Best $20 possibly ever spent on Food!!! Newbie Here! The Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, it was different from any other restaurant I've been to. You gather all the ingredients (meats, veggies, sauces) yourself and they cook it for you on this HUGE wheel-grill thing that looks kinda pre-historic. PLEASE give this place a try. Taste was phenomenal, all the meat was tender. I'm DEFINITELY going back!

We ordered Tuesday takeout at 20% off and selected supreme fried rice in a regular and customized a regular bowl with shrimp and chicken, Rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onion, broccoli, and water chestnuts. The meat in the fried rice was well seasoned. I even had enough fried rice for a second serving for later.

I've been to this location, quite a few times in the past, and it seems like it took a turn for the worst as in customer service I came on my birthday and got turned away due to them closing early for staff shortage. Then when I came in the next morning at opening they were rather slow, employees not as friendly as can be probably from being over worked. But the food was awesome like always.

First time visit to GG, but it will definitely not be the last time. Once we were seated, Keenan got us our drinks and we ordered the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla for an appy. What a great taste. We then ordered Lil' Teri, a Beef and Broccoli, a BLTCH, Ana a medium Supreme Fried Rice. It took a little bit to get our food, but with Keenan keeping our drinks filled, we had a great meal. Also, a lot left over. Thanks, GG.

I was really trying to have a bad day. I ordered a bowl to be picked up curbside. I ended up going inside to pick it up. So, needless to say, I was cross...and tried to stay that way. But, Stephanie greeted me and was so nice, sweet and apologetic! She was doing everything in her power to make sure I didn't leave upset. And, as if that wasn't enough, the new GM, Joshua (8 days in), came over to make sure I was being taken care of. He even offered me a complimentary drink while a fresh bowl was made! Talk about service! And, the food...my bowl was delicious! I had the Supreme Fried Rice bowl (Shrimp and Chicken). It was perfect! Plenty of shrimp & chicken. And, it traveled well. It was still warm after I made it home. I will definitely go back for a repeat...real soon!

completely disheveled, low stock of meats and veggies, manager on duty was evasive such that we had to ask someone behind the counter to stock stuff so we could make our bowls, employees were openly complaining about the manager, ordered and paid for large bowls got mediums, asked for extra rice noodles and they just thru cold rice noodles on top of the cooked bowl. we live about 12 miles from the grill so its a problem if things get messed up. we called to address our problems and were put on a 'list' to get reimbursed for our large dinner bowls, tried to call just now to arrange our next visit and no answer at the store.

Went for lunch and the employees were both confused and confusing. I’m the middle of trying to take my order, the hostess abandoned me to help another customer who was confused. Meanwhile, I’m standing there unhelped, and three other employees just stood there waiting for her to finish helping the other guy so she could help me after instead of lending her a hand. Seemed like one person was making this whole place function, and she wasn’t doing it very efficiently, although definitely putting forth effort! Which is more than I can say about the rest of the non-cooking staff. Compared to other GGs, the layout of the building doesn’t make sense for a pick your own bowl. You have to crowd the waitress station to pass to the selections then cluster into a corner surrounded on three sides with the choose-your-own fillings. There is no space for multiple people in the small walkway connecting this section to the actual dining area. The floor was sticky everywhere and every table was dirty. The one I sat at while waiting for my take-out order had white powder on it, so I scooted over to the next… which also was covered in mystery white powder. Maybe the three guys standing around could’ve been wiping tables or taking care of the floors?? Would not eat here again. Felt like a possible health hazard if they’re that careless. Not wheelchair friendly.

Jessica was an amazing server. We came on a very busy Saturday. She was friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Our food was also delicious. We will definitely be back!

I remember going to This establishment years ago and it being very good. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied. Food was burnt, one of our orders wasn’t even what we ordered. Waited over 20 minutes for food while other tables that came in after us were being served. For what you pay for those bowls I expected better service and quality of food. Definitely won’t be back.

The bowls are tasty and customizable. Much bigger and filling bowls than you expect, worth the cost. All of the servers were nice. They seem to be really understaffed every time I come but the wait still wasn't too long. They have gloves to grab your own ingredients for cleanliness. They offer a few desserts and appetizers. They have gluten free options as well.

I had their build-your-own-bowl. So many selections and the food was out quick and tasted great. Though I threw way too much in the bowl but that’s my fault on trying to mix too many flavors. It tasted great. 100% recommend. It loses a star because the bowl size differentials were really weird and price differentials were weird as well.

The food was great! We went on a Saturday night and it was NOT busy. We had 3 kids (1 yr old, 4yr old and 13yr old) We were not loud and my kids did not run around. The atmosphere was calm and quiet but it was so slow that we had to flag our server down several times for refills. She hardly checked on us but was friendly and knew the menu. My issue is a family of 6 (3 kids 3 adults) was considered a large party and we were forced to pay nearly a $30 tip! Being a former server I understand the Tipping and needing it but just because it's a slow night and you want money is not acceptable. Will never go back even though the food was amazing but when you treat families like that bad business!

Great place, just one complaint. It was Monday, and kids eat for $1.99 with an adult order. I ordered my meal, my child ordered a kid's bowl, and I was charged for a small bowl at full price. I brought this up to my waitress, who came back with the bill... at the same exact price? I was so confused, I just paid and left.

Love the fact you chose ingredients for your bowl, food is tasty and atmosphere nice, but they have a big issue with keeping the boots, chairs and bathrooms clean. Also there was a stink in the building, not sure where it comes from. Next time I'll just order to take out.

We went to Genghis Grill on Saturday for Lunch. I must say when we walked in and the place was clean. The Food bar was stock with all the fixings to make your bowl. We got the medium bowl and it was fulfilling. We will be back.

This place is decent. The food I had was decent. The place is a little worse for wear. The service was decent. I don't think I will be back but if you're in the area and want a Asian infused bowl then I would try it.

This place tore down my walls of hunger and invaded my soul! The bowls are unbeatable. Flavor is unmatched. The people are friendly and the seating is on point. Ate there yesterday, and went back for lunch today. Take out at least. Completely glad I thought about testing out.

I ordered a medium and it seemed like a small. No meat, no veggies, bland and at a whooping almost $30. It WAS NOT worth it. First time having it in LR, I'm accustomed to Dallas restaurants which are so much better and you get your money's worth.

Food was good and brought out quickly. The other servers were very nice and helpful unlike the server we had. Acted as though she was way above the earth elevated (if you know what I mean). They were friendly and helpful despite how they looked and acted.

I have not been to this Genghis Grill in several years and I remember it to be very good. First I want to say our server was very attentive. She never let our glasses be empty and was very personable. She deserved her tip. The first reason I was dissatisfied with our visit was another server brought us our meals and they were not ours. We go someone else's food. I think I even got a smaller bowl than I paid for. The second was the cost. We went at lunch, didn't have any alcoholic beverages and we paid more than $25/person. I don't think we will be back.

The cooks and server were nice. Food was pretty good but they were out of my favorite seasoning, so that was a bummer. The place has become very run down and we feel it's going to shut down any day now. That's a shame, as it used to be a family favorite for us. Top three issues from this visit: 1. For a regular bowl, the charge on our bill was $15.99 each instead of the $14.99 shown on the scanned menu. They also added two egg charges but only added egg to one of our bowls. 2. They gave tiny, flimsy plastic utensils (why?) that couldn't spear and couldn't support much more than a piece of meat. I doubt it's a COVID precaution, as they use washable drink cups and glasses. 3. Drinks: strawberry margarita tasted more like a weird Bloody Mary than a margarita. Tea tasted awful; not recommended.

Everyone here was so nice! Especially Marley at the front and the cooks. They still let you come and make your own bowl with a mask and gloves. Delish!

Talea, Jason and Jessica, DELIVERED outstanding service. They DELIGHTED us from the moment we walked in until our departure. These amazing employees went above and beyond and took OWNERSHIP of our dining experience. Mere words can’t express our appreciation and they made our hour commute worthwhile! Folks please don’t miss out on the best dining experience EVER!!!
