Tomato sauce all on the pizza. When I called about it they said the only options where remake the pizza or refund.... People often mention pizza, Louis, butter, cake, good, gooey, ordered,

Rating: 5 Stars As a St. Louis resident, dental educator, and gooey butter cake lover, I know a thing or two about a great St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake. One of my students--thanks SDr. Morris--knows that I eat this on the regular, and he was kind enough to bring me back two slices of this excellent gooey butter cake from his recent trip to his hometown, Little Rock. Let me start by saying that I hate this place but for all the right reasons. I have blood work tomorrow--including blood glucose--so I wanted to avoid all baked goods today. Sadly, the second I decided to just take a small bite of the St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake slice and Brownie St. Louis Gooey butter cake slice, I was UNFORTUNATELY hooked and had to finish both. Naturally, this is a major party foul with impending blood work in the morning, but I don't care. The two varieties of St. Louis gooey butter cake were that good. Perfect texture, perfect sweetness, and just plain perfect. While the St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake was amazing, it was topped by the Brownie St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake. This was one of the best desserts that I have ever eaten. The brownie component complemented the gooey butter cake component so well, and the chocolate was not overpowering. If you are from St. Louis or eastern Missouri, you have to try this version of gooey butter cake if you are in Little Rock. If you have never heard of gooey butter cake, you must try this amazing dessert. You will love it!

Ordered a meat lover pizza to go and very specifically said NO TOMATO SAUCE to not even it get near tomato sauce. I am HIGHLY allergic (EpiPen the whole nine yards). What did they do? Tomato sauce all on the pizza. When I called about it they said the only options where remake the pizza or refund. Both of those options caused me to not only waste gas but take time off (because I had used my lunch break to pick up food the first time) to go back and fix their mistake. I will NOT be going here ever again. This has been a horrible experience and their response to their own mistake has been abysmal. They should be ashamed of themselves for $26.00 and some change you would expect better.

We will not be ordering food here again. It was my first time visiting and we ordered our meal to go. I was super hungry so we got a variety of items. ALL but the chicken wings were terrible. The pizza was like cardboard, I've had better from the frozen food section at the grocery store. The "alfredo" as it's called was just buttered noodles. They claim their alfredo sauce is homemade but it had absolutely no flavor. The chili had an odd taste like they added too much liquid smoke, I did not appreciate it at all. The boneless wings were fine and the only item we finished. I was so disappointed and sadly still hungry. UPDATE: I've noticed if you give a bad food review they don't even bother on commenting.

This place has the best pizza in town. I have been a patron of this restaurant since I worked at the tennis courts nearby and would go there for lunch. I was 20 then and 30 years later, I still eat here. I always get the supreme pizza. It’s the best in town.

12/8/23. Tried bone in wings in 3 flavors. They are very stingy with the dry rub and sauce. Therefore the wings lacked a distinct taste. They tasted like plain chicken. The pizza was OK.

We love Gradys. I have picky eaters at home and sensitive stomach eaters it's the only place I can order an Alfredo base ham and turkey pizza they absolutely devour. I love the other menu options, calazones always good and prices are fair. Only complaint is staff changes a lot and when you order on the phone they tend to be confused, sometimes it's hard to call in and wish there were more digital ordering options. But I will still choose Gradys over any other local pizza or chain pizza any day.

(Dont take chances here if you're on your lunch break or Your health is depends on a strict diet) Please learn to listen and know the difference between turkey and ham. I wasted my break time and money on a salad I couldn't eat because my doctor told me to lay off the ham and the girl still put ham on my salad so I had to toss it.

To start I would like to say from the beginning that the food here was pretty good…however I was in town for work and currently live in Florida, but am originally from Saint Louis, and when I saw that there was a place that served St. Louis style pizza, I walked into the place with quite a bit of excitement. Their menu states that many of their items, including many of the pizzas and several of their appetizers, are Saint Louis style…but that is not quite FULLY accurate. I’d like to note as an aside to the following things below, the pizza and the T-Ravs I received were quite good. That said, when I ordered my pizza and specifically asked for a SAINT LOUIS style sausage and bacon pizza, but received a hand-tossed pizza instead, I was a bit confused, and asked the waitress if they had any thin crusts. She told me that indeed they did, but they serve hand tossed by default unless specifically requested. Being from STL, having to request thin crust when ordering a STL pizza seems a bit redundant. To me, that would be similar to having to request my pizza to be deep dish when I ordered one Chicago style, or to be floppy and a bit greasy if I asked for it to be New York style. As stated near the beginning, my pizza tasted pretty good. It did have Provel cheese and the toppings were quality ingredients. Their toasted ravioli was also good, but wasn’t quite what I was expecting when I ordered it, but my disappointment with this second menu item was entirely my own fault…the menu does say St. Louis-Style Deep Fried Cheese Ravioli. MOST places serve deep fried beef/pork (and MAYBE chicken) meat ravioli, not cheese. I believe that the cheese was a Mozzarella/Provel blend and was quite tasty.

the service was great. the pizza was not the best. We usually love Gradys pizza. The appetizer was over cooked we ordered the sampler. The wings were fried too hard and the fried. mushrooms were just bad. We ordered lg Charlie's favorite and a med beef it was just disappointing. It was almost closing time so maybe the cook was tired.
