything else with any type of magnetic charge or you will have to get a new key every time you leave the room. Honestly a nice place, but very poor ownership level management.

The entire staff is phenomenal! We stayed for 8 nights due to a family tragedy and the staff treated US like family. So thoughtful and courteous. They did their absolute best to make us as comfortable as possible. I will never forget the kindness bestowed on my family. You have a family of loyal Wyndham travelers for life.

I walked into this hotel after driving for 12 hours on the first day of a 3-day moving trip. Mihaelat the front desk was so friendly and kind enough to give me a great rate, even knowing I was just walking in with no reservation. I paid twice as much the next night in a hotel that was way worse. Michael really made sure I had a great check in experience.

One of the nicest Wyndham properties we're ever visited. Spacious immaculate room with nice amenities. Check in staff was ever-so-pleasant. Great bed, quiet facility and the "free breakfast" was actually pretty good with a nice selection of cereals, breads (muffins, bagels, white, wheat and raisin bread for toast) yoghurts, boiled and scrabbled eggs, and good biscuits and gravy. Recommend this facility - will use again when passing through Little Rock.

This Wingate is very close to the heart hospital which was a big help. The staff members interact with customers coming and going. I had to stay extra days they made sure to provide everything that I needed. Great service and very clean rooms. I will definitely be back to stay

Breakfast was AWFUL. No bacon, sausage, waffle, scramble eggs, potatoes. Gravy tasted like it was out of a can, old cold biscuits. It was like I was eating at a Circle K. The lady that prepared it was chipper, smiling, pleasant but didn't make up for this cheap excuse of a breakfast.

Very nice place. Never been to this place before but from now on if I see a Wingate I will stay there. Beautiful lobby, amazing pool, weight room. Had no complaints

Check in was perfect, night clerk was awesome. I took note of the masks need to be worn sign on the door. I already wear a mask anyway, so I was happy to see the sign. The next morning after Check in, NOBODY on staff is wearing a mask. So you ask us to, (which I think is great), but your staff doesn't? The maid staff, the front staff, they all interact with people in common areas. Seems a bit rude and condescending to ask everyone else, but have the staff be unmasked. *edit* now the lobby reeks of weed and my room card won't work. Cmon guys, do better.

I stayed here for weeks while my mom was in the hospital. The staff is amazing. Extremely polite and courteous. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Even when I traveled alone, I felt safe. I would stay again.
