Horrible
service
today.
I’m
not
sure
where
the
customer
service
has
gone
at
this
location.
It
used
to
be
wonderful.
Now
the
employees
are
rude
and
definitely
seem
like
they
don’t
want
to
be
here.
I
was
informed
by
an
employee
today
they’re
not
corporate
Owned
so
they
don’t
they
don’t
have
to
follow
the
standards
of
the
other
Starbucks,
I
will
have
find
out
who
to
complain
to.
For
sure
the
CDC.
SO
IF
YOU
GO
HERE
PLEASE
MAKE
SURE
YOU
SEE
THEM
FOLLOWING
THE
CDC
GUIDELINES
FOR
COVID-19.
The
employee
in
training
was
standing
at
the
cash
register
on
her
break
eating
her
snack,
the
cashier,
female
with
glasses,
was
very
argumentative
and
only
spoke
when
she
pulled
her
mask
down
Defeating
the
purpose
of
the
mask.
The
young
man
who
is
making
the
drinks
Was
touching
everything
around
him
before
and
after
the
drinks.
Then
they
all
had
the
nerve
to
get
upset
with
me
when
I
ask
them
for
cinnamon.
“For
what”
the
barista
asked
me.
Seriously.
How
about
for
the
drink
I
just
paid
for.
You
know
the
one
I
have
uncovered.
That’s
When
I
was
attacked
by
the
cashier.
No
I’m
sorry
I
don’t
want
your
germs
from
the
stack
of
money
you
were
just
handed,
all
while
you
take
off
your
mask
to
talk
touching
everything
including
your
saliva.
She
continued
to
speak
over
me,
stating
they
wash
their
hands.
5
times
a
day.
Come
on
only
5
times
a
day.
During
a
pandemic
it
should
be
an
uncountable
amount.
That’s
when
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
they’re
not
corporate
owned.
Oh
so
that
means
you
get
to
make
up
your
own
rules.
I
told
her
that
was
irrelevant
in
this
situation.
Because
not
once
have
any
of
them
washed
their
hands
the
whole
time
I
was
there.
Instead
of
trying
to
defend
why
you
do
what
you
do
or
why
you
can
or
can’t
do
something
is
because
of
who
the
franchise
owner
is,
any
of
you
could
have
offer
to
wash
your
grimy
hands
then
offer
to
put
my
cinnamon
in.
But
nope
it
wasn’t
worth
anymore
of
my
time
to
point
out
how
wrong
they
were.
I’ll
let
the
cdc,
bbb,
and
whoever
the
owner
is
deal
with
the
neglect.
Take
this
as
a
coaching
opportunity,
you
three
Saturday
morning
Starbucks
workers.
Sometimes
people
don’t
want
to
hear
your
excuses
or
want
to
hear
you
justify
you’re
actions.
Instead
look
at
the
situation
and
find
out
what
you
can
do
to
make
both
sides
happy
without
an
argument.
No
one
wants
to
get
in
loud
arguments
over
cinnamon
at
9am
on
a
Saturday.
With
me
all
you
had
to
do
was
stop
and
listen,
then
offer
to
wash
your
hands
and
out
the
cinnamon
in
for
me.
