The night crew always give horrible service. Especially the woman always wearing the wig with red highlights. She is extremely rude to everyone everytime I come here. My kids love Waffle House and I don’t want to drive across town to the other ones. I don’t know how she’s lasted this long lol. Who’s the manager I know I can’t be the first to complain. I ate in and she didn’t offer me anything to drink and made my food to go after I told her I was eating in, not once but twice.

We visited this waffle house on a Monday night it was around 7 pm or so, we noticed the AC was not really working, they had some big fans working here and there, it felt ok. We were greeted by Heaven, big smile and wonderful disposition, felt welcomed, she was so nice :) we didn't care about the AC or anything else lol is rare when you find people that enjoy what they do and do it GREAT! Heaven if you read this review just wanted to tell you to keep up the great work you do! :) food was great!

Food was good and was quick to get it ready to go for me. They also are very polite and smart brained to put their rules out where people can read them before walking in. Very disability friendly

Bad service! We have waited 5-10 mins for booth ready and then we have waited another 20 or more mins sitting at booth just for taking order. For the matter of fact, other customers had informed them that we have been waiting for long time. We are completely unhappy with her response when she finally arrived at our booth for taking order.

My stellar review of WH comes, admittedly, from a strong personal bias. I have always and will always love WH. I've never had a bad experience at one. The food is always on point, and service is usually prompt and courteous. I always enjoy getting the end table near the back line so I can hear all the restaurant gossip. 😆 Breakfast is my religion, and Waffle House is my church. You just cannot go wrong with a place that serves breakfast 24/7!

Bad customer service!! Especially the server name brain I think he’s name. Took forever and forgot our drinks and had a bad attitude and was smart with his mouth. There other Waffle House in town I do recommend eating here especially if is working. Waffle House thought y’all treated your customer better then this.

Lovely place for breakfast. Server was fast friendly and an absolute joy. Food was very good and came quickly. I definitely recommend for good fast diner style meal.

Handed the cashier money in his hand held my hand out for my change he went out his way to put the money on the counter instead of my hand. I thought it was extremely rude. Never made eye contact.

Rena is a respectable woman I felt comfortable talking to her. She did not have an attitude so I'm happy that yall have her

Absolutely wonderful food! Cooked absolutely great.... good service, not great, but definitely better than a lot. Great experience!

So I dropped by here for some breakfast/dinner. I had the All-Star special which includes eggs, grits, toast, choice of meat and a waffle. Everything was ok but the waffle needs some work. Mainly it needs more cooking time cuz it was way too soft. I like a bit of crisp in a waffle. This was pretty much a pancake. The service wasn't great either cuz the server never came back after dropping off the check. And the place wasn't the least bit busy either. So no drink refill for me I guess. I'll have to try more Waffle Houses to see if I can get a better experience.

Everything changes except waffle house. I love the comfort of knowing that. Serving was great, food was okay for 1am.

I absolutely love waffle house and I get the same meal everytime. But THIS waffle house made it better than any other. It was amazing!! Awesome staff as well. Very sweet people.

It would have been 5 straight across all boards but.. I requested mushrooms not jalapeños!! So.. "capped" not peppered!! I love waffle house n its one of my fav 2 crave restaurants. I'm sure the ",grill operator" aka "cook" had something on his mind that night I still ate it though along with a fresh glass of milk..haha. Hagd ya'll

Dirty filthy and trash all over the f loor. Floor slick but not from mopping. Server rude and could not call orders and had black fingernails. About what you expect from a waffle house.

I wanna give a great review. I love waffle house. I've been waiting 10 minutes for the coffee in front of me.

Would leave no stars if I could. For the past year this location has been the worst one. Honestly everyone needs to be fired because the orders don’t work for nothing and they always, always, always manage to screw up an order or burn something. Disappointing.

Sooo me & plus nine went in & sat down, why one of the servers came in with acholic beverage & and all the workers went to the back talking bout "Shot" like that is so unprofessional, we didn't even get a menu, a drink, nothing, we didn't even get greeted. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. Like they could've celebrated after we got served at least. Smh never again.

I took my family here to eat dinner and had a great time. The service was quick, the food came out quick, and it was all delicious. Great job Waffle House.

The folks were super nice and very prompt with serving us!! Immediately bringing us coffee to see if we'd like some while we look over the menu and whatever we ordered, when it was ready if there was something they thought we might need they went ahead and brought it to the table and kept us on check point!!!! We will return when in the area! Great experience!!!

Visited on Labor Day morning and the service was superb! The food was delicious and even though they were packed there was not a wait!!

You can dine in again. They are still doing a huge takeout business. The service was good and the cheese eggs were GREAT!

They deliberately don’t answer the phone. I was sitting there late at night and watched one of them say “I’m not getting that, they’re going to have to come in to put in a pick up order” I guess Waffle House doesn’t like money

food was fresh and came out quick. server was also very nice. waffle house coming in clutch after midnight once again! thanks everyone.

I told the server, "Josh," that I wanted a patty melt, old style on wheat bread, with onions. First, he brought me a Texas Bacon Patty Melt. Then, he brought me a patty melt on Texas toast. He simply didn't listen to me. Since I was his only customer at the time, that seems a little strange. Maybe if he paid attention, he would make money, and this Waffle House wouldn't have as much wasted food. This was not the worst service at a Waffle House that I've ever had, but it was pretty disappointing; not what I'd normally expect from WH.

Our waitress was very friendly, food came out quick, we got a seat quick, and we were checked out quickly. **GET THEM A WORKING AC!** It was a real feel of 107 DEGREES outside when we ate at 11:30 AM. I've worked in a building with hot equipment during the summer when I was four months pregnant when the AC didn't work. I wouldn't wish that on anyone else. Someone in management or above needs to fix it, FAST. They deserve better than that.
