I'm new to the area and staying in a queen plus suite. I have a full kitchen (apartment size 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and large sink), which has been great. I may eat out once a week. There is a Wal-Mart about a mile away and a Kroger about 2.5 miles with a gas station across the street. The rate is very reasonable for a monthly stay, less than $50/night. They have installed new locks on all the doors and are currently remodeling the rooms, starting on the 3rd floor. The staff has been great. The night shift crew makes rounds outside the building at different times during the night. The only entrance that can be accessed at night is the front door, so if you're coming in late, just remember that. They have removed some guest due to them smoking marijuana in the rooms and right outside the building, which I thank them for. There are always people who will break the rules. Just because it's legal doesn't mean I want to smell a noxious odor all the time.

Employees are very friendly, curtious & go above & beyond to make sure you feel welcome & your needs will be met. The rooms & beds are very comfortable. Probably the best stay I've had for the price in quite a while.

This hotel really impressed me. My family and I stayed there for several days and it was exceptional. Very clean, the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, they met and attended to our every need, and we felt very safe. The area is a nice part of LR and very conveniently located. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but given this hotel has put alot of work in to turn this place around, they deserve the time for a review so future people looking to stay know they've made the right choice. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic.

I’ve stayed here recently , my room was clean and spacious. Everything works well and I really enjoyed staying here .The most affordable place,Good service and really good surroundings .

It's a great place to stay, staf are really good, the rooms nice big enough room, clean, area is wonderful, over all it's 10 , I would come back and stay, I recomand it to all my friend.

The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean. The hotel is old. Overall it was a decent place to stay. If you want luxury go to a higher priced place. For the money, you get more than what you pay for here. Very nice people.

The customer service has been top notch. Everything I need taken care of or had a issue with the maintance guy was there to fix the issue, but not to many problems. Good location and quite place. Excellent customer service ad clean.

Close to shopping. Great price for the rooms. New ownership as of May 2023. The new owners have made some amazing improvements. I am long term for a job in town. Love it here.

Steve the maintenance engineer is awesome and goes above and beyond 👏 out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. He is the best in making sure your stay is pleasant! Priya and the rest of the staff are awesome, polite 😀 👍 😄 😊 and extremely helpful. Pleasant experience ☺ overall!

Absolutely hated this place. The place was filled with roaches and had a terrible smell. I stayed for one night because I came earlier than my reservation time. That one night was more than enough to push me to cancel my reservation. Also, the environment it screams sketchy. The last thing I am going to say about this whole experience....please get people at the front whole can relay information better....PLEASE!!! I'm trying to help out the people in the future as for this hotel will never see me again.

This place has done a complete turn around since taking new owners. The service and staff is always available and attends to every customers needs at the time it’s requested. It’s is undergoing construction to put in all new furniture and appliances. The outside maintenance has completely changed. No more trash in the parking lot and all the over grown landscapes have been removed from the entire property. The property has all new security cameras and staff has ran off all the homeless and drug users that were hanging out on the parking lot and renting here. No more female prostitution’s on the property. My review is based on the facts of the new owners and what mess they walked into from the poorly ran management of the extended stay America staff. They area very polite and run this place like 5 star hotel. That’s why I give this place 5 stars on every point possible. They deserve it!!

I would like to start with one single word *amazing* MainStay Suites is the best one around the area. This was my second time and I must say that this property has turned around like anything. The new management is quite awesome & they all go above & beyond to make your stay comfortable. All the services like Gym, laundry etc are top notch. I highly recommend this to everyone.
