I’ve been here a few times. I really like this place as it sits on the main drag in Livermore. We sat outside tonight which was a little hot but the AC was broken inside. I went with the brisket plate, others had a burger, nachos and grilled cheese. There is a lot of tv’s with sports on which is nice. The location is good and the servers although we’re slow in the beginning picked it up after we ordered. It’s still really tasty bbq.

Always a great place, consistent with portions, quality of food. Meat is usually well prepped and cooked, juicy with great sauces and BBQ flavors to choose from. Nachos, pulled pork, and turkey sandwich/burgers are all really good. Also, plethora of beers and drinks to choose from. Ample space for several guests, ambiance is nice with plenty of big TVs. Free parking nearby on street or parking garage.

I ordered the 2 meat special and shad the ribs and brisket. The ribs were kind of dry, rubbery and chewy, but the brisket was delicious and juicy. The macaroni salad I had was bland and cold. The place was busy and had a great sports bar vibe. Our waitress was fantastic and checked on us frequently.

My frequent visits to Sauced BBQ & Spirits in Livermore have never been anything short of exceptional, making it a favorite spot of mine. The allure of this place lies in its remarkable barbecue offerings, complemented by an impressive selection of sauces, beers, and whiskey specials. The quality of the barbecue here is consistently high. The meat, always well-prepared and cooked to perfection, is juicy and packed with flavor. The variety of sauces available adds another layer of delight, allowing each patron to customize their meal to their liking. The menu boasts a range of delicious options. For those who appreciate a good beverage with their meal, the plethora of beers and drinks available is a major draw. The variety ensures that there's something for everyone, from casual beer lovers to whiskey connoisseurs. The ambiance of Sauced BBQ & Spirits adds to the overall experience. The restaurant offers ample space, accommodating several guests without feeling crowded. The interior is warmly lit and welcoming, with plenty of big TVs that make it an ideal spot for catching a game or just hanging out with friends.

We randomly picked this place after another spot had to long of a wait. I’m glad we did. This BBQ hands down is the real deal. Everything was cooked perfectly and was bursting with flavor. The wings are to die for and if they have the burnt ends, order them. Brisket was juicy, pulled pork amazing, and their sauces….top notch. Texas has nothing on this place..!

The ribs and burnt ends were good. The pulled pork was ok, I've had better at other places. The whole sweet potato was huge but the taste was the worst I've ever had. Don't get this sweet potato side.

We went here with a party of 15 on a Saturday night. The place was packed with the Livermore parade happening the same night, but we were able to split our party and get a table for 10 and another tabs for 5. It was also championship night for most college football conferences so it was great to watch two screens next to each other showing the Michigan/Iowa Big 10 Championship and the Florida St/Louisville ACC Championship. They have TVs all over the place so it must be lively on NFL Sundays. Service was great despite it being a very busy Saturday night. We got our drink orders in promptly and received them shortly afterwards. It was the same for our appetizers and main course. Our table of 5 started with the Rednexican nachos with pulled pork, which was excellent. Next time I’ll try the nachos with beef brisket which I was told was just as good. For the main course, we had the ribs, beef brisket, and sausage plus our sides consisting of the sweet potato casserole, waffle fries, plus mac and cheese. The beef brisket was absolute perfection! It was soft, moist and perfectly cooked with a robust smoky flavor. The ribs and sausage were very good as well. The sweet potato casserole was everyone’s favorite side. Overall, a true 5-star experience and we hope to be back soon!

Great location and atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. The food however was horrible. The brisket was the driest I've ever had, my husband had the chili which sadly wasn't much better. The fries were the star of the meal, perfectly cooked. After this meal, which we had as a late lunch, we were both so bloated and uncomfortable we had to head back to our hotel room for the rest of the day. The food sat like rocks in our stomachs. I'm usually loathe to leave bad reviews but this was simply bad food, no flavor whatsoever. I suggest going elsewhere and spending over $50 for a decent meal.

i came here to eat on the super bowl game night and the food was good but i wasn’t able to eat and ended up boxing 80% of my dinner, i forgot it and less then 20 minutes later it had already been thrown out and it was really frustrating. it was a $30 meal, i would have appreciated it if they kept it somewhere for at least a small bit before throwing all that food out.
