I am a loyal customer but today will be the last day of me going there. I paid $150 for my nails and toes to be done last Tuesday and the following day I noticed my SHELLAC was peeling. One finger the paint is completely peeled and the others are headed the same direction. I took videos and pictures because I work everyday and had no time to go fix it. I went in today…6 days later to show them and ask for a refund for ONLY my nails since I had no time to fix them and didn’t feel comfortable enough getting my nails done by them again. I even said they could keep the pedicure amount plus the whole tip and EVEN cut my nails off if it made them feel better. The owner was very rude and denied me a refund claiming they charged me for labor work passed their work hours. Hence, I did tell the girl to not do my nails since it was nearly their closing time and I did not want my nails to be rushed on. She kept assuring me it wasn’t a problem and that they stay late for cleaning. I told her no a fews times and even tried leaving after my pedicure but she insisted on doing my nails because it had been a slow day for them. I usually don’t do my nails but I always go for pedicures. The owner only offered me a $20 refund from $150. I never post reviews but this was absurd to me considering I work hard for my money and I felt cheated.

First time stopping in but it won't be my last. Patrick & Vicky is amazing and very professional also a great multitasker. 😊 4/8/19 Update I've found a treasure here at Rose Nails about 5 months now "Tracy" has been getting me right she's serious about her work and does a GREAT JOB. I'm ALWAYS SATISFIED. She doesn't rush & you'll love her designs. 3/7/21 Still going strong with Tracy....She did a design for me today I just love my nails. Her hands are so steady. I find all my pictures on pinterest and she has yet to disappoint.

This place used to be my favorite place to get manis and pedis but now the quality of service has been very poor. The last time I came here I ended up getting a fungal infection on my big toe and after about a year decided to try them again today. I was so disappointed at the quality of service received. They spent maybe 20 minutes on my nails and while there the lady cut my big toe open with the cuticle cutters and then proceeded to ignore it even though it was bleeding. Paid $47 for a shellac pedicure and left with my toe still bleeding. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The service is terrible at this place. The girl that did my nails put me under the uv light and never acknowledged me again. I asked if I was done she said yes go wash your hands and she went back to doing someone else’s nails. She didn’t say thank you or anything. I then went to the checkout and waited there for a while. I finally said is anyone going to check me out? Finally the guy came to check me out. I’m so done. It’s one on every corner baby. I’m all about customer service and they don’t provide that.

Quality Work Matters I had the managers wife on my nails and they came out lack luster not Good Service Approved. I have had way better work done not impressed at all. A full set that looks ok but nail polish has bubbled and wasnt filed right or cut the proper length dont forget she burnt my hand with the buffer that has never happen to me Plus an pedi that wasnt done properly I didnt get proper toe maintenance doesnt even look like my feet were done for me these our big warning signs to 🏃run The price was fair or normal in my opinion 60 was the total for my services 30 full set and 25 pedi on tues and weds and thats a good price if you know what you are doing and sadly they arent the best. They tried to go up on my nails for no reason and asked for $35 for a full set but we got that straight The likey hood of me or my company I treated going back is slim to none sad thing is the manager denny noticd me getting cool info for yall and asked me to do a review I let him know I work for google you would think his wife would have put her all in it to end this reciew on a positive they seemed nice and salon looked very cool even having a kid area for mothers thanks Denny for helping me write a honest review

If I could give no stars I would as I will never be back. The woman who started my pedicure was not happy from the beginning- the water was extremely hot and I put my feet in to soak. Then she asked me if I was in a hurry when I took my feet out and she mentioned mixed cold water to cool it down. She actually got the scraper to slough off dead skin on my feet without using ANY lotion! It was used in bare skin! I asked her what she was doing and she said they never use lotion! Ouch!!!! Then she trimmed my toes and cut my big toe! The bleeding had stopped when I took this photo. I used conversational Google translate to find out what she was saying and it was negative remarks about me! I asked her to stop what she was doing and that I needed to leave immediately. Get this - she follows me to the front desk and argues with me telling me to pay $35 (full price)! Then the manager tells me full price and defends her! Horrible as the job was not even 25 percent complete and I was bleeding! I still have to go elsewhere to get it completed. Use google translate and hear how they talk about customers!!! Worse experience EVER!

Friendly atmosphere, they were polite and will joke with you. They did a good job, on my crusty feet. I will definitely recommend you stopping by.
